Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Sebangkong ValleySwimming Pool Tour is one of the regional tours under the Village Owned Enterprise(BUMDES) which is also affected by the pandemic. Several problems that continue to arisewithout resolution have resulted in this tour having to be closed for an undetermined timelimit. The method used by the researcher is interviews, observation and documentation.Interviews were conducted in-depth with open-ended questions. Observations were madethrough direct (field) observations and observations of digital media such as websites andInstagram. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the manager of theSebangkong Valley Swimming Pool for conducting tourism in the pandemic era requireslearning or training related to understanding village tourism, approaches anddevelopment of community-based tourism (CBT), strengthening management of villagetourism managers or human resources, briefing and formation of awareness groups.tourism (Pokdarwis), utilization of the allocation of funds to build village tourism, anddigital tourism promotion training with social media.

Abstract

The The COVID-19 pandemic requires people to comply with health protocols, one of whichis wearing a mask. The use of masks is part of a comprehensive series of prevention andcontrol measures that can limit the spread of the virus. The increasing amount of maskwaste and the absence of waste management have a negative impact on environmentalhygiene and health. Seeing this case, it is necessary to carry out a mask waste managementcampaign. The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of the hygiene campaignin the Kompas TV article "Blitar Police Car Turned into a Mask Waste Bank". This studyuses a qualitative content analysis method. Data collection techniques through primarydata collection from literature studies through journals, articles, and news. The dataanalysis technique used content analysis techniques. The results of the study are in theform of content analysis on the contents of the Kompas TV article cleanliness campaign"Blitar Police Car Turned into a Mask Waste Bank", in the form of different sentenceelements in it. This is a hygiene campaign that is being pursued as an effort to reduce theamount of APD waste, especially masks that are scattered and thrown away carelessly..

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on poverty and mentalhealth. Covid-19 has been going on for almost 2 years. This condition has an impact on thecommunity's economy and other social problems, just like mental health . Some peoplehave lost their livelihoods, their businesses have declined and some have even failed. Thisfurther worsens the condition of Kapanewon Seyegan which has the highest poverty ratein Sleman Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative researchmethod. This research was conducted in Kapanewon Seyegan, Sleman Regency, betweenJune – August 2021. Based on the research conducted, the pandemic has worsened povertyconditions in Kapanewon Seyegan. Furthermore, the pandemic also causes other problemssuch as the addition of ODGJ cases and a number of other problems. To respond to thisproblem, it is necessary to carry out community empowerment activities that can have aneconomic impact as well as community empowerment related to providing support to theODGJ community and farmer groups.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the group counseling intervention to manage work stressof PT D's production executives during the application of work from office policies duringpandemic. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire instrument. Thescale used is 14 items measuring the CD-RISC resilience variable and 9 items measuringthe DASS work stress variable. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.Respondents amounted to 45 people. The data analysis technique used Pearson ProductMoment correlation. The results showed that there was an insignificant relationshipbetween resilience and work stress of PT D production executives. It can be concluded thatresilience is not the main factor in dealing with work stress. Researchers giverecommenation intervention held a group counseling to decrease work stress impact.

Abstract

The family is the first unit related to a person's physical and psychological development.Therefore, the psychological well-being of the family becomes one of the benchmarks forthe welfare of the individual in it. The purpose of this study was to determineKesejahteraan psikologis at the family level in terms of gender and education level in earlyadulthood. The method used in this research is comparative quantitative. The subjects ofthis study were selected by purposive sampling and revealed 122 early adults on the islandof Java. This study uses a two-way Anova test to test the hypothesis. The results obtainedare: 1) there is no difference in the Kesejahteraan psikologis chosen by the family in termsof gender and early adult education level with p=0.372; 2) there are differences in theKesejahteraan psikologis of families in terms of gender with a significance value of 0.046and; 3) there is no difference in family Kesejahteraan psikologis in terms of education levelwith a significance of 0.246.

