Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and job satisfaction on organizational commitment by the Employee ministry of religion Maluku district center, This research uses methods of survey research with a causal quantitative approach using path analysis the (peth analysis). Results of this study are (1) positive direct effect of work environment on organizational commitment, (2) positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and (3) positive direct effect work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The greatness and excellence of Islam, because its teachings do not only discuss matters of worship or things that are hereafter, but also discuss muamalah or worldly issues. To prove this statement, the title "Maqasidu al-Shari'ah Correlation with Islamic Business was chosen". After conducting an assessment through the method of writing and scientific study, it is very clear that the theory of maqasidu shari'ah, which discusses several aspects, can answer its essential correlation with the issue of the basic needs of human life in the business field. For this reason, the concept of Islamic business, in addition to relying on Islamic Shari'a and expecting the approval of Allah swt. also in practice it is not only concerned with individu as factors for business sector, but places great importance on the interests for others and good of The society.

Abstract

Terrorism is an ideology which argues that the use of means of violence, intimidation and the like that cause anxiety and fear, even the occurrence of loss of life and property, to achieve goals, either individually or in groups or in an organization, which has a wide network, both national and international scale. Academically, terrorism is categorized as an "extraordinary crime" and is also categorized as a "crime against humanity", which is inhumane. Terrorism has a long history and its development follows the development of human life with situations that support it, so that the more sophisticated the technology possessed by humans, the more terrorist networks and criminal acts will be able to carry out terror anywhere and anytime, and terror in today's phenomenon is changing and changing. its impact is felt by the wider community. If the terrorism movement is associated with Islamic views, Muslim scholars and scholars still have differences of opinion, especially regarding the issue of "martyrdom bombings or suicide bombings". On the other hand, if the suicide bombing is carried out in a safe area/country, then the perpetrator is not categorized as a martyr.

Abstract

Marriage agreement is an agreement regarding the property of husband and wife during their marriage which deviates from the principle or pattern established by law. With the marriage agreement, the married life of a married couple will be safe and peaceful. Because, there is no need to worry about the tendency of one party to monopolize or control property in their marital relationship. With a marriage agreement, it will also be easy for them to separate which ones are gono-gini assets and which really become the private property of each partner. The marriage agreement does not only function after the end of the husband-wife marriage period. However, it also serves to provide direction to married couples to heed the agreements they made when they were about to get married, such as an agreement not to commit domestic violence, giving the wife the freedom to continue her education, or the opportunity to take care of the children. Thus, the marriage agreement does not need to be considered taboo because it has multiple functions that will secure their marital or household relationship.

Abstract

Sharia economics is an economy based on divine revelations that were revealed for the benefit and welfare of mankind. Its presence as a solution based economic system is a tangible manifestation that sharia values can be implemented in all aspects of life, including the economiy. This is evidenced by the development of islamic economic institutions, both bank and non-banks. Sharia economy as an economic system that frees itself from the practice of ribā, maesyir, and gharar transactions which is one of the causes of the destruction of the globaleconomic order, comes with instruments that can provide solutions for the creation of economic development of the people that will have an impact on the welfare of society, both materially and spiritually. For example; ribā transactions are replaced with “profit and loss sharing” instruments with the principles of mudhārabah (trustee profit sharing) dan musyārakah (joint venture profit sharing), maesyir transaction are replaced with anta rādin minkum instruments (the willingness of the transacting parties), gharar transaction are repalced with open transactions. Furthermore, in its operational framework, the instrument is integrated into the five pillars of the islamic economic fundation, namely; Tauhīd, ‘Adl, Nubuwwah, Khilāfah, Ma’ad.

Abstract

Abstract

Al-Rada'ah in terms of Islamic law has a very important position, because it has an impact on whether or not a man marries a woman. If a man as a child breastfeeds a woman who is not a mother or a woman who is unlawful for him to marry, it is forbidden for him to marry the mother where he is breastfeeding, as well as all women who have nasab with the nursing mother, both vertically and horizontally. . The views of scholars on determining the mahram of marriage because al-rada'ah (breastfeeding) is strict, some are very careful and some are easy. Imam Shafi'i and some of Imam Ahmad's students require marriage to be mahram if breast milk has entered the baby's abdominal cavity, either directly from the mother's nipple or not, pure or mixed, a lot or a little as long as the breast milk substance has not disappeared. The Hanafiyah and Abu Thaur groups require that the marriage of mahram to pure breast milk or at least contain more elements of breast milk than the mixture. Meanwhile, Ibn Hazm from the Zahiri school limits the mahram of marriage in the category of al-rada'ah meaning, namely breastfeeding by sucking the nipple of the breastfeeding mother with her mouth, which is not included in the category of meaning al-rada'ah does not forbid marriage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research; 1) To find out the process of forming character values ​​for students during the pandemic in the family environment of SMAN 4 Pangkep, 2) To find out the character of SMAN 4 Pangkep students during the pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that (1) The process of forming character values ​​for students at SMAN 4 Pangkep in the family environment during the pandemic went through the knowledge stage such as giving advice, the implementation stage included inviting students, and the habituation stage including sanctioning (2) Character students of SMAN 4 Pangkep during the pandemic, the religious character of the students' character is getting better due to parental supervision, in the disciplined character some of the student's characters are decreasing because during the pandemic period students sometimes don't do assignments and don't even follow the learning process. In honest character, the character of students also decreases because students are easier to cheat, and are easier to lie.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how to implement the zoning route, (2) the impact that occurs in the application of the zoning route, (3) efforts to overcome the negative impacts of the zoning route on PPDB for SMA levels in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. Qualitative research and using a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The implementation of the zoning pathway for the Admission of New Students at the Senior High School level in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has been adequate in its application because there were no deviations from the applicable provisions for Admission of New Students. (2) The impact of the implementation of the pathway on the Admission of New High School Students in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has 2 impacts, namely positive and negative in its application, where the negative impacts found are less than the positive impacts found, the negative impacts found are 3 impacts negative and 6 positive impacts. (3) Efforts to overcome the negative impact of the zoning route on the Admission of New High School Students throughout the Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, namely 1) the need for changes in the selection process in the form of changing the selection method for determining distances using mileage instead of straight dance, 2) needs to be done addition of school infrastructure, 3) schools must be maximal in conducting socialization and parents should also be required to seek news or information related to PPDB, especially this zoning route.

Abstract

This article describes legal certainty and legal protection of land rights ownership with a formal juridical approach. From the results of the study, it is understood that the concept of ownership of land rights is a hereditary right, the strongest and fulfilled compared to other land rights. Ownership rights to land can only be owned by a single Indonesian citizen, and certain legal entities are regulated in Government Regulation Number 38 of 1963. Legal certainty regarding land rights to provide certainty regarding the object of land rights, certainty regarding the subject of land rights and certainty regarding the status of land rights. Legal conception, land rights certificates are evidence issued by authorized legal institutions (BPN), which contain juridical data and physical data used as evidence of land rights ownership with the aim of providing legal certainty and certainty of rights to a plot of land. owned or owned by a person or legal entity. With the certificate of rights, it is expected that juridically it can provide legal certainty and rights by the state for holders of land rights. This state guarantee is given to the owner or certificate holder because the land is already registered in the state land administration system.
