Abstract

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a profession of civil servants and government employees with work agreements binding themselves to government agencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the career journey system for ASN, problems with ASN career journeys related to job promotions and the causes of problems with career paths related to promotions in ASN at the Education Office of Sumenep Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study show that the ASN career journey system there is generally assessed by the direct supervisor, namely the Head of the Service regarding his work performance, also seen from ASN personal data and 6 other indicators consisting of; Educational Qualifications; Position Track Record or Work Experience; Competence; Development History; History of Performance Assessment Results; Education & Training Experience and ASN age. Then the problems related to promotion of ASN positions with outstanding achievements are constrained so that it affects their career paths due to the lack of attention from the Sumenep Regency Government to competent and accomplished ASNs and the amount of competition between ASNs at the Sumenep Regency Education Office.

Abstract

Against the background of women's need for cosmetic and skin care products which are increasing and not infrequently, cosmetics are a primary need in every woman's monthly shopping. Therefore, with the increasing number of existing cosmetics. So cosmetic companies must be able to compete how to create a new innovation that can provide satisfaction for cosmetic users so that consumers can make their choices. In making these decisions, consumers will be influenced by product quality and price. Based on research results. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions. This is obtained from the value of Fcount = 76.088 > Ftable = 2.40 with a significance value (˂0.01) less than α = 0.1 or a significance of 10%. While partially the product quality and price variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is known that the product quality variable has a value of Tcount = 3.052 > Ttable = 1.674 with a significance value of 0.04 ˂ 0.1 Then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a partial influence between the product quality variable (X1) on the purchase decision variable (Y). while the price variable has a Tcount = 4,449 > Ttable 1.674 with a significance value (˂0.01) less than 0.1. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a partial influence between the price variable (X2) on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

Salary is a component of compensation that should be given to an employee or staff by a company as a form of remuneration for what the employee gives to the company as an attempt to increase productivity in working as well as work discipline. This study was conducted towards a village government of West Kebundadap which is a community service place by using purposive sampling technique encompassing 11 informants as information sources. The data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model consists of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion. The researcher found a problem of incongruity of set salary payment time. The finding shows that salary does not always play a role to increase productivity and work discipline, because different workplaces generate different work purposes. Although the salary payment for village government staffs of West Kebundadap is often not on time, they still can manage to be productive and discipline in working due to the reason of community trust but most of them do not prioritize their profession as village apparatus in order to make ends meet when the salary is not paid yet.

Abstract

Solok Regency is one of the taro producing areas, one of which is in Tanah Sirah Nagari Koto Anau. Farmers in this area have cultivated a lot of taro plants. Taro plants in this area have also been processed into taro chips, as is done by the Khalista household business. This study aims to determine the strategies that can be used for the Khalista taro chips household business in developing its business. The research was conducted using the case study method. The data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data. Sampling of farmers using the Simple Random Sampling technique and samples were taken as many as 31 people or 40% of the 78 people (population). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the Khalista Talas Chips household business, it is known that the Khalista Talas Chips Home Industry has been established since 2015 and continues to produce until now. This business, which is managed by simple management, continues to grow, producing processed products made from taro plants which are purchased from farmers around the location. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of the Khalista Taro Chips home industry business in Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency is in quadrant I with coordinates (0.84; 1.21), with the strategy formulation being S-O (Aggressive Strategy). This strategy uses internal strengths by taking advantage of external opportunities.

