Abstract

Financial Technology (FinTech) has become a major innovation that influences people's financial behavior, changing the way payments are made easier. This research aims to study the factors that influence Millennials and Gen Z in Bandung in adopting FinTech services in the Sharia banking sector. These factors include attitudes, subjective norms, awareness, knowledge, trust and facilitating conditions. The data used in this research was collected through a questionnaire surveying 400 Sharia banking customers, limited to Millennials and Gen Z in Bandung. Data analysis carried out in this research using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study reveals that attitude, subjective norms, awareness, knowledge, and trust significantly influence consumer’s intention to adopt FinTech services. This study also identifies that facilitating conditions, as a moderating factor, have a significant impact on both attitudes and awareness with regard to consumers' intentions to adopt FinTech services. However, facilitating conditions does not moderate the influence of subjective norms, knowledge, or trust on intention to adopt FinTech services. Fundamentally, this study investigates the factors influencing Sharia bank consumer's intentions to adopt FinTech services. The findings aim to provide valuable insights for FinTech and Sharia banking companies, as well as policymakers, in designing marketing strategies and product development that better align with the needs and preferences of Millennials and Gen Z.

Abstract

Low competence and job training in Indonesia cause employee performance to be less competitive. This research was conducted because of complaints related to the work ethic and discipline of PT Nusantara Abadi Sejahtera cleaning service employees who were considered lacking, thus reducing service quality. The study employed a quantitative approach, employing a saturated sample strategy for sampling. Data was collected from 56 employees through a combination of in-person interviews, questionnaires, and observational studies. The F and T tests were used for data analysis in order to see the partial and simultaneous effects of development and training on employee performance. A t-count of 3.344 and a significance of 0.002 indicate that training significantly affects employee performance, while a t-count of 2.053 and a significance of 0.045 indicate that development also positively affects performance. There is a statistically significant relationship between training and development and employee performance, as shown by the F-test results (F-count: 90.618, p = 0.000). It is clear that training and development programs have a substantial impact on employee performance, and this impact is both partial and simultaneous. As a result, it is crucial for firms to constantly enhance their training and development programs in order to boost employee performance.

Abstract

The growth of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Indonesia, particularly Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending services, has significantly impacted financing access for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by facilitating loans through digital platforms. This serves as a vital alternative amid traditional financial constraints, promoting the development of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). Concurrently, e-commerce transformation and Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) implementation have accelerated digital economy growth, enabling SMEs to expand their businesses and reach broader markets. Nonetheless, challenges such as enhanced governance, risk management, and regulatory adaptation remain crucial for supporting sustainable SME growth. This study investigates the effect of P2P Lending and QRIS on SME performance via e-commerce in Bandung City. Using quantitative research methods and a Likert scale, the study surveyed a population of 523,584 SMEs, targeting 300 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Results indicate a significant impact of P2P Lending and QRIS on SME performance through e-commerce, with P2P Lending contributing an influence of 0.109, QRIS 0.121, and e-commerce 0.329. These findings aim to enhance understanding of how P2P Lending and QRIS affect SME performance via e-commerce.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction has become a major factor in the success of a business organization. However, how customer satisfaction is achieved in the context of veterinary clinics has not been fully studied in the literature. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price perception and customer relationship management on customer satisfaction with trust as a mediator at Awal Care Animal Clinic. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. By using a purposive sampling technique, 100 customers of this clinic were taken as data using a questionnaire and then processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equational Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that service quality, price perception, Customer relationship management, and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, for indirect relationships, customer trust only mediates the relationship between customer relationship management and customer satisfaction, and does not mediate the relationship between service quality-customer satisfaction and price perception-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Legal compliance in processed food products is a fundamental aspect of consumer protection and competitiveness for MSMEs in Indonesia. BPOM certification serves not only as a legal requirement but also as a strategic tool to access modern markets, financial support, and consumer trust. However, awareness among MSME actors to register for BPOM distribution permits remains low. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, perceived benefits, perceived procedures, and BPOM support on awareness to register BPOM certification, with compliance as a mediating variable. Specifically, it investigates the indirect effects of knowledge, perceived benefits, and perceived procedures through compliance. The study employed a quantitative survey design involving 71 MSMEs in the jurisdiction of BBPOM Mataram that already possess a BPOM distribution permit (NIE). Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3, including Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). Findings show that compliance and BPOM support significantly influence awareness, while knowledge, perceived benefits, and perceived procedures indirectly affect awareness through compliance. IPMA results position BPOM support and compliance in Quadrant I (high influence and performance), making them strategic priorities. The study contributes theoretically to the TPB framework by incorporating compliance as a behavioral mediator and offers practical recommendations for enhancing regulatory literacy, technical assistance, and procedural simplification.

Abstract

Fishery commodities are one of the commodities that have not been widely studied in terms of their distribution system. The cold chain system is important in the distribution system for fish products. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the cold chain system at the trader level at the Kalibaru Barat Fish Landing Place (TPI). Qualitative methods were used in this study, and qualitative data were collected through observation and interviews with fish traders and consumers in traditional markets. The results showed that the West Kalibaru Fish Auction Center is the largest source of fish feed in the Cilincing area. The distribution chain shows that the West Kalibaru Fish Auction Center plays an important role in distributing fish products directly to consumers and fish restaurants. Consumers are highly dependent on Kalibaru Barat Fish Auction Market for their daily food supply. At Kalibaru Barat Fish Auction Market, the cold chain system has not been properly implemented, and the traders at Kalibaru Barat Fish Auction Market have a damaged cold chain system. The importance of fish traders' knowledge and motivation regarding the use of ice to maintain fish quality and freshness, as well as the need to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure at the fish auction site to increase productivity at the Kalibaru Market, is still very much needed so that traders do not sell on the side of the market or on the sidewalk using tarpaulin roofs.

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era, including PT Panma Metal Agung Sejahtera, which faces challenges in optimizing the use of digital media. The phenomenon observed is that although revenue has increased since adopting digital platforms, the strategies applied have not yet significantly driven sustainable sales growth. This study aims to analyze the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis, determine strategic priorities using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and evaluate the effectiveness of digital platforms in supporting marketing activities. The research method employed a qualitative approach, supported by SWOT analysis, BMC, AHP, and the use of Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP) and Coding Color Analysis Procedure (CCAP). The findings reveal that the dominant factors in marketing strategy are strengthening digital systems and human resources, with priority strategies focusing on the development of an integrated website with marketplace features and the utilization of social media for promotion. The study concludes that the integration of BMC, SWOT, and AHP produces more adaptive and measurable strategies, while the effective use of digital platforms enhances marketing performance and expands the market reach of PT Panma Metal Agung Sejahtera.
