Abstract

Abstract: The legal counseling on material guarantees at the Serpong District Office, South Tangerang aims to provide understanding, information and legal knowledge about how people can guarantee their movable and immovable objects at bank and non-bank financing institutions in the form of general and special guarantees (mortgage, pawn, fiduciary, Dependents, Warehouse Receipts and Individual Guarantees or Bortoght). This Community Service (PKM) uses an implementation method in the form of outreach activities and discussions with the village head and sub-district head. This PKM activity provides benefits to the village head and sub-district head which will later be shared with the surrounding community by increasing understanding of guarantee law at the Serpong District Office, South Tangerang. Through discussion activities between the service team and the village head and sub-district head, it was discovered that many did not understand material guarantees. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge and supporting knowledge to provide knowledge to the public about the rules that apply to each material guarantee.Keywords: Guarantee, Materials, Tangerang-South

Abstract

PJU-TS(Solar Powered Lighting) is public street lighting where the electrical power for the lights is supplied by an independent system obtained from solar energy. This design aims to describe the PJU-TS design based on solar power and LEDs, with the durability of solar panel and LED modules without being connected to the electric power network and the lighting specifications used in the PJU-TS design at the location of Jalan Binuang, Ngarai Sianok,Agam Regency, West Sumatra using a centralized system where the PLTS is positioned at one point while the lighting is combined or united on one pole. The following is the design of the PJU-TS road so that it works and carries out its functions well and as expected and the installation steps are based on procedures and the sun is the only source of energy for the PJU  TS.Keywords:Centralized System PJU-TS Planning for Binuang Road, Ngarai Sianok,Agam Regency, West Sumatra.

Abstract

Abstract: The creditor and debtor relationship in a financing agreement is a civil law relationship that has the same position and position, namely the existence of rights and obligations between the parties in accordance with the regulations of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees. In the implementation of the agreement, there is a legal event that may result in legal consequences, if from its implementation one of the parties is supposed to perform but does not fulfill the performance as specified in the agreement, then that party is considered negligent or in default. This creates a dispute over breach of fiduciary financing agreement. In this case, the judge's considerations are very influential on the judge in deciding a case of default on a multipurpose financing agreement with a fiduciary guarantee.Keywords: Judge's Consideration, Default, Fiduciary Guarantee

Abstract

Abstract: Children's rights are also part of the most fundamental human rights. Generally, protection for children is represented by children who come into contact with the law. From the Child Protection Law emphasizes that legal protection for children is the state's obligation, including for child victims of sexual violence. Every child who becomes a victim of a crime has the right to restitution. The purpose of research is to analyze and find the essence and concept of restitution for child victims of sexual violence based on the principle of justice. The type of research is normative legal using normative legal case studies, with approaches including legislative, philosophical, conceptual, case, and comparative approaches. The collection of legal materials is conducted by reviewing literature sources. The analysis of legal materials in this normative research consists of reading regulations, journals, and other references.Result shows that the essence of providing restitution for child victims of sexual violence based on the principle of justice is that children are vulnerable victims for whom the state is obligated to advocate for their rights in the form of restitution, making it easily accessible and beneficial for child victims. The concept of providing restitution for child victims of sexual violence emphasizes the need to reinforce the Sexual Crimes Law for children in fulfilling the right to restitution and must be clearly regulated through policies that facilitate child victims of sexual violence in applying for restitution.Keywords: restitution, children, sexual violence, principle of justice

Abstract

Pemerintahan provinsi Sumatera Barat melalui Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Barat membentuk Tim Penetapan Harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS)  Kelapa Sawit yang bertujuan untuk menetapkan harga TBS di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dalam waktu 1 kali 15 hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis  keseuaian mekanisme  Penetapan Harga TBS tersebut dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 01/Permentan/Kb.120/1/2018. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penetapan harga TBS Kelapa Sawit Provinsi Sumatera Barat sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 01/Permentan/Kb.120/1/2018.Kata kunci: Penetapan harga TBS, Tim Penetapan harga TBS

