Abstract

Financial management is a science and art that discusses, examines, and analyzes how financial managers use all company resources to find, manage, and allocate funds. Financial management or commonly called learning can be explained as all company activities related to efforts to obtain company funds at low cost and use and allocate these funds efficiently. The purpose of the article is to describe how to implement financial management at Labschool Unesa High School. In this article the method used is qualitative by conducting interviews, observations and documentation studies. Labschool Unesa High Schoolhas good financial management by providing quality education to students for the success of the school in achieving its goals. In addition, this article also discusses financial management, how to overcome finances in urgent circumstances, budget plans, and so on related to this school.

Abstract

Flip HTML 5-based e-modules are a form of presenting material using smartphone and internet technology that can be used as an independent learning resource with a practical and easy-to-operate display. This study aims to analyze the development of learning media based on flip html 5 in lathe machining technique subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. This type of research is development research or also known as R&D (Research and Development). This research uses the ADDIE development procedure. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to obtain information about the quality of the E-Module product developed in the form of a validation sheet. The instrument used by researchers in this development research is a validation guideline. From the results of the validation and practicality questionnaire, it can be concluded that the product based on Project Based Learning in the subject of Lathe Machining class XI Vocational High School is very feasible to use.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning Model in the context of making renewable energy-based garden lights in high schools. The main focus of the research is to increase students' learning motivation through practical experience and real projects. Students are actively involved in every stage of making garden lights, from planning to implementation, while utilizing renewable energy sources. The research method used in this research was designed to achieve the objectives and answer the research questions asked. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning Model on making renewable energy-based garden lights. The impact of implementing the Project Based Learning Model of Making Garden Lights Based on Renewable Energy to Increase High School Students' Learning Motivation is to foster students' critical thinking as seen from the responses and answers given by teachers during learning, increasing student activity as seen from students' activities during learning, can raise students' enthusiasm in learning accompanied by media displays of success or failure, media equipped with image and video displays, of the strategies carried out. This can be proven by the results of student learning evaluations above the KKM, student-centred activity design greatly increases student activity during the learning process so that students are motivated to learn. Overall, the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in making renewable energy-based garden lights has succeeded in increasing high school students' learning motivation. This success is reflected in students' positive responses to learning activities, where they expressed their excitement and satisfaction with the innovative learning approach and renewable energy-based projects. Positive impacts can also be seen from increasing students' critical thinking skills and activeness during the learning process.

Abstract

Facilities in workshops have a significant impact on the achievement of learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the relationship between the completeness of workshop facilities and the achievement of learning lathe machining techniques for grade XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The research approach used was quantitative correlational with a population of 64 students, and 32 students were taken as samples using the simple random sampling method. The measuring device used is a questionnaire with 34 items. The results showed that the completeness of workshop facilities was rated high with a percentage of 75%, while student learning outcomes were less than 75% with a percentage of 40.6%. Through the correlation hypothesis test, it was found that R count (0.450) < R table (0.349), indicating that there was significant relationship between the completeness of workshop facilities and the learning outcomes of lathe machining techniques for grade XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Methylene blue is a heterocyclic synthetic dye used in the textile industry, but it has a negative impact on water quality and the surrounding environment. This research aims to degrade Methylene blue using a photocatalytic method. The catalyst used for degradation is TiO2 doped with 10% Cu. In this research, the degradation process uses 25 watt Uv light using a reactor. The degradation process was carried out by varying stirring at a speed of 1500 rpm and without stirring at 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. The degradation results were measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer to see the absorbance before and after degradation, and FTIR to see the shift in compound bonds. The results of this research showed that degradation using stirring had a higher percentage of degradation than without stirring. The maximum degradation percentage obtained in the research was 92.31% with a stirring speed of 1500 rpm for 120 minutes of exposure.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the lack of motivation to learn phase E students in learning Biology at SMAN 4 West Sumatra. In addition, the kinesthetic intelligence of students at SMAN 4 West Sumatra is more dominant. This study aims to determine the relationship between kinesthetic intelligence and learning motivation of phase E students in learning Biology at SMAN 4 West Sumatra. how much contribution is given and the results are related or not related. This research is descriptive correlation research. The research instrument used is a questionnaire in tabular form. The population amounted to 107 people and the sample amounted to 73 students. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between kinesthetic intelligence and learning motivation with the strength of the relationship between kinesthetic intelligence and learning motivation of phase E students in Biology learning at SMAN 4 West Sumatra classified as very weak.

