Abstract

The use of smartphones is immense and continues to increase, causing new problems to emerge, especially in health. The increasing intensity of smartphone use also has an impact on daily life. Individuals who are dependent on their cell phones and feel anxious if the cell phone is not nearby are known as Nomophobia or No Mobile Phone Phobia. This research aims to determine the influence between self-control and loneliness with nomophobia tendencies in teenagers. The subjects of this research were early teenagers with a range of ages 12-15 years, totaling 163 subjects. The sampling technique used the g-power application with an effect size of 0.3, power 0.90 and error prob 0.05. Using the SPSS IBM25 Windows application, the data analysis method included multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research suggest that the first hypothesis which claims that there is a tendency between self-control and loneliness and nomophobia in teenagers is accepted. The second hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between self-control and nomophobia in teenagers is acceptable. The third hypothesis which argues that there is a relationship between loneliness and nomophobia in teenagers is accepted.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, and contribute significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment. However, MSMEs often struggle to access adequate financing to support the growth and sustainability of their businesses. One of the main issues is the limited assets that can be used as collateral to obtain credit. The objective of this research is to analyze the availability of trademark rights as credit collateral which can be a solution for MSME businesses that have difficulties in obtaining access to bank funding due to the inability to provide property collateral. This research is a normative research that uses a statutory and conceptual approach. The primary legal materials analyzed are the Trademark and Geographical Indications Law, the Law on Financial Sector Development and Strengthening (PPSK Law), the Copyright Law, the Patent Law and their respective supporting regulations. The result of this research is that the trademark rights of MSME businesses that have been registered at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property and issued a trademark certificate, in addition to obtaining legal protection, can also be used as collateral for bank loans so as to obtain funding from banks, where such funding can help increase the independence of MSME businesses.

This research aims to determine the role between leadership empowerment on employee organizational citizenship behavior at PT X with proactive behavior as a mediator variable. The implementation of this research is in the production department of PT X on full-time employees with a total of 270 subjects with random sampling techniques. The instrument used is a questionnaire. For proactive behavior variables, the authors developed it based on Crant's theory. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables were measured using the OCB Scale developed by Organ. Meanwhile, the leadership empowerment variable was measured using the Empowering Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) developed in previous research by Arnold, Arad, Rhodes, and Drasgow. Research data analysis using linear regression statistical techniques and path analysis. The results of the research data analysis explain that there is a significant influence of leadership empowerment on employee organizational citizenship behavior at PT X with proactive behavior as a mediator variable (p = 0.046, p < 0.05), where proactive behavior partially mediates organizational citizenship behavior.

While the work-life balance measuring instrument uses a scale of aspects revealed by Greenhaus, Collin and Shaw. The subjects in this research are students who are studying and working in the fashion sector, which total 350 people, with the characteristics of students who are actively studying or not on leave, students who work in the fashion sector, not a full-time worker. Based on the results of this research, it is known that hypothesis is accepted with a pearson correlation value of 0.461 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between resilience and work-life balance in college students who work in the fashion sector. The results indicated that the higher the resilience, the higher the work-life balance of students who work in the fashion sector.

Abstract

In social commerce, consumers receive emotional motivation to purchase products because they feel familiar and bonded with the promoter, often losing track of time and self-awareness in a flow state, leading to impulse buying. As Gen Z are often presents more tendency toward impulse shopping behaviors compared to other generations, this study aims to investigate the impulse buying behavior of Generation Z (Gen Z) on live-streaming social commerce platforms, focusing on the roles of Parasocial Interaction (PSI) and Social Commerce Emotional Motivation (SCEM). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via online surveys from individuals born between 1998 and 2007 who had made at least two unplanned purchases after watching live-streamed shopping events within four weeks. Statistical regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 26.0 to explore the relationships between PSI, SCEM, and impulse buying behavior (IBB). The findings reveal that both PSI and SCEM significantly influence IBB among Gen Z consumers. Strong parasocial relationships with live-stream hosts enhance trust and connection, while emotional engagement through SCEM motivates spontaneous purchases. The study highlights the synergistic effect of PSI and SCEM, suggesting that a combined approach is most effective in driving impulse buys. This study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in the context of emerging social commerce trends, providing actionable insights for enhancing marketing strategies targeted at Gen Z.

Abstract

Hair loss is a significant global problem, affecting individuals' quality of life physically and psychologically. In Cambodia, this issue remains understudied despite genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors contributing to its prevalence. This research investigates hair loss prevention and treatment in Cambodia aiming to develop a comprehensive strategy tailored to the local population. The study evaluates pharmaceutical interventions, such as Minoxidil and Finasteride, surgical options, including Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), along with natural remedies and lifestyle modifications. Methodology involves an extensive literature review, surveys, and clinical trials with a diverse sample from across Cambodia. Advanced data analysis assesses the effectiveness and side effects of different treatments, while qualitative methods, including interviews and focus groups, explore the psychological impact of hair loss and support systems available. Results indicate that a combined approach—integrating medical treatments, natural remedies, dietary guidance, and stress management—achieves the best outcomes in hair regrowth and patient satisfaction. The research highlights the need for accessible public health initiatives, such as educational campaigns and financial aid, to ensure broad community benefits. In conclusion, a multifaceted strategy combining medical interventions, lifestyle changes, and robust public health policies is advocated. This holistic approach effectively addresses both physical and psychological aspects of hair loss, providing a tailored solution for the Cambodian population.
