Abstract

This article discusses the life history of Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah and the concept of al-Mahabbah al-Ilahiyah. From the discussion, it was understood that her full name was Rabi'ah bint Ismail al-Adawiyah, she was born in Basrah in 95 H./713-714 M. died 185 H/801 M. She came from a poor family who was devoutly religious, at the age of approaching adulthood, in one incident he was captured and then sold and then made into a slave, until finally freed by his master after seeing a strange incident that happened to Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah. No accurate data was found, Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah had studied with a sheikh or a teacher. However, according to A. J. Arberry, he was a student of the leader of Zahid, namely Abu Sulaiman ad-Darani. Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah chose to live her life alone, Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah never married, even though there were at least 2 (two) people who had proposed to her for marriage. Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah is considered the first person to declare the doctrine of unconditional love for Allah. Love speaks with longing and feelings. Only those who feel love can know what love is. As an expression of the servant's love for Allah, that love must cover other than the Beloved or the Beloved. In other words, then; 1). he had to turn his back on the world and all its attractions. 2). he must separate himself from his fellow creatures of Allah, so that he cannot attract/obstruct from the Creator.

Abstract

One form of learning is information processing which is analogous to our mind or brain which acts like a computer, where there is input and information storage in it. what our brain does is how to get back the information material in the form of images or writing. Learning is a thinking process learning thinking emphasizes the process of seeking and finding knowledge through interactions between individuals and the environment. In learning to think is that knowledge does not come from outside, but is formed by the individual himself in his cognitive structure. Learning to think is the maximum utilization and use of the brain, the human brain consists of two parts, namely the right brain and the left brain. Each hemisphere of the brain specializes in certain abilities. Both hemispheres of the brain need to be developed optimally and balanced, learning that only tends to use the left brain by forcing children to think logically and rationally will make children in a dry and empty position learning to think logically and rationally needs to be supported by the movement of the right brain. Therefore, in the standard of the educational process, learning is to use both hemispheres of the brain in a balanced way.

Abstract

This paper aims to briefly describe ijtihad and Islamic law and at the same time explain how important Islamic law reform is in Indonesia. This is done so that it can be seen that Islamic law originating from the Qur'an and hadith is difficult to be understood by Muslims without ijtihad. In answering the existing problems, the author uses classical methods in library research, namely collecting, quoting and analyzing various statements from the existing literature on ijtihad, Islamic law and those related to it. Based on the brief research conducted, it can be understood that ijtihad is very important in the study and formulation of Islamic law from time to time in accordance with the times or to be relevant to the living conditions and places of Muslims. Islamic law in Indonesia with all its problems, both in terms of its geographical area and the large number of Muslims with all their legal needs, becomes a challenge in itself in reforming Islamic law today and in the future. All of this can be answered by always trying to do ijtihad in exploring Islamic law from the main sources of the Qur'an and hadith as well as other sources of Islamic law from previous scholars

Abstract

This article describes the impact of online learning on the quality of learning for students at MAN 2 Central Maluku. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of educators in online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, the quality of online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, and barriers to online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively using swot analysis. The results of the study show that: a) The role of teachers at MAN 2 Central Maluku is very good, teachers work professionally and according to their scientific competence, this can be seen from the teacher's efforts in anticipating online learning methods with various trainings to prepare professional teachers in answering educational problems. b) The quality of online learning is still not maximized due to supervision and learning outcomes that are not optimal, besides that online teacher learning methods are also not effective which makes students more saturated, learning should improve students' understanding and skills. c) The obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic are certainly very many because the online learning process requires schools, teachers and parents to be ready, otherwise there will be an impression of being forced, this will be a big problem for the quality of Indonesian education in the future

Abstract

The prohibition of state administrators or state sivil servants (ASN) from receiving gratuities has occurred since the time of the Prophet saw. until now. The prohibition is one of the values of Islamic teaching brought by the Prophet saw. who until now lives in the midst of people’s lives (living sunah). On the other hand, the Prophet saw. ordered to give gifts to each other, but giving gifts is considered gratification if it is given to state officials or ASN. Because gratification is actually intended to stir the hearts of state officials or ASN so that in the future is can facilitate the goals or desires of the giver. Gratification is considered a bribe, if it is related to his position and does something that is contrary to his obligations or duties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause early marriage, problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriage and the efforts made to minimize early marriage in Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) There are several factors behind the occurrence of early marriage, namely parental factors, low awareness of the importance of education, self-will, and promiscuity factors. 2) As for the problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriages, among others, quarrels and conflicts, economic problems, lack of a sense of responsibility and divorce. 3). As for the efforts made to minimize early marriage, namely, Raising awareness in the community about the importance of education for children and the younger generation, planting religious education for every child, and cooperation from the KUA Balanipa District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of marriage law in cases of early marriage in Pallawa Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the research were processed using a qualitative approach and a type of case study research. The source of the author's informants is the Pallawa village government, the Pallawa village community, and early marriage actors to find out the Analysis of Marriage Law in Early Marriage Cases in Pallawa Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) Based on the data that the researchers obtained, many did not comply with the law that had been regulated regarding age limits so that many of them entered into early marriages and applied for marriage dispensation. 2) the attitude or response of the Pallawa village community, the community specifically disagrees with early marriage because it is not in accordance with the applicable law and there are many negative consequences that will occur.

Abstract

Learning assessment is important to understand whether educators have implemented learning systems. Because if educators do not evaluate, then the design of the learning system will not develop. Educators must innovate in terms of materials, methods, media, learning resources, environment, and evaluation systems to renew the learning system in the classroom. When designing learning assessments, educators must also pay attention to the basic principles of assessment and requirements that must be considered. The assessment requirements must use the correct measuring instrument according to its designation (Valid), the test tool must be reliable or produce the same results (Constient), and the final assessment requirement is that the assessment must be practical or easy to use, which will not make educators or difficult students.Keywords: Learning Evaluation Design, Learning Quality

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran merupakan suatu cara yang di lakukan dan dipergunakan oleh seorang guru dalam merancang pembelajaran sekaligus menjadi sebuah pedoman dalam mengajar. Model Pembelajaran Aktif merupakan suatu metode yang mengajak peserta didik untuk belajar dengan aktif, menggunakan daya fikir untuk memecahkan suatu masalah, atau mengaplikasikan materi-materi pembelajaran yang telah di dapatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi pembelajaran adalah beberapa alternatif model, metode, cara-cara menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang merupakan pola-pola umumkegiatan yang harus diikuti oleh guru dan siswa untuk mencapai tujuaninstruksional yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

As the title of this research, it emphasizes the study of the flexibility of Islamic law in giving a role to the issue of the process of forming legislation in Indonesia. Because the problem that always arises is the dissatisfaction of some people with every law product made by the executive and legislative branches. Therefore, by applying the principles of Islamic law to every lawmaking process, it is possible to minimize public disapproval of every law product. This paper is studied in accordance with reality by analyzing sociological, philosophical and juridical approaches which aim that every existing law can be applied effectively and sustainably in accordance with the ideological and philosophical foundations of the Indonesian nation.
