Abstract

Bank BTN, in supporting KPR financing, requires customers to prepare several documents, including personal identity, financial information, and certificates of title to home/equipment/vehicle ownership guarantees. Efficient storage and management of these documents are crucial to prevent loss due to mismanagement. To enhance services, Bank BTN has implemented a Centralized Document Collateral (CDC) documentation system. This study aims to analyze the CDC system's implementation using the PDCA cycle to evaluate each work step. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from credit processing units at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that the CDC system significantly improves document management efficiency, with key benefits including reduced document loss, streamlined retrieval processes, and enhanced security measures. These improvements contribute to more effective work processes and higher service quality for customers. However, some obstacles were identified, such as limited technological infrastructure and storage capacity, which require follow-up actions to enhance performance. Solutions like increasing server capacity, adopting cloud storage, optimizing data management can address these issues. The study concludes that the CDC system is a valuable tool in documenting customer credit files at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung, offering substantial enhancements in operational effectiveness and document security.

Abstract

When the level of Islamic financial literacy in society is high, it will lead to the growth of development financing, this is based on public awareness to save and invest in Islamic financial institutions. Apart from the Islamic financial literacy factor, demographic factors include age, gender, income, and education level. This research uses a mixed-method approach: quantitative methods in bibliometric studies and qualitative methods in literature review studies. The object of research is Islamic financial literacy and demographics. The type of data used is secondary data. The scope of the data used is research journal articles on Islamic Financial Literacy and Demographics on Saving Decisions in Islamic Banks. In 2023, Islamic financial literacy showed significant progress, the highest level in the last five years. Wibowo (2023) reported that of 1800 respondents, 65% had sufficient knowledge of Islamic financial products. Financial literacy programs supported by the government, an increase in the number of Islamic financial institutions, and the development of Islamic financial technology are the main drivers of this progress. The increase in Islamic financial literacy from 2019 to 2023 shows a positive development in public acceptance and understanding of the Islamic financial system. This directly impacts the increase in saving decisions in Islamic banks. The research results from 2019 to 2023 show that demographic factors such as age, gender, education level, income, and marital status significantly influence the decision to save in Islamic banks.

Financial Technology (FinTech) has become a major innovation that influences people's financial behavior, changing the way payments are made easier. This research aims to study the factors that influence Millennials and Gen Z in Bandung in adopting FinTech services in the Sharia banking sector. These factors include attitudes, subjective norms, awareness, knowledge, trust and facilitating conditions. The data used in this research was collected through a questionnaire surveying 400 Sharia banking customers, limited to Millennials and Gen Z in Bandung. Data analysis carried out in this research using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study reveals that attitude, subjective norms, awareness, knowledge, and trust significantly influence consumer’s intention to adopt FinTech services. This study also identifies that facilitating conditions, as a moderating factor, have a significant impact on both attitudes and awareness with regard to consumers' intentions to adopt FinTech services. However, facilitating conditions does not moderate the influence of subjective norms, knowledge, or trust on intention to adopt FinTech services. Fundamentally, this study investigates the factors influencing Sharia bank consumer's intentions to adopt FinTech services. The findings aim to provide valuable insights for FinTech and Sharia banking companies, as well as policymakers, in designing marketing strategies and product development that better align with the needs and preferences of Millennials and Gen Z.

Abstract

Low competence and job training in Indonesia cause employee performance to be less competitive. This research was conducted because of complaints related to the work ethic and discipline of PT Nusantara Abadi Sejahtera cleaning service employees who were considered lacking, thus reducing service quality. The study employed a quantitative approach, employing a saturated sample strategy for sampling. Data was collected from 56 employees through a combination of in-person interviews, questionnaires, and observational studies. The F and T tests were used for data analysis in order to see the partial and simultaneous effects of development and training on employee performance. A t-count of 3.344 and a significance of 0.002 indicate that training significantly affects employee performance, while a t-count of 2.053 and a significance of 0.045 indicate that development also positively affects performance. There is a statistically significant relationship between training and development and employee performance, as shown by the F-test results (F-count: 90.618, p = 0.000). It is clear that training and development programs have a substantial impact on employee performance, and this impact is both partial and simultaneous. As a result, it is crucial for firms to constantly enhance their training and development programs in order to boost employee performance.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the urgency of adopting digital payment technology to improve transaction efficiency and financial inclusion among MSMEs. The Indonesian government has initiated QRIS as a solution for easy and efficient digital payments, but its implementation among MSMEs still faces various challenges. Through a survey of 50 MSME players in Jayapura City, this study shows that the adoption of QRIS significantly affects the efficiency of financial recording and improves the accountability of financial statements. The results of this analysis show that both independent variables, namely Perceived Benefit (X1) and Perceived Ease (X2), have a significant influence on the Decision to Use QRIS (Y) among MSME players. The results of this study indicate that positive perceptions of the benefits and convenience of QRIS are closely related to the level of adoption among MSMEs. The research instrument used shows good reliability, and the regression results show that these two variables significantly influence the decision to use QRIS. This study recommends increasing digital and financial literacy to optimize QRIS adoption, and encourages stakeholders to continue promoting QRIS as part of economic digitalization.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget realization of the Regional Personnel Agency of East Kalimantan Province for the 2020–2024 period, and prepares budget projections for 2026–2030 as a basis for medium-term financial planning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate budget performance and provide recommendations for improvement. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with effectiveness and efficiency ratio analysis. Effectiveness is measured by comparing budget realization and targets, while efficiency is calculated from the comparison of budget outputs and inputs. The results show that budget effectiveness tends to be in the effective category, although there are fluctuations that cause some years to be in the moderately effective category. Meanwhile, budget efficiency shows stability in the efficient to very efficient categories. Budget projections for 2026–2030 are prepared by considering historical budget growth and fiscal efficiency policies. These findings are expected to strengthen performance-based budget governance and become the basis for accountable and results-oriented decision-making in local governments. Recommendations include improving budget planning, implementing a periodic monitoring and evaluation system, conducting human resource training, and focusing on program results and impacts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Regional Personnel Agency's budget management.