Abstract

Semiconductors are materials with interesting electrical properties. Copper tin oxide (CuSnO3) is an oxide semiconductor material with a band gap value of 2.0-2.5 eV. The method used is sol-gel method with the addition of monoethanolamine (MEA). Copper (II) nitrate trihydrate and tin (II) chloride dihydrate as precursors and methanol as solvent. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of MEA addition on the electrical properties of CuSnO3. Characterization results using UV-DRS showed the band gap of CuSnO3 obtained with the addition of 1.5 mL of MEA was 1.71 eV and without the addition of MEA was 2.36 eV. The addition of MEA can reduce the band gap value. Electrical conductivity will be better with the smaller band gap value.

Abstract

One of the global problem is plastic waste, if not handled properly it will cause waterpollution. Plastic will degrade into samall pasrticles called microplastic. Polyperopylene plastic will be cut very small size and soaked in water and left in an open room for one month, so that the microplastic degrade naturally and become contaminated by organic impurities. The method used is Wet Peroxide Oxidation (WPO) which was adapted from the National Oceanic and atsmospheric (NOAA). Optimization was carried out the concentration of the Fe(II) catalyst with variations (0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1, 0.125) M. The research result showed that the optimum condition for the Fe(II) consentration was 0.1 M as evidenced by the microplastic mass obtained. Characterization tests were carried out using a stereo microscope, and microplastics were found in the form of fragments and filament.

Abstract

The use of AB Mix in hydroponic cultivation has side effects on body health because AB Mix is a chemical fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer is fertilizer in liquid form made from a mixture of compost and fermented water which can provide nutrients according to plant needs. Providing nutrients in hydroponic cultivation has a weakness, namely that nutrient deposition occurs, especially when using a wick system because the nutrients in the wick system are passive. To reduce the deposition of nutrient solutions in the wick system used in this research, nanotechnology is needed which can reduce the particle size so that it is more efficient use of nutrients. This research used the RAL method with 3 treatments and 5 repetitions P1 Control (AB Mix 100%), P3 AB Mix 50% + POC nano 50%, P5 POC nano 100%. The observation data obtained was analyzed using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) application. And continued with the DMRT test at the 5% level. The results obtained from the influence of POC nanotechnology on the growth of pakchoy plants can be seen from the average height of P1 plants, namely 17.44 cm, number of leaves 28.2, wet weight 32.44 g, and dry weight 2.1 g. The use of POC nano technology does have effect on the growth of pakchoy plants.

Abstract

Liquid organic fertilizer is fertilizer in liquid form made from a fermented mixture of compost, natural ingredients and water and can provide nutrients according to plant needs. In hydroponic cultivation there are several weaknesses, including the occurrence of nutrient deposition, especially in the wick system because the nutrient water in the wick system is passive. To reduce the occurrence of nutrient solution deposition in the wick system used in this research, technology is needed that can reduce the particle size in the planting medium so that it is more easily decomposed and absorbed by plant roots. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 5 repetitions, consisting of: P1 = AB mix 100%, P3 = AB Mix 50% + POC nano 50%, P5 = POC nano 100%. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) using the SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciences) application. If there is a real difference, continue with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results obtained from the influence of POC nanotechnology on the growth of red spinach plants can be seen from the average height of P1 plants, namely 18.74 cm, the average number of leaves 35.2 (strands), wet weight 15.84 g, dry weight 1.4 g. The application of nanotechnology liquid organic fertilizer provides significantly different results on the growth of spinach plants.