Abstract

The function of criminal law are to organize social order and to protect individual rights.The aim of the study to describes that the protection against women’s reproductive rightsbetween Criminal Code and Qanun Jinayah by comparing. The study is normativeresearch, so the main data is obtained from library research. Data in the form ofreferences, journals and legal documents. The result show that both regulations provideprotection for women’s reproductive rights. However, the regulations have differenceswhich is seen from (1) actins aspects, imprisonment and terminology. The novelty of thisstudy is that criminal sanctions for assault against women's reproductive rights are notonly in the form of imprisonment but can be in the form of other sanction, such as fine,and compensation.

Abstract

The aim of this article is describing the translation quality of English noun phrasestranslated into Indonesian. The data of this descriptive qualitative study are phrases,clauses, and sentences containing of noun phrases found in English scientific and fictiontexts translated into Indonesian. The data were analyzed by applying translation theoriesproposed by Nababan (2012) and Lauscher (2000). Based on the analyzed data, there arethree elements of translation quality show accurate, acceptable, and readable. Allvariation of English noun phrase patterns translated into Indonsian have same meaningto the message of the source language. They are acceptable and easy to understand withoutreading the entire translation more than one. Therefore, the translation of noun phrasesare readable for ideal readers of the translated texts. The result of this study can beapplied in teaching learning process of translation subject, theory, practice, and evaluationin translation.

Abstract

Understanding culture may through many methods. One of them is custom and tradition.Tradition that is selected to know the culture is ujung tradition. It is Javanese heritagethat is still acted in Surakarta and its vicinity. This tradition deals with Eid Al-Fitr. Themain activities are visiting to parents, neigbors, and society with happily holiday. One ofthe main focuses is what the ideas are in it. The data that were colleted by participantobservation and depth interview then analysed by using descriptive analytics have resultsas follows: the ideas in ujung traditions are manners, respect, alms, friendship, andconfession of sin. Seeing that many positive ideas in ujung tradition, it is suggested to bepreserved and thaught to the children.

Abstract

The Criminal Code (KUHP), which is a legacy of the Dutch colonial government, is nolonger relevant to changes and developments in society, especially if it is related to thediversity of types of sexual harassment as deviant sexual behavior which no longer makesfellow humans victims but has extended to a number of animal species. A specialcomparison is needed to find out the legal arrangements regarding sexual harassment ofanimals in order to find out whether Indonesia's legal system is better or worse. Laos isone of Indonesia's neighboring countries which is within the scope of the Southeast Asiaregion where the legal system used is also different and can be used as an appropriatecomparison to know in this study. So that it can be compared with each other whichcriminal law system is better in achieving justice as one of the goals of implementing alaw. The research method used in this research is the normative juridical law researchmethod. The results of the research show that the provisions of the criminal law rules ineach KUHP which are enforced as a source of criminal law for the Indonesian state andcriminal regulations in Laos as a comparison, it is known that in their application, bothThe applicable criminal law system does not clearly and specifically regulate sexualharassment behavior against animals.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the Qur'an tahfidz program for early childhoodusing the Tabarak method at Rutaba Amanah Sragen and the Zahrawain method at theTahfidz Toddler School Zahrawain Surakarta. This study aims to describe how theimplementation of the tahfidzul Qur'an program for early childhood in each of theseinstitutions, describe the supporting and inhibiting factors during the learning process,describe the comparison of the implementation of the two methods for the tahfidzul Qur'anprogram for early childhood. The method used in this study is a comparative descriptivestudy with a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from primary data andsecondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, anddocumentation. The data analysis uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, andconcluding. The results of research at each institution include curriculum objectives,curriculum materials, targets for memorizing the Qur'an, implementation of methods,evaluation of learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for learning. The resultsof the research show that both methods utilize audiovisual media in the learning process,the Tabarak method which comes directly from Egypt has a more dense curriculum targetthan the Zahrawain method which adapts the capabilities of the Indonesian people. Thisis based on the time needed to memorize 30 juz of the Qur'an faster using the Tabarakmethod than the Zahrawain method.
