Abstract

This study aims to find out and improve the learning outcomes of students in Pancasila Education lessons through the Problem Based Learning Model with the help of animation media. This type of research is quantitative with the Pre-Experimental Design One Group. For the determination of the sample using the Sampling Purpose method, namely 21 students in class V of SD Inpres Osmok. Data collection in this study was using a test instrument, namely Pretest-Posttest, which was then analyzed with a t-test. The results of the analysis showed that tcounted 6.855 > ttable 2.085 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there was a significant difference in the results of students' learning before being treated and after being treated using the Problem Based Learning Model assisted by animation media. This means that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of students in grade V of SD Inpres Osmok.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the social competence of teachers in developing Social Studies (IPS) learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif NU 01 Karangkemiri. The social competence of teachers is an important factor in creating effective interactions with students, colleagues, and parents, thereby contributing to the improvement of student learning motivation and engagement in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study consists of all social studies teachers at the madrasa, with a sample of one fourth-grade teacher selected purposively. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that teachers have good social competence in managing classroom interactions, applying effective communication strategies, and building harmonious relationships with students' parents. Learning methods such as group discussions and project-based approaches have proven to enhance student participation and understanding of social studies material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the analysis of inclusive education policy in elementary schools: challenges and opportunities in the digital era in Central Java in depth so that later it can be described related to the education policies carried out. In discussing the inclusive education policy in elementary schools, this study uses a field research method or known as a qualitative method with a Review Literature Systematic (SLR) reinforcement. The focus of this research is on challenges and opportunities in the digital era. The main sources of research are interviews and observations, while the corroborating sources are from relevant articles, published between 2020 and 2025, drawn from databases such as Google Scholar Elicit, and ResearchGate. The results of the study found that inclusive education in Indonesia faces many challenges and opportunities. The digital age has made it easier to get an education, but there are issues like digital ethics and online safety that need to be addressed. Technology is not used due to limited infrastructure and lack of teacher instruction. For inclusive education and equal access for students with special needs, cooperation between all parties, including parents and the government, is essential. This study found that there are challenges and opportunities in inclusive education in Indonesia, including in Central Java. Although the digital age allows more people to learn, ethical and online safety issues still need to be addressed. Therefore, school principals, teachers, and parents in Central Java work together to ensure that all students, especially those with special needs, receive quality education, policymakers must create curricula and training programs that are in accordance with national education and the goals of the regions to advance and improve.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited studies on teacher professionalism in the learning process at the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah level, even though this phenomenon has a significant impact on the quality of basic education and student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to explore teachers' understanding of professionalism, professional practices in learning, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design, with a sample of six teachers from two Madrasah Ibtida'iyah selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that teachers' understanding of professionalism was still limited to normative aspects such as discipline and administrative responsibility; professional practices were also greatly influenced by institutional support, training, and leadership of the madrasah principal. This finding is in line with the research objectives and strengthens Mulyasa's theory of teacher competence, that professionalism is the result of the interaction between personal competence and institutional support. The main conclusion of this study is the importance of the role of the madrasah principal and the work ecosystem in developing teacher professionalism holistically. The implications of this study include theoretical aspects, such as enriching the literature on teacher professionalism in the context of madrasah education, as well as practical aspects, namely the need to strengthen institutional capacity and contextual training for teachers. This study also opens up opportunities for further studies on professionalism improvement models based on the development of teacher learning communities.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting local economic growth, including in rural areas such as Barong Kulon Hamlet, Candi Village, Pringkuku District. However, limited market access and lack of information technology utilization remain major obstacles to MSME development. This study aims to describe the current marketing conditions of MSMEs, identify the challenges they face in adopting digital marketing, and formulate appropriate strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness through digital media. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving MSME actors in the area. The findings indicate that most MSME actors still rely on conventional marketing methods, have limited understanding of digital platforms, and face infrastructure and digital literacy constraints. The proposed improvement strategies include intensive training on the use of social media and online marketplaces, regular technical assistance, and collaboration with the village government and digital communities. The study concludes that digital marketing holds significant potential for expanding MSME market reach, but requires continuous interventions to build the overall capacity of business actors. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of synergy among various stakeholders in creating an inclusive digital ecosystem for rural MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work conflict, communication and work environment on employee performance at the Padang Religious Education and Training Center. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The source of data obtained is primary data. The population in this study were employees at the Padang Religious Education and Training Center. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample in this study was 63 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is announced to respondents to answer. Data processing and analysis assistance techniques use the SPSS version 2025 program. The first stage is data quality testing, namely validity and reliability tests, TCR tests. Then data analysis techniques were carried out using classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis tests and hypotheses. The research results show that work conflict (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance. Communication (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The implications of this research are the need for agencies to improve the quality of the work environment and improve communication and conflict management strategies to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether Trust has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop and whether Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop and whether Company Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop. This type of research uses quantitative methods, collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents using accidental sampling techniques, namely non-probability sampling techniques. By using instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Company Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of recruitment, selection, and human resource development on employee performance at Bank Nagari Sijunjung. The study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing primary data gathered from a total sample of 56 employees through a structured questionnaire. Data processing and analysis were conducted using SPSS version 2021, encompassing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis to evaluate the hypotheses. The findings reveal that recruitment (X1), selection (X2), and human resource development (X3) significantly and positively influence employee performance at Bank Nagari Sijunjung. These results underscore the importance of strategic human resource practices in enhancing employee performance, offering valuable insights for organizational leaders and policymakers aiming to improve workforce effectiveness. The study contributes to the broader literature on human resource management by demonstrating the critical role of recruitment and development processes in driving performance outcomes in banking institutions.

Abstract

The development of early childhood social-emotional skills is a crucial aspect in shaping children's character and readiness to engage with their social environment. One effective effort to support this development is through outing class activities, which provide direct and contextual learning experiences outside the classroom. This study aims to explore how outing class activities are implemented at TK Mardi Luhur and to understand their benefits for the social-emotional development of young children. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that outing class activities at TK Mardi Luhur are systematically designed by considering learning objectives, location selection, and active involvement of teachers and parents. The benefits of these activities are evident in children's improved abilities to interact socially, manage emotions, build self-confidence, and foster independence. The study concludes that outing class activities significantly contribute to the social-emotional development of early childhood. The implication of this research highlights the importance of well-planned outing class activities to support the holistic development of children in early childhood education settings.

Abstract

Language skills are a crucial aspect of early childhood development, serving as a foundation for cognitive processes, social interactions, and future learning experiences. Despite this significance, many young children continue to exhibit delays in both speaking and comprehension. This study aims to explore the use of finger puppet educational games to enhance the language skills of early childhood students at TK Tunas Putra in Desa Mantren, assess improvements in their language abilities, and identify factors that support or inhibit implementation. Employing a classroom action research (CAR) approach, the study was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that finger puppet games significantly improved children's language skills, evidenced by enhanced speaking abilities, enriched vocabulary, and increased confidence in peer communication. The study concludes that finger puppet educational games are an effective medium for fostering language development in young children. Furthermore, this research underscores the importance of teacher creativity in selecting appropriate learning media that align with children's characteristics, thereby optimizing their overall development, particularly in the language domain.
