Abstract

This paper aims to briefly describe ijtihad and Islamic law and at the same time explain how important Islamic law reform is in Indonesia. This is done so that it can be seen that Islamic law originating from the Qur'an and hadith is difficult to be understood by Muslims without ijtihad. In answering the existing problems, the author uses classical methods in library research, namely collecting, quoting and analyzing various statements from the existing literature on ijtihad, Islamic law and those related to it. Based on the brief research conducted, it can be understood that ijtihad is very important in the study and formulation of Islamic law from time to time in accordance with the times or to be relevant to the living conditions and places of Muslims. Islamic law in Indonesia with all its problems, both in terms of its geographical area and the large number of Muslims with all their legal needs, becomes a challenge in itself in reforming Islamic law today and in the future. All of this can be answered by always trying to do ijtihad in exploring Islamic law from the main sources of the Qur'an and hadith as well as other sources of Islamic law from previous scholars

Abstract

This article describes the impact of online learning on the quality of learning for students at MAN 2 Central Maluku. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of educators in online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, the quality of online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku, and barriers to online learning at MAN 2 Central Maluku. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively using swot analysis. The results of the study show that: a) The role of teachers at MAN 2 Central Maluku is very good, teachers work professionally and according to their scientific competence, this can be seen from the teacher's efforts in anticipating online learning methods with various trainings to prepare professional teachers in answering educational problems. b) The quality of online learning is still not maximized due to supervision and learning outcomes that are not optimal, besides that online teacher learning methods are also not effective which makes students more saturated, learning should improve students' understanding and skills. c) The obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic are certainly very many because the online learning process requires schools, teachers and parents to be ready, otherwise there will be an impression of being forced, this will be a big problem for the quality of Indonesian education in the future

Abstract

The prohibition of state administrators or state sivil servants (ASN) from receiving gratuities has occurred since the time of the Prophet saw. until now. The prohibition is one of the values of Islamic teaching brought by the Prophet saw. who until now lives in the midst of people’s lives (living sunah). On the other hand, the Prophet saw. ordered to give gifts to each other, but giving gifts is considered gratification if it is given to state officials or ASN. Because gratification is actually intended to stir the hearts of state officials or ASN so that in the future is can facilitate the goals or desires of the giver. Gratification is considered a bribe, if it is related to his position and does something that is contrary to his obligations or duties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause early marriage, problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriage and the efforts made to minimize early marriage in Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) There are several factors behind the occurrence of early marriage, namely parental factors, low awareness of the importance of education, self-will, and promiscuity factors. 2) As for the problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriages, among others, quarrels and conflicts, economic problems, lack of a sense of responsibility and divorce. 3). As for the efforts made to minimize early marriage, namely, Raising awareness in the community about the importance of education for children and the younger generation, planting religious education for every child, and cooperation from the KUA Balanipa District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal provisions of marriage in relation to early marriage practices, identify their causal factors, and examine community responses to such practices in Pallawa Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews and documentation involving village officials, community members, and individuals engaged in early marriage. The findings indicate that Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974, as amended, stipulates that the minimum legal age for marriage for both males and females is 19 years. Nevertheless, early marriages continue to occur through marriage dispensation granted by the Religious Court. The primary contributing factors include promiscuity, economic pressure, premarital pregnancy, and personal desire. In general, community members express disapproval of early marriage because it contradicts legal regulations and is considered to have potential negative social, psychological, and educational impacts on couples. These findings highlight a gap between legal norms and social realities, suggesting the need for strengthened legal awareness, family guidance, and institutional intervention to reduce early marriage rates and promote compliance with marriage law provisions.

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran merupakan suatu cara yang di lakukan dan dipergunakan oleh seorang guru dalam merancang pembelajaran sekaligus menjadi sebuah pedoman dalam mengajar. Model Pembelajaran Aktif merupakan suatu metode yang mengajak peserta didik untuk belajar dengan aktif, menggunakan daya fikir untuk memecahkan suatu masalah, atau mengaplikasikan materi-materi pembelajaran yang telah di dapatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi pembelajaran adalah beberapa alternatif model, metode, cara-cara menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang merupakan pola-pola umumkegiatan yang harus diikuti oleh guru dan siswa untuk mencapai tujuaninstruksional yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

As the title of this research, it emphasizes the study of the flexibility of Islamic law in giving a role to the issue of the process of forming legislation in Indonesia. Because the problem that always arises is the dissatisfaction of some people with every law product made by the executive and legislative branches. Therefore, by applying the principles of Islamic law to every lawmaking process, it is possible to minimize public disapproval of every law product. This paper is studied in accordance with reality by analyzing sociological, philosophical and juridical approaches which aim that every existing law can be applied effectively and sustainably in accordance with the ideological and philosophical foundations of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how: (1) The existence of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Sharia Insurance; (2) What are the opportunities and challenges of Islamic insurance PT. Prudential Life Assurance. This research uses qualitative methods with an empirical approach. Primary data sources consist of informants from Managers and employees of PT. Prudential Life Assurance. Secondary data sources are taken from various reference books, journals, other scientific works as a theoretical basis. Data was collected using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Islamic insurance PT. Prudential life assurance basically has been running for a long time which is marked by the development of Islamic financial institutions followed by the development of regulations regarding Islamic insurance. Opportunities and challenges for sharia insurance PT. Prudential Life Assurance to further develop, in addition to the large Muslim population of Indonesia, sharia insurance, especially PT. Prudential life assurance, is a choice in guaranteeing risks in life. While the challenges faced include a lack of human resources, the public does not fully understand the importance of insurance. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that managers, employees or agents will take the initiative again both in participating in training activities and outreach to the community, especially agencies. To minimize obstacles or challenges such as lack of public awareness and understanding of the importance of insurance.

Abstract

media use and (2) teachers’ efforts to address inappropriate moral development among students at SMA Negeri 1 Sendana. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and documentation involving 9 teachers and 20 students. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that social media exerts dual effects on students’ moral development. Positive impacts include increased independence, creativity, curiosity, and religiosity. Negative impacts include decreased interpersonal communication, discipline, politeness, reading interest, and a tendency toward risky social interaction. Teachers’ interventions align with stages of moral development: preconventional, conventional, and postconventional. At the preconventional stage, teachers apply rules and educational sanctions; at the conventional stage, they emphasize role modeling and moral habituation; and at the postconventional stage, they instill principles for wise and responsible social media use.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out whether disciplinary enforcement in Makassar Class 1 Prison has been running well and optimally. (2) find out what are the supporting factors inhibiting discipline for inmates in Makassar Class 1 Lapas. (3) find out what are the supporting factors for upholding discipline for inmates in Makassar Class 1 Lapas. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth picture as well as accurate explanations related to the enforcement of discipline for inmates in correctional institutions (studies in class 1 prisons in Makassar). This research method is a type of qualitative research with data sources obtained from correctional institutions and informants consisting of Officers and Residents of Class 1 Correctional Facility Makassar. Data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and verification and drawing conclusions.
