Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain and analyze the influence of price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Wardah Cosmetics products among Bina Bangsa University students in November-January 2023-2024. The population in this research data was taken from the management study program with an estimated 735 populations and 259 samples. In sampling using the Slovin formula, the margin of error is 5% or 0.05. This research uses quantitative methods with test results showing that price perceptions do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions among management study program students at Bina Bangsa University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price research on purchasing decisions for ice cream products.This research uses quantitative methods and takes a sample of 150 Bina Bangsa University students who consume Aice ice cream. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS software analysis tools. Test selected results and quantitative analysis include validity test, reliability test, simple linear aggressiveness test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test.Based on the research results, it is concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for ice cream.

Abstract

A hospital is a professional health institution whose services are provided by doctors, nurses and other experts. Sari Asih Hospital has many branches, one of which is in Serang City. The facilities available at this hospital are very diverse, starting from: parking lot, canteen, mosque, toilet, treatment room, and many more listed at this hospital.The layout of the room is neatly arranged and in accordance with the floor plan listed in this hospital. Many workers are ready to serve the people who visit this hospital. Not only people who live in the city of Serang, but in every city, district and even areas that are far away also visit for treatment at this hospital.This hospital already has a good name, so people continue to visit this hospital. Sarih Ssih Hospital accepts the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) and the medicines it provides do not differentiate between people who use public or private insurance. The analysis of this research is to evaluate the services available at Sari Asih Hospital so that in the future it will be even better, so that people feel satisfied after visiting Sari Asih Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the QRIS digital payment system on sales in the kopma store 1 business unit of the Alma Mater Student Cooperative of Makassar State University. The respondents in this study were as many as 100 consumers of Kopma Store 1 Makassar State University who made transactions using digital QRIS. This type of research uses a type of quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques as sampling techniques using certain considerations in accordance with the desired criteria to be able to determine the number of samples to be studied. In the sense that the sample taken is consumers who use the QRIS digital payment system. The data collection used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The analysis method in this study uses instrument tests (validity tests, reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, heteroscadacity tests, linearity tests), hypothesis tests (determination coefficient tests, and t tests. The results of this study show that the QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales at the Kopma Store 1 Business Union of the Student Cooperative "Alamamater" Makassar State University. It is known that the value of t-count 33.238>t-table 2.302 with a significant value of 0.00<0.05 which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected in other words the variable QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales.

Abstract

E-wallet or digital wallet is a form of payment technology that allows users to store, send and receive money digitally. The aim of this research is to find out whether service quality and customer satisfaction can influence customer loyalty in using the DANA digital wallet. The population in this study were people who had used the DANA digital wallet application with a sample size of 150 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via a Google Form link. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques used including data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, validity and reliability test, and multiple regression test. From the research results, it was found that e-service quality has an effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty and e-service quality and customer satisfaction together have an effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between the halal label, taste image, price perception on consumer satisfaction with Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Mixue is an ice cream and tea shop company that originates from China and has been established since June 1997. Mixue currently has more than 10,000 shops inside and outside China, including Indonesia. Sample collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, the total sample was 100 respondents. The collected data was then processed using IBM SPSS Version 26 until valid data results were obtained. However, based on data obtained from research results that have been distributed through questionnaires, it shows that the Halal Label, Taste Image, Price Perception have a very positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In this era, various culinary businesses with uniqueness and excellence are emerging rapidly. With the development of this culinary business, the number of restaurants both regular restaurants and fast food restaurants is increasing. When consumers choose a restaurant as a place to eat, they not only see the quality of the food, but also the quality of the service. Therefore, the management must provide good service and product quality in order to compete with other restaurants and attract more customers. Customer satisfaction is determined by a good and friendly service system and a clean and comfortable location. This study aims to determine and analyze the level of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of gacoan noodles. The type of research used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to gacoan noodle customers. The analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

Accountability and performance measurement at the Deli Serdang Regent's Office are the main focus in efforts to increase transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of public services. This study considers the implementation of accountability mechanisms, including internal reporting and monitoring systems, to measure the extent to which these agencies fulfill their responsibilities to society. Based on the research results, there are several problems regarding accountability and performance measurement at the Deli Serdang Regent's Office. First, the fundamental problem is related to the lack of transparency in financial reporting and operational activities of the agency. This can hamper the accountability process which should be the main basis for carrying out duties and responsibilities. Apart from that, problems arise in the performance measurement system used by the agency. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the current accountability and performance measurement system. The implications of these findings can contribute to improving management systems and policies that support improving the quality of public services at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, and customer value on the purchase decision of Clear Shampoo among Muhadi Setiabudi University students. The study population was 520 students, a sample of 84 respondents was selected by a simple random sampling method. Survey instruments in the form of questionnaires are used to collect the necessary data. Multiple regression analysis will be used to evaluate the influence between the independent variable (brand image, product quality, and customer value) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the preferences and factors that influence students in choosing Clear Shampoo as their hair care product. The results showed that all variables and questions in the questionnaire have been proven valid and reliable based on those made on the purchase decision of Clear Shampoo products in students. The implications of these findings are expected to provide valuable insights for manufacturers and marketers in improving their marketing strategies, especially in understanding how brand image, product quality, and customer value influence buying behavior in this particular target market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price perception, taste, service quality, and facilities on the decision to repurchase Mie Gacoan Tegal. The population in this study is Mie Gacoan customers in Tegal City. The sample used in this study was 145 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Mie Gacoan customers. The analysis used in this study is respondent demographics, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. Analysis technique with multiple regression test. The results showed that price perception variables and service quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, whereas, for taste and facility variables had a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase decisions. Simultaneously, the perception of price, taste, service quality, and facilities influences the decision to repurchase Mie Gacoan Tegal