Abstract

Penerapan teknik pengajaran role play dalam penelitian dilatar belakangi olehpermasalahan kemampuan bercakap bahasa Inggris yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa semester dua. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab: 1) Sebarapa jauhkah peningkatan kemampuan bercakap bahasa Inggris mahasiswa dengan penerapan teknik Role Play. 2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang bisa meningkatkan kemampuan bercakap bahasa Inggris mahasiswa dengan penerapan teknik Role Play. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dimana objek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa semester 1/B di STKIP Nasional Pauh Kambar. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, interview, rubrik penilaian. Temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: penerapan teknik Role Play meningkatkan kemampuan bercakap bahasa Inggris mahasiswa. Berdasarkan data kuantitatif, peningkatan terlihat pada hasil tes awal ke tes siklus pertama dimana skor dimulai dari 14,93 meningkatkan ke 17,57. Dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua, terdapat peningkatan dari 17,57 ke 20,87. Dari siklus kedua ke siklus ke tiga, terdapat peningkatan dari 20,87 ke 22. Berdasarkan data kualitatif, ditemukannya faktor-faktor penunjang dari peningkatan kemampuan bercakap mahasiswa dengan penerapan teknik Role play diantaranya: kegiatan belajar yang komunikatif, peran dalam percakapan, dan seting dalam Role Play.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to identify the extent to which Indonesia has realized an ideal legal state based on justice. Through an in-depth analysis of regulations, judicial practices, and public perceptions, this study reveals a number of justice deficits that still haunt the Indonesian legal system This study compares the condition of the legal state in Indonesia with universally recognized international standards of justice. Using a human rights framework and the principles of a good rule of law, this study analyzes the extent to which Indonesia's legal system has met these standards. Case studies and comparative analyses are used to identify gaps between legal practices in Indonesia and best practices in other countries. This research highlights the importance of harmonization between national law and international law in order to realize an ideal state of law.Keywords: Ideal Legal State.

Abstract

This study focuses on the structural redesign of a collapsed 34-year old wooden bridge in Dusun I Kampung Mahligai, Pulau Gadang Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Riau Province. The original structure served as a critical access route for pedestrians and vehicles. The redesign adopts reinforced concrete with an 8-meter span and a width of 3,5 meters, incorporating guardrails, sidewalks, deck slabs, and girders. Structural calculation follow RSNI T-12-2004 and RSNI T-02-2005 standards, with manual internal force analysis. The design specifications include guardrails (10x15 cm, 2D10 reinforcement), sidewalks (20cm thickness, D12-120), deck slabs (20cm thickness, D12-150), and girders (30x60 cm, 12D19). Abstract

According to AEM modeling data in 2021, it was estimated that around 526,841 people were living with HIV with an estimated 27 000 new cases. Approximately, 40 percent of these new infections occurred in women. The causes vary, including the COVID-19 pandemic, low ARV treatment retention, inequality in HIV services and ongoing stigma and discrimination stemming from a lack of public knowledge about HIV-AIDS. Strengthening the triple 95 strategy is being pursued by intensifying health promotion, preventing high-risk behaviors, case detection (screening, testing, tracing), and case management. Additionally, the Ministry of Health has included HIV-AIDS control strategies as part of the Minimum Service Standards in Health Facilities. This strategy is outlined in the Minister of Health Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Technical Quality Standards for Basic Services in the Minimum Standards for Health Services. Efforts are made not only for women, children, and adolescents but also for all life cycles, from newborns, toddlers, primary school-aged children, teenagers, adults, to the elderly.The purpose of this study is to assess the knowledge of DIII Midwifery students at STIKes PMC Pekanbaru about HIV/AIDS. This research is descriptive. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 34 people. The tool used for sampling was a questionnaire with univariate analysis. The frequency distribution of respondents' knowledge about HIV/AIDS showed that 21 respondents (61.7%) had good knowledge, 9 respondents (26.5%) had fairly good knowledge, and 4 respondents (11.7%) had poor knowledge. It is hoped that the DIII Midwifery students at STIKes PMC Pekanbaru can support the government's program by raising awareness about the dangers of HIV/AIDS in their surroundings, thereby helping the government in combating HIV/AIDS. Keywords:Knowledge, HIV, AIDS.

Abstract

The performance of a project can be influenced by its organization. Good organizational management can help ensure that responsibilities and tasks are clearly divided among project team members, that communication is maintained well, and that the project can run according to schedule. Project management can also help organizations discover and resolve problems that arise during a project. An effective project organizational structure will achieve project objectives in accordance with the expected time, cost and budget. The aim of this research is to assist the project party in identifying problems that exist in the project organizational structure and also provide solutions related to problems that exist in the project structure. Meanwhile, the most influential is quality with a score of 3.42% greater than the time and cost indicators.Kata Kunci: organization, Management, Construction
