Abstract

The selection of effective and superior learning methods is one of the challenges in the world of education, especially in Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the Montessori method as one of the relevant methods to overcome problems in the world of education, especially related to learning methods. Metode Montessori itself has been implemented at the Brainy Bunch International Islamic Montessori School Malaysia which is also the location of this research. Researchers use qualitative research with case studies and data analyzed descriptively. The informant determination technique uses purposive sampling, where the informant involves educators in related educational institutions which include the Chief Executive Officer, Principal, Vice Principal, Teacher, and Students in the Brainy Bunch. This research found related to the internalization of Islamic values, the preparation of applied learning, the completeness of effective and inter-creative learning facilities and media, learning activities that are supported and equipped with subjects, learning focus, and learning support activities, as well as effective, descriptive and evaluative learning assessments. This research contributes to enriching scientific characteristics related to the implementation of effective Islamic Montessori methods in superior primary and secondary education learning activities.

Abstract

Globalization that occurs requires people to be literate about technology. This should not affect the public in using the internet. This research is a descriptive research through interview, surveys, and observations with Muslim students at universities in Yogyakarta as research subjects. Compared to other countries in Asia, Indonesia is the most impolite country based on a survey conducted by Microsoft. This figure is higher when compared to the previous year. The amount of hoax and fraud news influences the level of public decency. From the resulting sample, as many as 20% have spoken harshly on social media and the other 80% have never, this difference is influenced by the environment around each youth which is different. With the majority of Muslim students not being able to say impolite sentences, it needs to be maintained, whereas if they still say harsh sentences/discrimination in cyberspace, it needs to be minimized through cooperation by all levels of society, from families, schools to government agencies.

Abstract

Westerners often talk about freedom of life in the modern era, including the Arab region which has begun to follow western cultural developments regarding modernization. Halloween is one of the celebrations held in Riyadh. By using a qualitative descriptive method, namely by analyzing the facts related to this information based on literature research from journals and articles as well as the results of questionnaires from LIPIA Jakarta students about Halloween in Riyadh, so that it is clear what LIPIA Jakarta Students think about the pros and cons. Thus, the outcome of Halloween in Riyadh is media conjecture, as the setting and feel coincides with Halloween celebrations in the west.

Abstract

This article discusses the causes and solutions of stunting and its effect on household harmony. In addition, this article also discusses the government's efforts in overcoming health problems as Perpres Number. 72/2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction. The method that used in this article is descriptive qualitative which is library research. Article data in the form of literature data, especially books and equipped with other documents that related to stunting both causes and solutions. The results of the article show that stunting is a condition that a person's height is shorter than the height of other people in general (who are the same age). Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by multi-factorial and intergenerational nature. Stunting is also something that is not expected to happen in a household, in Indonesia stunting is a health problem that must be taken seriously. However, in practice, stunting still occurs a lot and is a problem today. Widespread incidence of stunting hampers economic growth, increases poverty, and widens inequality in households.

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, especially in the education sector, which causes learning activities to be carried out online. The number of technology and information activists is currently gives rise to several educational support platforms. One of them is utilizing Google Sites as an online learning medium to increase student interest in learning. This study discusses the implementation of online learning using Google Sites media in increasing student interest in learning in Islamic Education Class 6 at SDN Ngringin, Moyudan, Yogyakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and interviews. Test the validity of the data used is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's qualitative which includes: data reduction, presentation, and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that learning is carried out by the teacher pinning the Google Sites link in the description on the WhatsApp group followed by students studying and working on quizzes. The impact of this learning can increase students' interest in learning during the courageous period, this is indicated by the feeling of pleasure in students because of the ease of use, so students do not feel burdened during learning. Having pictures on Google Sites makes students feel interested in learning. Students focus more on learning because there are no other activities. Students are also actively involved in reading material, watching videos, and taking quizzes.

