Abstract

The research objectives include, first, to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance, second. To analyze the influence of psychological capital on employee performance, third. To analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and psychological capital on employee performanceIn this study, researchers used sampling techniques, while the population was all clerical / staff and officer level employees spread across 5 main offices and branches in the Jabodetabek area, the total questionnaire distributed was 200 respondents with the criteria being clerical / staff and officers who were not serving as unit, department or division leader. With a minimum work period of 1 monthThe results of this study researchers found a significant and positive influence between interpersonal communication variables on performance variables. There is a psychological capital effect on employee performance. Psychological capital makes employees committed to high performance. Leadership interpersonal communication and psychological capital together have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Global competition requires organization to adapt to the ever-rapidly changing ways to do business in the global environment in order to keep survive. The success of the organization does not only depend on facility and infrastructure that is available but also on their employes performance. Therefore, an organization needs to realize how important the role of their employes for the triumph of the organization. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of job satisfaction and organization commitment to job performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) as meditation variable. There were 131 respondents of employee participating Respondents in this study were only limited to level of the Staff (clerk) until the Department Head only.The additional information gathered through focus group discussion with Human Resources Managers.  The summary of this research is there is effect of job satisfaction to job performance but not significant, there is effect of organization commitment to job performance but not significant, there is effect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to job performance, there is significant effect of job satisfaction to job performance through OCB as meditation variable and there is significant organization commitment to job performance through OCB as meditation variable.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize to see the consequences of inflation and oil prices on stock returns. The shares observed in this study are stocks that are included in the food and beverage section listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the year 2010-2015. To determine the sample sorted in this study is to use Purposive Sampling techniques to obtain samples that match the parameters that have been used as a benchmark. The number of food and beverage industry samples that meet the criteria are 13 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2015. Regression analysis using the EViews program was chosen as the method used in analyzing the data. The results confirm that inflation has a negative and significant effect on stock returns and oil prices have a positive and significant effect on the return of food and beverage stocks listed on the IDX in 2010-2015.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Jakarta which aims to see the extent to which the consequences that will be caused by job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method by collecting cross-section data through a questionnaire. The number of respondents used as samples in this study, is as many as 120 employees who work in a Public Distribution company located in DKI Jakarta Province with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used in is. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used for the design analyzes the data in testing the research hypothesis. The results of the study provide evidence that job satisfaction possessed by employees influences positively and significantly and can increase organizational commitment, high job satisfaction also impacts the high achievement of employee performance, then high organizational commitment turns out to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the green purchase behavior. The sample used consisted of 163 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The Structural Equation Model method is used to analyze data using hypothesis testing. The results of the study show Attitude, Social Influence, Perceived Quality of Green Product have an effect on Green Purchase Behavior. Whereas environmental knowledge does not affect attitude and green purchase behavior. Management must be able to improve consumer shopping behavior by increasing Consumers Environmental Attitude, Social Influence and Perceived Quality of green products

Abstract

In this study, we will examine the effect of Career Development and Work Motivation on the Desire of Early Retirement. The proposed hypothesis was tested with a sample of 150 employees in Trisakti University. Testing of research problems shows that Career Development has a positive influence on employee Motivation. Whereas Work Motivation has a negative influence on the Desire for Early Retirement of employees. However Career Development does not have a negative influence on the Desire for Early Retirement of employees. But work motivation as a mediating variable increases the negative influence of Career Development on the Desire of Early Retirement of employees.

Abstract

The problem of this research investigates the importance of celebrity endorsment onThe brand image and brand trust towards of purchase intention on Oppo smartphone.The objectives of this research was analyzed the effect of celebrity endorsement to brand image, the effect of celebrity endorsement to brand trust, the effect brand image to purchase intention, the effect brand trust to purchase intention and the effect celebrity endorsement to purchase intention.The methodology of this research was survey research, where the instrument of this research is questioner. The population of this research is the citizen of Jakarta who knows the smartphone Oppo products. A sample of this research is 150 respondents using purposive sampling methode. Validity test of the instrument use Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the reliabilitas test use Alpha Cronbach technique. The methode analised with AMOS program version 22.0Finding and contribution in this research was celebrity endorsment positively affects the brand image and brand trust, brand image and brand trust positivily affects to purchase intention. Credibility is considered the most important characteristic of a brand and is a key focus of this research.Research limitations/ implication in this research was this research used a smartphone product to test the model and I collected data only from Jakarta. Such. A direct recommendation is that future studies should be conducted using a broarder consumer sampel to achieve generalizability and in another country may yield different result.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company reputation and sustainable innovation strategies on business performance in automotive industry companies in Jakarta. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 270 respondents. From 270 data collected, all of them can be analyzed. To analyze data using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The results of this study prove that business performance is influenced positively and significantly by the company's reputation and innovation strategy. Business performance is most strongly influenced by the innovation strategy. The limitation of this study was only in Jakarta and four car brands. Further research can be developed with different industries and is expected to add variables that can affect business performance in automotive companies such as customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer relationship management and organizational learning.

Abstract

The problem of this research was to identify the impact of consumer value and perspective of value to intention to buy through attitude, which is addressed to organic personal care product. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of consumer value and perspective of value to intention to buy through attitude in organic personal care product. The methodology of this research was quantitative approach. Data were collected by 140 users of skin and hair care’s users at mall in Jakarta. The variable factors that used on this research are consumer value (health consciousness, environmental consciousness and appearance consciousness), perspective of value, attitude and intention to buy. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Finding and contribution in this research was environmental consciousness, appearance consciousness, and perspective of value have positive effect on attitude; and attitude has positive effect on intention to buy organic personal care products. Research limitation/implication in this research was the data only being collected in Jakarta. These findings here provide suggestion in order to increase intention to buy organic personal care, a product owner need to focus on ecological beauty, values and informational knowledge of organic benefit in their communication campaign.

Abstract

This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
