Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of online drivers before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on Gojek Indonesia Partners in Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method, and the data collection technique uses questionnaire via google form to 50 respondents as the research sample. While the data analysis technique used a paired 2-sample test. Based on the results of the study, the Wilcoxon Test value was -6,146 with a significance of 0,000 which showed that there were differences in the income of online drivers before and during the pandemic. The occurrence of a pandemic resulted in a decrease in average income of Rp. 148,880 or 76.04% of the average income before the pandemic. The decline in income was caused by several things, including limited areas that online motorbikes cannot be entered freely, there is an appeals for PSBB and social distancing from government and several features that are temporarily disabled in the Gojek application. Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of production cost on the net profit of PT. Panama Megah Jaya Bandung in the period of 2015-2019. This study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, observation, and interviews. Data analysis using normality test. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the variable X (Production Cost) and Variable Y (Net Profit) have a high correlation relationship of 0.772 (Pearson product moment). The coefficient indicates that the production cost affects only 59.6% of net profit and the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. For the measurement of the T-test, the t-value is 2.104 and the t-table is 3.182, then 2.104 < 3.182 Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no significant effect between production costs on the net profit. As for the problems faced in the study, is that in 2018 there was a decrease in net profit by 18% which was due to a decrease in sales and an increase in income tax expenses, if the dollar value increased and the currency value decreased, and the instability of the presence of production employees. Efforts to overcome these problems are that the company must increase its production volume and increase the number of sales. To increase sales, this can be done by improving marketing strategies, for example through advertising, creating product innovations, and so on. Make a selective order using a minimum price. Create a comfortable work environment, incentives for full attendance employees. Keywords : Production Costs; Net Profit

Abstract

In order to improve human capital capacity, this research aimed at mapping the maturity level and the role of human capital management (HCM) in the institution. The research employed qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed methods) among 58 respondents, including lecturers and academic staff. FGD and the questionnaires were administered after a comprehensive briefing about HCM principles using Bassi and McMurrer as well as Ulrich frameworks. Results indicated low scores (2.92 = poor) in all five human capital drivers which reflexed low HCM maturity level in the institution. Moreover, perception of the participants about the role of HCM in the institution was also poor since the score was only achieving 60.8% which was still below the standard of 80%. These results suggest the importance of systematic steps in order to develop HCM in the institution

Abstract

Abstract Cooperative members can improve their economic situation through their work in the organization. The Official Employee Cooperative is a multi-purpose cooperative that operates in various industries. Members of the Service Employees Cooperative are members of the Cooperative. This study aims to find out how the cooperative's internal control of receivables reduces bad debts by understanding how non-performing loans arise, the causes that cause uncollectible accounts, and the cooperative's internal control of bad debts and uncollectible accounts. A descriptive qualitative approach was used. Based on the results of this study, internal control in reducing bad debts for employees has been implemented, but has not been efficient, resulting in bad debts increasing every year.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the Stockfit Section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research research method, the unit of analysis in this study is the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency regarding the implementation of occupational safety and health, data collection by observation, documentation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, resource persons ( Informants), The data analysis technique in this qualitative research uses the Miles & Huberman analysis technique. Data analysis activities are several steps according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely analyzing data with three steps: data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of research on the implementation of occupational safety and health in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri, Sukabumi Regency, the provision of personal protective equipment given to each employee is complete and appropriate and good. However, there are still work accidents that occur in the workplace, caused by the equipment used at work. Due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of workers to use personal protective equipment, it causes many accidents in the work environment. Accidents that can hinder or disrupt the production process and degrade the company's image. If the machine is damaged, employees are equipped with welder glasses as eye protection when using welding tools. So the company carries out work safety efforts that are deemed necessary by employees, even in the lowest employee class. Although productivity is not fully influenced by work safety. Treatment or provision of insurance for employees, Provision of occupational safety and health guarantees in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency has been carried out properly. Where the company registers all permanent employees as members of BPJS Employment insurance as an effort to improve employee welfare. Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for organizing a wedding ceremony at the Affay Project in Sukabumi City. To find out the obstacles and solutions faced in the procedure for organizing a wedding ceremony at the Affay Project in Sukabumi City. This research method uses Direct Observation (Observation), interviews and literature study. In this study, the authors analyzed the data descriptively, namely only seeing, describing a phenomenon that is currently happening in the procedures for organizing the Wedding Event Project in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the procedures for organizing wedding arrangements at the Affay Project are not in accordance with the procedures, including in the event section, the equipment section and the implementation section. The solution to the constraints on the implementation of the marriage organizer is the solutions that the authors conclude, namely the Affay Project to add volunteer human resources or to let it be overwhelmed to minimize double jobs. The Affay Project makes 2 plans in the arrangement of the events and the Affay Project asks the consumer, namely the bride and groom and their family, to take the time to double-check the wedding package order to minimize the sudden addition or reduction of equipment

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh promosi media sosial terhadap niat beli pada konsumen Le Minerale di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang telah disebar terhadap 100 responden. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli konsumen. Saran penelitian ini adalah : (1) Perusahaan PT. Fresindo Jaya dapat meningkatkan promosi dengan cara melakukan bentuk pemahaman dan penawaran produk Le Minerale kepada konsumen dengan melakuakn edukasi seperti seminar online atau talkshow melalui media sosial resmi Le Minerale. (2) dapat melalukan kerjasama dengan pihak praktisi kesehatan ataupun public figure sebagai brand ambassador dalam upaya meningkatkan promosi melalui media sosial dalam meningkatkan upaya konsumen dalam niat beli produk Le Minerale.

Abstract

Impact of Experiential Marketing experienced by tourists who visit Bandung which is based on the terms of Sense , Feel , Think , Act and Relate and their influences on Repeat Purchase Intention. This study was descriptive research. The results of this study suggest that repeat purchase intention can be enhanced by providing good experience in the form of sense, feel , think, act and relate. It was in order to create satisfaction on tourists who visit Bandung.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Transformational Leadership On Lecturer Performance (Research Locus at Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management, Bandung City). This research was conducted at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretariat and Management Campus, Bandung. Where the locus of this research is where the author works. In this study, the researchers tried to carry out a study that was associated with current technological developments. . Current technological developments have entered the era of the industrial revolution where almost all work activities use digital access. The research method used is descriptive analysis, with a population of 50 people and all of them are used as respondents (Survey). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The result of his research is that Transformational Leadership at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretariat and Management is categorized as quite good. Lecturer performance is categorized as quite good. This can be seen from the criteria for achieving a score of 3.14. Keywords: Leader, Transformational Leadership, Lecturer Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Lecturers are one of the pillars that determine the success of educational activities at universities. The existence of lecturers must always be given serious attention, considering that the success of the learning process is very difficult to achieve if the role of the lecturer is marginalized. Components that support the success of the learning process, lecturer performance must be maintained and improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management. The method used in this research is a survey approach and the nature of this research is explanatory research (explanation). The number of samples in this study was 61 lecturers, using the total sampling technique (population = sample). The data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment, and Organization