Abstract

The health assessment (PENKES) of Islamic savings and loan cooperatives and Islamic savings and loan and financing units (KSPPS/USPPS) of cooperatives is an assessment to measure the soundness of Islamic savings and loan and Islamic financing cooperatives and Islamic savings and loan units and cooperative financing on a periodic or incidental basis. Assessment of the health of cooperatives is very important to do, to find out more about the condition of cooperatives in terms of financial health, management and compliance with sharia principles. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the soundness of the sharia savings and loan and financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura sharia cooperative in 2021. This type of research is qualitative research (Qualitative study). And including field research, using descriptive analysis with an inductive mindset. The subject studied was the Manager of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative. While the object is the soundness level of the Islamic savings and loan and financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative in 2021, covering all aspects of the health assessment, namely: aspects of capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity, independence and growth, as well as compliance with Sharia Principles. The analysis follows the guidelines issued by the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No. 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results showed that the health level of the savings and loan and sharia financing unit (USPPS) of the BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative in 2021 was in the Fairly Healthy predicate with a total score of 74,80. From the predicate obtained as a whole on the aspects of financial health, management and compliance with sharia principles, they are already in a fairly good health condition.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of knowing community satisfaction with the services provided by PT Sumekar on the Kalianget-Kangean cross.The type of research used in this study uses qualitative research methods, which include observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used in determining the informants and respondents is using purposive sampling which is a technique for taking data sources with certain considerations. The results of this study indicate that to provide community satisfaction with PT Sumekar's services, namely providing physical evidence (facilities and infrastructure) in the form of DBS I and DBS III ships. As for PT. Sumekar to improve the performance of its services, which can be done by having a reliable ability to work and provide a good response, guarantee or certainty for passengers and an empathetic attitude towards the community or passengers.

Abstract

MDLY Gold is a small and medium business partner (MSME) engaged in the fashion sector that has been established since 2017. As of 2022, MDLY Gold successfully has 9 production and retail locations throughout the major islands of Indonesia with the main outlet located in Tanah Abang, Jakarta. Center. However, ordering MDLY Gold raw materials requires a lead time of 2 weeks. So this will affect the long production time so that it causes losses for MDLY Gold. Therefore, to maximize raw material inventory and reduce losses, we can analyze using the Economic Order Quantity method. Through solving the inventory control problem, the total Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of raw material inventory for MDLY Gold production is 27,413.8 Yards during January to June. This EOQ aims to manage inventory that can optimize the total cost consisting of ordering costs and holding costs. Besides this, MDLY Gold must reorder when the stock reaches a reorder point of 17,668.4 Yards with additional supplies needed if there is no shortage of raw materials or safety stock of 10,112.24 Yards. Determination of ROP and SS is useful for MDLY Gold to be able to find out when is the best time to place an order besides there is an order lead time, so that raw materials will arrive on time and the production process will run smoothly without any problems in inventory control.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The inflation fluctuates in all countries, impacting the process of preparing financial reports. Especially if the business or organization operates in several countries and needs to report its financial condition periodically. The aim of research is to have an overview of the mechanism of translation accounting when inflation occurs and the comparison if translation accounting is carried out using the Islamic monetary system. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method approach and content analysis techniques. From studies conducted on various literature and analyzing existing data, it can be seen that fluctuating currency values ​​are a particular challenge in the international business environment. Also related to this is an increase in the value of money for goods and services known as inflation. Accounting for price changes is relevant to international businesses and organizations, since inflation rates vary substantially between countries today. And affect financial reporting as a distorting effect of inflation. The Islamic monetary system is an alternative solution for presenting accurate financial information to business entities or organizations, because of its stable exchange rate. The Islamic monetary system has stability of the exchange rate, because the exchange rate is independent, cannot be intervened by anyone and any policy. Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical analysis tool that is widely used today. SEM is a multivariate analysis tool that allows to solve complex problems. There are several software developed to assist analysis using SEM. SmartPLS is software that is widely used in management research because it is able to solve complex problems without any normality assumptions. There are three stages of completion with SmartPLS software, namely making drawings, testing measurement models, and testing structural models. Drawings are made according to the conceptual framework and the hypothesized variable relationships. The measurement model test aims to test the validity and reliability of indicators. While the structural test aims to answer the research hypothesis. This paper is expected to help novice researchers overcome limitations or inability to use SEM analysis, especially using smartPLS software.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of the emergence of untouchable costs in the formation of the cost of acquisition of tobacco bandol in Madura. By using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that, Untouchable costs arise because bandol ignores the expenditure of costs incurred during the tobacco trading process, starting from the announcement, purchasing, delivery, sorting, and weighing processes. So that that expenditure in the form of money, goods, services, or other resources that are issued outside the purchase price are only considered as operational costs. The error cost of sales will be trouble on the operasional profit of the entity.
