Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT. X. The population in this study are employees of the operational division of PT. X as many as 128 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely sampling with consideration according to the desired criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 107 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data, it shows that the effect has no effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has an effect on employee retention, career development has no effect on employee retention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work environment on the work discipline of employees of CV. SBE. The population used in this study were 58 employees using a purposive sampling technique.This sampling technique involves 50 permanent employees of CV. SBE. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method of this study uses linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis in this study, it shows that work motivation has no effect on work discipline, leadership style has an effect on work discipline, and the work environment has no effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. X, taking 78 employees as research samples using a purposive sampling techniqueThe collected data analysis system applies observation and questionnaire methods. Data analysis technique collected using multiple regression analysis. Based on the studies conducted, the results of the study show that Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have an influence on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline, compensation, motivation as independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable at RSJD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.The form of research in this research is descriptive statistics and causality with multiple regression analysis method to test the hypothesis. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and used 55 non-health worker respondents with permanent civil servant status. The data for this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no influence on the performance of the employees of RSJD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. While compensation and motivation have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT XYZ Cikarang. This research was conducted to determine the decline in the annual production rate at the company. This research was conducted at PT XYZ Cikarang, by taking 82 employees as research samples using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the study conduct, the results of the analysis showed that leadership style and work discipline have effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Cinema ABC Garut. The population used in this research was 98 consumers using purposive sampling techniques. This sampling technique involved 98 regular consumers of Cinema ABC Garut or people who had at least visited Cinema ABC Garut. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research's analytical method uses linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis in this research, it shows that service quality influences consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention at PT. X. The population in this research is all non-management employees in the PT office. X as many as 92 employees. This research uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method in this research is using multiple linear regression. Before testing the hypothesis, the data was analyzed using research instrument testing, classical assumption testing and model testing. The results of this research show that job insecurity influences turnover intention, while job satisfaction and the work environment do not influence turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of media and group influence on female consumers of generation Y’s attitudes towards beauty products with subjective norms as mediation variables. In this study, samples were collected by conducting non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The obtained data were based on the responses of 310 respondents which were submitted through an online questionnaire. The analytical method used to process the data was structured equation modelling (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The result of this study shows that media and group influence give positive and significant impact on subjective norms, and subjective norms also give positive and significant impact on attitudes. Subjective norms do not mediate the impacts of media influence on attitudes. On the other hand, subjective norms partially mediate the impact of group influences on attitudes.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the impacts of hedonic motivation, access to online information, online trust, and online price towards online purchase intention when shopping online on Generation X in Jakarta. This research used descriptive and causality research design, using 5-point Likert scale to measure variables. This research applied non-probability sampling and purposive sampling on 245 respondents and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0 as its analytics tool.The result of this research indicates that hedonic motivation, access to online information, and online trust give positive and significant impacts towards online purchase intention. Meanwhile, online price gives positive and not significant impacts towards online purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of training, supervision, and work discipline on employee performance at Bank X. The population used in this study are non-managerial employees at Bank X has 85 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample of 85 non-managerial employees. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were then analyzed using a statistical program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis in this study, it shows that supervision and work discipline affect employee performance. While training does not affect employee performance.
