Grobogan District in the Province of Center Java, has a potential to produce commodity of horticulture, because of its geography and agroclimate condition that suitable for horticulture plants. The production of horticulture comodities in the Grobogan District can be increased further by doing intensive agriculture and improving farmers' skill. Increasing the productivity and competitiveness of these comodities will support the increasing of import substitution of these comodities in order to save the national foreign exchange income. The objective of this paper is to formulate the strategies based on the industrial cluster and SWOT analysis to increase competitiveness of the horticulture industry sub sector in Grobogan District.

Purpose – The purpose of this research was to study the impact of endorser credibility, brand credibility, self-brand connection on endorsed brand equity of the endorsed brand.Design/methodology/approach - The analytical method using Amos 24 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the questionnaire data in Jakarta. There are 417 eligible questionnaires were analyzed.Findings – To study the effect of endorser credibility on brand credibility, endorser credibility to brand equity, brand credibility to brand equity, endorser credibility to self-brand connection and self brand connetion to brand equity.Research limitation – The research was based in this study using college student customer of Vivo Smartphone at Jakarta as a research object.Research implication – Managers can consider using celebrities as a tool to develop meaningful connectivity connections with consumers. The results of this study support the use of celebrity endorsers as a means of increasing brand equity directly.Originality/value – This study examines the impact of celebrity endorsers in delivering, influencing, and depicting the product significantly so that consumers buy the product, so that the target marketing made through the endoser can be achieved.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership style, work environment, and organizational motivation on employee performance which is job satisfaction as mediating variable. The methodology of this study was hypotheses testing. Analytical technique used in testing the hypothesis is by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Method using Lisrel 8.80 software. A survey questionnaire was developed and validated. A total 124 questionnaire were distributed to Insurance’s agent PT. Askrindo Mitra Utama in Jakarta and 124 valid responses collected. The result from this study indicates that Leadership Style, Work Environment, Organizational Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Leadership Style, and Organizational Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; but Work Environment does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and there is a mediating effect of Job Satisfaction that can increase the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Organizational Motivation on Employee Performance.

The background of this research is the facts at that the last decade has been so many literature and research about job satisfaction. Eventually organizational culture, and organizational commitment has the most important role in creating a job satisfaction in the Swasta hospital at Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.The design of this research applies descriptive research and correlation research with organizational culture as independent variables and organizational commitment and job satisfaction as dependent variables. The primary data is taken from respondents which are employees of the Swasta hospital at Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. As conclusion, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture toward organizational commitment, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture toward job satisfaction, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational commitment toward job satisfaction, the are has influence positive and significance of organizational culture toward job satisfaction with organizational commitment as mediating variable.

The problem of this research was to test and analyze empirically the influence to financial characteristics, ownership structure and board structure that have significant effects on dividend decisions. The objective of this research was banking firm that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2010-2017. The methodology of this research was applies purposive sampling. The data obtained in this the secondary data was taken from Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was panel least square model and processed using software eviews 9. Total number of samples is 27 companies. The purpose of this test is to prove the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable.The result of this research shows that the financial characteristics, significant effected dividend decisions, meanwhile profitability, likuidity, free cash flow. Growth opportunity, age, size, leverage and asset tangibility does not effects the dividend decisions. Ownership structure significant effected dividend decisions, meanwhile institusional ownership and goverment ownership. And board structure significant effected dividend decisions, meanwhile independen director. The Managerial Implications from this research are how the company manages the capital sources from free cash flow and likuidity, how to make the company can be efficient in running the company and make earning.

The objective of this research was to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.The methodology of this research was descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. The results of the study showed that the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.

The objective of this research is to analyze the compensation, job satisfaction and the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. Apart from that, the objective is also to analyse the effect of the compensation, on the job satisfaction and its implication to the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. The research is using the quantitative research.. The sample for data collection was taken from 82 employees of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta through questionnaires. From the research done, it is demonstrated that the compensation has positive effect toward the job satisfaction and employee’s performance, and job satisfaction do have a positive implication on the employee’s performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta.

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of gamification in the use of internet banking on the intention of customers to adopt and recommend internet banking towards Compatibility, Innovativeness, Web Design, Web Characteristic, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy . This research will help the Bank to measure the effect of gamification towards their customer to use Internet Banking. So they can innovate their Internet Banking system to be more fun and entertaining, so the customer will feel more enjoy to use and they will recommend to other people. Design/methodology/approach – 192 responses were collected from customers of internet banking user by using an online questionnaire. Using the convenience sampling approach. The collected data was analyzed using SEM with the help of PLS. Findings – The results indicate that intention to adopt internet banking is positively affected by Innovativeness, Web Design Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy . While compatibility and web characteristic doesn’t have a positive effect. The moderating effect of gamification suggested that the relationship between customer intention to adopt and customer intention to recommend will make the gamification effect become weak. Practical Implications – The research suggests that web designer and bank management should focus on the website design of the internet banking. Enjoyable internet banking website with reward and point system will help to improve user’s intention to adopt and intention to recommend internet banking with others. So the bank should make an innovative reward system for every transaction in internet banking. Originality/value – This research provide the technology acceptance construct and adding the game elements in technology perspective of internet banking as a moderating effect, to analyze the element effect towards intention to use and intention to recommend.
