<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the level of digital skills of PII students class of 2020 UNP in using library automation. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were PII students of class 2020 UNP who had taken PKL using library automation, namely 57 people with nonprobability sampling. This study used the entire population as a sample. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire as an instrument. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to all research samples, interviewing respondents as preliminary data, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the level of student skills (human/human) in using library automation has a total average score of 3.13 with a percentage of 78.25% in the high category, (2) the level of student skills (organisation) in using library automation has a total average score of 3.13 with a percentage of 78.25% in the high category. the use of library automation has a total average score of average total score of 3.15 with a percentage of 78.75% in the high category, (3) the level of student skills (technology/technology) in the use of library automation has a total average score of (3) the level of student skills (technology/technology) in using library automation has a total average score of 3.144 with a percentage of 78.6% in the high category, and (4) the level of student skills (user knowledge) in using library automation has a total average score of 3.384 with a percentage of 78.75% in the high category.]]>

<![CDATA[The reliability and continuity of electric power supply are heavily reliant on the maneuverability of existing feeders. To enhance this capability, the installation of LBSM (Load Break Switch Motorized) devices is essential for feeders lacking the ability to maneuver to alternative feeders. This LBSM installation will be implement on the Riyal and PKR 16 feeders at ULP Pulung Kencana. The Riyal feeder receives power from the Mesuji Substation, while the PKR 16 feeder is supplied by the Pakuon Ratu Substation. Both feeders currently lack switches for maneuvering in the event of disturbances or maintenance, which significantly contributes to high SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) rates. To determine the optimal installation points for the LBSM, a thorough analysis was conducted, prioritizing the closest proximity between the two feeders and incorporating topologic calculations using the Digsilent PowerFactory 15.1 software. This approach ensures optimal performance of the distribution network. The installation of the LBSM loopring is anticipated to significantly improve network maneuverability, thereby reducing the SAIDI rates at ULP Pulung Kencana.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of Upin and Ipin animation on the storytelling ability of early childhood children who attend Yari International School Kindergarten in Padang City. The research conducted was a quantitative experiment. The study population consisted of students enrolled at Yari International School Kindergarten. Research sample was collected using purposive sampling. Data analysis compares two groups using uji-t. Research demonstrates that eksperimen classrooms gain 16.30 and control classrooms 13.70. Significant discrepancies exist between the two groups' employment of H₁ and Hₒ hypotheses. Thus, animasi upin and ipin affect kid storytelling early age.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted with a quantitative approach to eval_uate how job demands affect employee well-being in workers at PT. X. The sample consisted of all employees of PT. X, totaling 56 people. The measuring instrument used was the QEEW.2.0 scale modified by Rahayu (2019), and the employee well-being scale by Rahmi et al. (2021). As a result, the coefficient (ß = -0.380, p <0.05) gave a significant effect on employee well-being in workers at PT X.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of Promotion and Service on Gold Pawning Customer Interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedastic tests) and multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination R2 ). The results of this research show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer interest, which is known by the t test with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.837 > 1.66660. Service has a positive and significant effect on customer interest as proven by The significant value is 0.001 < 0.05 and the value and value of tcount > ttable is 5.112 > 1.66660. Simultaneously promotion and service have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian as seen from fcount > ftable or 41.587 > 3.13 and the resulting significance value is 0.001 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.543 or 54.3% and the remaining 0.457 or 45.7 can be explained by other variables outside this research.]]>

<![CDATA[Security is an important factor because it affects a person's trust in using the service. Perceived ease of use is defined as the level of confidence that using the system does not require much effort. administrative costs are fees charged for an activity or can be called service fees. This study aims to determine the effect of security, ease of use and administrative costs on the decision of BSI Mobile Banking users in E-Commerce transactions. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The research method used is quantitative with the number of samples used as many as 95 students. The data analysis method used is power collection, data presentation, and sampling. This study uses the SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 statistical program to calculate and analyze data. The results of this study indicate that Security has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use BSI mobile banking in e-commerce transactions. Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BSI mobile banking in e-commerce transactions. Administration costs have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BSI mobile banking in e-commerce transactions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the results of observations of researchers to several State SMKs in Padang City which indicate the low performance of school administration personnel in State SMKs in Padang City. Therefore, the problem to be studied in this study is “how is the performance of School Administration Personnel (TAS) in State Vocational Schools in Padang City?”. Thus the purpose of this study is to obtain information and describe the performance of school administration personnel at SMK Negeri Kota Padang. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were school administration personnel whose number was 153 TAS and the sample size was 63 TAS. The sample was drawn using the Slovin formula and taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. . The results of this study indicate that the performance of TAS in SMK Negeri Padang City is in the high category based on 4 indicators: 1) work quantity with an average score of 4.44, 2) work quality with an average score of 4.42, 3) punctuality with an average score of 4.40, 4) responsibility with an average score of 4.40. Overall, the performance of TAS in SMK Negeri Kota Padang is in the high category with an average score of 4.42.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the phenomenon that emerged in educational institutions indicating that teacher work discipline is still low. This is thought to be influenced by the leadership of the principal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between principal leadership and teacher work discipline. This type of research is correlational research. Populasi are all teachers in SDN se Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan with number 471. A large sampel of 44 people who are determinand by cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation technique. The results of the data analysis showed that: leadership in SDN se Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan are in good categories (3,4) and work discipline teacher in SDN se Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan in good category (3,5). There is a significant relationship between leadership at work discipline teacher at SDN se Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan with correlation coefficients at the level of 95% with t count = 2,385 > t table = 1,680. From the result it can be concluded that leadership is one of the factors that influence teacher work discipline.]]>

<![CDATA[Customer satisfaction is the main goal that must be realized so that customers continue to use a product or service from a brand. There are complaints from Aiskin Padang customers regarding prices and promotions, indicating that these two aspects can influence customer satisfaction. This research is a type of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Determining the sample size for this study used the Lemeshow formula and obtained 96 respondents with the data collection technique distributed using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing carried out using the t test, f test, and determination test with the help of the Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 20 programs. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are acceptable, 1) there are positive and significant influence between price on customer satisfaction 2) there is a positive and significant influence between promotion on customer satisfaction 3) there is a positive and significant influence between price and promotion simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The proportion of price and promotion influence is 66.0%, while the remaining 34.0% is outside this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PDAM Kota Solok. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are Solok City PDAM employees. The research results found that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and work motivation on work discipline. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Work Discipline is able to mediate Compensation on Employee Performance. Work Discipline is able to mediate Work Motivation on Employee Performance.]]>
