Perkembangan dunia digital semakin pesat membuat produk-produk terkenal begitu cepat, dan sampai informasi ada di tangan pemakai, mereka dihadapkan pada berbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Investigasi ini dimaksudkan untuk meneliti bagaimana Kredensi memediasi pengaruh penggunaan. Koneksi Sosial, Komunikasi Elektronik dari Mulut menuju Acquire Resolve Entanglement di Coffee Shop Lokal di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 200 pemakai yang menikmati Tuku Coffee Shop, Below Stairs, Kalyan Coffee dan Kulo Coffee. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil investigasi ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Sambungan Sosial memiliki bobot positif terhadap pertumbuhan.

This research discusses various aspects related to Luxury Brand, where in order to research this issue, an in-depth analysis is needed because it relates to psychological factors of purchase.The research variables discussed in this research are Functionalism Values, Hedonics Value, Symbolic/Expressive Values and Financials Values of Purchases Intentions of famous brand users.The sample used in this research amounted to 180 respondents and collected by purposive sampling method.The test is carried out by the Structurally Equations Models (SEM) method. The results of this research are (1) Functional Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (2) Hedonic Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (3) Symbolic / expressive Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (4) Financial Value does not have a positive influence on Purchase Intention. The implications obtained in this researchcan provide input for future brand development, especially for Luxury Brands.

The purpose of this research was to understand human capital analysis to talent management program, training and development to improvement employees competency. It was a qualitative research with an case study method conduct at BSG Group (6 companies) in 2019. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data analysis to understand management program was run with the company to make strategic changes to improve employees competency approach to human capital, including: (1) talent management, (2) training and development, using balance scorecard as measurement quality. The findings lead to the recommendation to make change talent management program, training and development to enhancement employees competency in linking the company's business strategy that can create an increase job productivity and company profits in accordance with the intended purpose the support and commitment of top management and empower to all employees synergistically.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology and internal control systems on the accountability of government procurement of goods and services. This study uses a type of causality research with a quantitative approach. Data obtained from surveys through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 60 originating from implementers in the Electronic Procurement Services Section, Selection Committee, Procurement Officers, Commitment Making Officers, Providers (partners). Data is processed using SPSS statistical analysis tools. The results showed that partially the utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control Systems had a positive and significant effect on the Accountability of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Government of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency.Keywords: Accountability for Procurement of Goods and Services, Internal Control Systems, Information Technology.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity of PT. Asiatek Solusi Indonesia. The population in this study was 230 permanent employees, the number of samples could be taken 30% of the total population so there were 69 employees as the total sample. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale with questionnaire. Testing the validity and reliability using total Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis to answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 version. The results showed that the leadership style and work motivation variables were significantly positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Asiatek Solusi Indonesia amounted by 0,608 and 0,157. Variable of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on productivity of employees PT. Asiatek Solusi Indonesia.

Research related to loyal customers in the travel industry. The travel industry adopts strategic e-marketing, technological innovation, trust and value to customers. Customers feel satisfied, thus creating customer loyalty. The methodology for this writing was to distribute questionnaires to 240 travel decision makers (managers / directors / owners). The data were analyzed through the SEM research hypothesis using SPSS / AMOS applied to the relationship and hypothesis testing. The results showed that strategic e-marketing, technological innovation, trust and value on customers had a direct and significant positive effect on satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a direct and significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The implication of writing helps marketing managers to encourage customer satisfaction by fostering trust and value, creating customer loyalty in the travel sector. This novelty research provides new insights in the development of e-marketing strategies and technological innovation has been recognized as a developing concept that has received intense attention from both literature reviews and practitioners. In addition, further empirical research is still needed to investigate all-digital marketing insights around the world. To enrich the theoretical point of view of the proposed model, further research can carry out a comparative study between industry and developing countries.

This investigation goals to anatomize the influence of work motivation on employee performance intercede by employee job satisfaction. The data is obtained directly through distributing questionnaires via google docs and whatsapp to employees who work at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The number of respondents in this determination was 160 people. The results of hypothesis testing show : Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and employee performance through job satisfaction, then Job satisfaction has a positive effect and significant on employee performance.

This study was conducted to analyze human resource management strategies and safety culture as competitive advantages to improve company performance in the construction industry in Indonesia and to identify related factors to achieve competitive advantage in the construction industry. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 174 construction companies in Indonesia. The results of SEM data processing using the Lisrel software show that recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, and training and development that are integrated with safety culture can be a competitive advantage and can improve the performance of construction companies in Indonesia. Future studies can use this strategic human resource management model in different industrial sectors by increasing the number of samples so that the research results can be generalized to the intended population.

The purpose of this study was to compare the increase in lending for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) by Islamic banks and conventional banks after determining the minimum percentage of UMKM credit distribution from the total ceiling of commercial bank lending through Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) Number 17/12 /PBI/ 2015, where the mandatory amount of commercial bank lending applies gradually at 5% in 2015 to 20% in 2018. Using quantitative data sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) using the parametric inferential statistical method with the independent T-Test technique, in two homogeneous groups that have no relationship, namely the Islamic bank group and the conventional bank group. The result is that the average increase in the amount of UMKM lending in Islamic banking is greater than that of conventional banks.