Abstract

Montessori method for childhood especially low elementary is needed where the method teaches students to become independent and highly motivated individuals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Montessori method at the Brainy Bunch International Islamic Montessori School in building self-reliance and motivation in students. This study uses a case study method in qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The determination of participants in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique in which the participants included school principals, kindergarten managers, and teachers. The secondary data sources in this study are reference books and journals related to the Montessori method and learning motivation. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. This research shows that the application of the Montessori method in building learning motivation in young children is well done which includes lesson planning, implementation, and learning evaluation. The independent learning contained in the Montessori method has an impact on building students' learning motivation which can be seen from the ability of students to learn independently.

Abstract

Islam teaches its adherents that there is no right for men or women to commit violence or hurt one another. Violence against women is increasingly visible in this digital era. Women are more of a target or topic in an issue. This happens because of the feeling of despair from the majority of men who think that their people are higher than women. understanding this is what causes violence against women by blaming women for attitudes, behavior, ways of dressing, and so on. There are many types of violence perpetrated against women in this digital era. Most of the videos circulating show women who do not respond to violence perpetrated by men. This is because women who resist the violence they experience are still considered taboo by society. The views of Ahwal Syakhshiyah students regarding violence against women need to be straightened out and understood.

Abstract

Millennials generation find it difficult to own a home because of their consumptive lifestyle and houses have prices that are getting more expensive over time that are disproportionate to their income. In fact, many of them are desperate to buy a house with a credit system with high interest and and that credit has a repayment period up to tens of years, even though this can trigger financial problems. Therefore, this study aims to explain that Islamic financial planning give solution strategies to young people with low incomes can realize to owning their dream house without usury. This type of research is qualitative research with literature study method. The results of this study explain the design of a strategy in managing the income of a young couple for consumption needs, paying for temporary house rent, paying for electricity, water, wifi, emergency funds and investing in sharia instruments namely gold investment. Gold is resistant to inflation. The gold investment strategy of one gram per month can be collected for seven years which can be used to start building a dream house. This research is complemented by a strategy for choosing suitable land to live in and a strategy for building houses with gradual progress for seven years.

Abstract

The mediation process was initially carried out outside the court institution (non-litigation) for the parties to the dispute, but with the times and changes in behavior, a mediation process was made in court that was inseparable from the court institution (litigation). The mediation process is an obligation that must be carried out by the judge before carrying out the next trial. If you look at PERMA No. 1 of 2016, there are many advantages why mediation is used in court. The purpose of this study is to understand the problems faced in virtual mediation at the Ujung Tanjung Religious Court and describe the efforts made by law enforcement of the Ujung Tanjung Religious Court in handling virtual mediation problems in terms of the effectiveness of Soerjono Soekanto. qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the low success of the community itself is that not all parties in this case use the services of advocates, and the average level of education of the parties is low. The Ujung Tanjung Religious Court in carrying out its duties and functions has carried out a mediation process based on PERMA No.1 of 2016, the results of the litigants in conducting the mediation process are still low and the parties' strong desire to divorce. The Ujung Tanjung Religious Court has made efforts to resolve the issue, but it still requires awareness and responsibility. The online mediation process itself if referring to the Supreme Court Rules, the process can be done using audio-visual media such as video calls that are already available in many applications. In other words, the role or function of this paper is expected to be able to be a social construction to find the level of effectiveness of mediation in divorce cases in religious courts.

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communicationplay a key role in managing marketing strategies. IMC itself focuses on marketing its product, services and facilities to gain good public opinion and maintance a positive image.the purpose of this study is to describe the work system of IMC at sharia Syafaat Marcomm Digital Agency itself. The constructivist paradigm is the mainstay of this research because the truth of reality which is seen as a result of social construction and the truth of realyty are relative. This is support by a target sampling technique, namely looking for relevant informants such as directors and general managers to ensure the data obtained are valid. This study use qualitative research, which describes the problem under study obtained through interviews with interview tehniques, observation and collection of documentation. Syafaat Marcomm uses IMC such as advertising, Consumer Sales Promotion, Trade Sales Promotion, Public Relation, and Publications, Sponsorship and Event, Direct Marketing in serving clients and applaying to clients. In accordance with thw vision and mission of improving product quality and quality to develop following technological civilization and becoming a creative company in every information technology service.
