The purpose of this activity is to determine the effect of learning media or teaching aids inlearning English in elementary schools. This study uses classroom action research, in thisstudy we get data that many elementary school students still have difficulty in learningEnglish. Can increase the focus of learning on students and make students moreenthusiastic about learning. Through flash card learning media, it can improve skills inreading the alphabet and also vocabulary. According to the data we took form severalreferences, one of wich was in MI-Ar Rohman Semarang successfully implemented Englishlearning through flashcard learning media successfully and students could easily learnEnglish. Learned and can increase students’ learning motivation.

Education is necessary for the era's development. Knowledge and insight can get througheducation. School is one way to get a good education. A good school creates conducivelearning conditions for students. Conducive learning constructs through effective teachersas well. One indicator of an effective teacher is a teacher who has good classroommanagement skills. Classroom management is one of the challenges for teachers,especially in the current state of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Learning activities turnedinto Distance Learning or online activities that were face-to-face learning. Strategies thatteachers could be done on online classes management are changing lesson plans and makeonline classes procedures. The creativity of teachers to use models, methods, learningmedia as well as give tasks and exercises in online classes is very important. The strictapplication of online classroom rules encourages students to focus and participating inonline learning. Implementation of online learning following the planning and enforcementof procedures can create effective online learning so that learning purposes could beachieved.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of parental awareness of children'sprose literacy in Semampiran Hamlet, Ketundan Village, Pakis District, MagelangRegency. This study uses a survey methodology. The data collection technique is thequestionnaire value given by the researcher to the research subject. Based on the resultsof the data, it can be concluded that students have problems in their prose literacy. Parentsdo not fully support students in developing their literacy with the lack of storytellingmentoring activities. Children also experience limited and delayed reading activities. As aresult, students have low reading comprehension and need time to understand a story text.

This research is a quantitative study that examines the preferences of Visual, Auditory,Read/Write, Kinesthetic (VARK) learning styles in the scientific cognitive domain. Threegroups of students with different scientific backgrounds were compared to obtain the latestfacts about differences in learning style preferences. Data was collected online based onthe VARK questionnaire version 7.1 of 270 students in three different study programs froma public university in Surakarta City, Indonesia. The results show that the differences inknowledge being studied by students in different study programs make a significantcontribution to the differences in learning style preferences of each student. However, thedifference is not much difference between students in the same study program, both maleand female. This difference in learning style preferences provides a sign for educators todesign innovative learning process models that are tailored to students' learning stylepreferences.

Class management is needed because the behaviour and actions of students every day andevery time will change often. It is possible that today students can study ip peace, buttomorrow is not necessarily . The class is always dynamic with the form of behaviour,actions, attitudes, mental, and emotional children.Professional teachers are teachers whoare able to manage the class well. In the classroom, all aspects of teaching and learningmeet and process. Teachers with all their abilities, and students with all their backgroundsand individual characteristics, the curriculum with its components, learning materialsand resources with the subject matter meet and integrate in the classroom. The result ofeducation and teaching are largely determined by what happens in the classroom. For that,the class should be managed professionally.

This study aims to describe the activities of teachers and students, mastery of students'critical thinking skills, improve English learning outcomes through think pair sharecooperative learning strategies in elementary schools. The researcher found that thethinking skills of students were very lacking, this could be seen from the number ofstudents who could not respond to every statement made by the teacher. This study usesa quantitative descriptive method The object of research is the improvement of learningoutcomes which include learning outcomes of knowledge and skill competencies. Tomeasure the results of learning English, students used multiple choice learning outcomestests for knowledge learning outcomes and speaking skills tests to measure skills learningoutcomes given at the end of each cycle. It can be concluded that the use of learningstrategies that are in accordance with the type of TPS can further develop students'thinking skills in English subjects in elementary schools.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Talking Stick model assistedby the Question Box media on the science learning outcomes for fourth grade students at Mojotengah Village, Kedu District, Temnggung Regency. This research is a type of Pre-Experimental Design research, with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. Samples had taken as many as 20 students used as an experimental class. The samplingtechnique used saturated sampling. Data collection used the test method. This test is usedto test the extent to which students experience changes in science learning outcomesbefore and after being treated. The analysis used in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed RankTest with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed the Talking Stick model assisted by theQuestion Box media on the science learning outcomes. Evidence of an increase in studentsscience learning outcomes is a significant difference between the pretest score and theposttest score, the average pretest score 0f 62.45 while the posttest score is 80.3. This issupported by the existence of a hypothesis test conducted with the Wilcoxon Signed RankTest, the Z obtained score -3.729. with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.005). basedon the results of the analysis and discussion there was an increase of 17.85 from theaverage results of the preest and posttest. The results of this research can be concludedthat the use of Talking Stick model assisted by the Question Box media has a significanteffect on the science learning outcomeson the theory style and motion

This research is motivated by the lack of teaching aids for time material at school. Thepurpose of this study was to develop Waginem (Morning and Evening Time) teaching aidsto make it easier for students to understand the time material in learning mathematics.The type of research is development research (R&D) which consists of several stages,namely finding potentials and problems, gathering information, product design, designvalidation, design improvement, and product testing. The product trial subjects werestudents of class II MI Muhammadiyah Paremono Magelang. The instrument used is aquestionnaire sheet to determine the validity and responses of students to teaching aids.The results showed that Waginem's teaching aid was very valid with a score of 89.5% andstudent responses scored 97.2% with very good criteria. So that the conclusion is thatWaginem's teaching aids are suitable for use in time material learning mathematics forgrade II elementary school students.

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling techniques WDEP towardsincreasing the social responsibility of youth in Sokorini Village, Muntilan, Magelang.In this research is a type of research Pre-experiment by using design One Group PretestPosttest Design. The design uses one group of subjects with one type of treatment, namelythe experimental group. The population in this study were Sokorini teenagers, whichconsisted of 15 teenagers. The number of samples in this study were 7 teenagers who hada score ofpretest low and medium categories. Determination of sampling using analysispurposive sampling, namely the determination based on the goals or characteristics thathave been determined. The analytical method in this study uses parametricPaired samplet-testThe results of this study indicate that technical group counseling WDEP positive effect onincreasing adolescent social responsibility. This is evidenced by the test resultspairedsample t-test with a significant 2-tiled 0.001<0,05. And based on the results of theanalysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the adolescent socialresponsibility questionnaire of 29.02% from the resultspretest and result posttest youthsocial responsibility questionnaire.

Learning Technology was born from the reality of education and the audio-visualcommunication movement. Learning Technology was originally seen as equipmenttechnology, which was related to the use of equipment, media and means to achieve educational goals or in other words teaching with audio-visual aids. One of the audiovisual-based teaching materials is video. Indonesian Language and Literature subjects are oriented towards the nature of learning Language and Literature which states thatlearning Indonesian is learning to use a good and correct language.This research ismotivated by the problems that occur in learning Indonesian starting from the low level ofconcentration of students, then the difficulty of students in speaking in Indonesian, thedifficulty of students in reading, and then the difficulty of students in writing. This studyaims to determine the effect of using video media on learning outcomes in Indonesianlanguage learning. The attention function of video media can attract attention and directstudents' concentration on video material and the affective function of video media is ableto arouse the emotions and attitudes of the audience. The results of using this video mediain learning are to improve students' abilities in developing students' abilities in usingIndonesian.
