Abstract

Older adults experience physical, psychological, social, and spiritual changes that may affect their health and quality of life. This study aimed to describe changes in the physical and mental health of older adults following a holistic nursing intervention. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was used involving 15 older adults selected through total sampling. Data were collected using the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ), Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), Activity Daily Living (ADL), and blood pressure measurements. The intervention included brain exercise, light physical activity, mental health education, spiritual support, and social support. The results showed that participants with normal MMSE scores increased from 8 to 10, while intact intellectual function based on SPMSQ increased from 2 to 3 participants. The number of participants categorized as normal or not depressed based on GDS increased from 5 to 7, and independent ADL increased from 13 to 14 participants. Blood pressure also showed a descriptive decrease after the intervention. These findings indicate positive descriptive changes in several physical and mental health indicators among older adults following the holistic nursing intervention. Keywords: Holistic Nursing, Older Adults, Mental Health, Cognitive Function, Blood Pressure

Abstract

The banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining economic stability. Analyzing modalities and profitability is crucial for strategic decision-making in the field of macroeconomics. Because of this, this study examines the impact of CAR and ROA on the Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) of banks in BEI between 2021 and 2025.The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between Capital Adequay Ratio (CAR) and PBV, Return on Assets (ROA) and PBV, and the simultaneous relationship between the two.This study used the Quantitative Associative Causal method, which looks at the relationship between numbers. Population: Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2025; Sampling Method: Purposive Sampling (based on certain criteria); Number of Samples: 6 Banks x 5 years = 30 data points; (CAR) total capital: atmr x 100%; (ROA): net income: total assets x 100%; and (PBV): stock market price: book value of stock. Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing were done using SPSS 26.CAR Variable (X1): The t-test results indicate a significance value greater than 0.05 (Sig.0.956 0.05); thus, partially, CAR has no significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). ROA Variable (X2): The t-test results show a significance value less than 0.05 (Sig.0.000 0.05), indicating that partially, ROA has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). Based on the simultaneous test results using IBM SPSS version 26, the calculated F-value (Fcount) is 23.994, and the table F-value (Ftable) is 3.35. Since Fcount text Ftable (23.994 3.35) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV) in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2021–2025 period.The statistical test results indicate that partially, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR, X1) has no significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). However, Return on Assets (ROA, X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). Simultaneously, CAR and ROA together have a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV) in banking companies listed on the IDX during the 2021–2025 period.Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Firm Value (PBV)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to realize security in national and civic life, so police duties are one of the important factors to create excellent service and a good relationship between the police and the community. The functions, duties, and authorities of the police in law provide security to the public and then offer services by listening to every complaint from the community in the integrated police service center (SPKT). The South Sorong Police, in carrying out their function of providing integrated police services to the community, include things like Police Reports (LP), Police Report Receipt Letters (STTLP), Notification Letters on the Progress of Investigation Results (SP2HP), Loss Report Letters (SKTLK), Police Clearance Certificates (SKCK), Notification Receipt Letters (STTP), Self-Report Letters (SKLD), Permits for Public Gatherings and Other Community Activities, Driver's Licenses (SIM), and Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK).The research conducted by the researcher is a normative legal study carried out by analyzing, observing, and examining the legal materials obtained, both from primary and secondary legal sources. Primary sources consist of legislation, official records or minutes of legislative actions, and court decisions. Secondary sources include all publications that are not official documents, as well as tertiary materials that provide guidance or explanations regarding primary and secondary legal materials. The study then continues by drawing conclusions from the analysis that has been described, thus obtaining a clear picture of the legal study on the function of the Integrated Police Service Center in realizing Precise Policing at the South Sorong Police Resort.The research results obtained by the South Sorong Police in providing police services to the community are as follows: (a) Police Reports (LP), Acknowledgment Receipt of Police Report (STTLP), Notification of Investigation Progress (SP2HP), Certificate of Reported Loss (SKTLK), Police Record Certificate (SKCK), Notification Receipt Letter (STTP), Self-Reporting Certificate (SKLD), Public Event Permit (SIK), Security Service Business License Recommendation Letter (SRIUJP), Driver's License (SIM), and crime scene processing, supervision, and security, (b) Coordination and provision of assistance and help, among others: Handling of Crime Scenes (TPTKP) and processing of crime scenes, (c) Public services including through phone, text messages, fax, Internet (social networks) and letters, (d) Providing general information related to public interests according to the provisions of the law, (e) Preparation of registration reporting, compiling and submitting daily reports to the Police Chief. The obstacles faced by the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) in realizing precision policing at the South Sorong Police show that: the organizational culture and behavior of police members are often neglected, and the education level and social sensitivity of police members are still low. The limitations of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the implementation of the Police Bureaucratic Reform program that has not yet been service-oriented.Keywords: Service, South Sorong Police, SPKT division

Abstract

Abstract: This systematic review examines the technical basis for recovering exhaust heat from the Yanmar TS190H diesel engine through a heat exchanger and identifies variables that should guide prototype testing. Thirteen primary studies published between 2020 and 2026 were selected through PRISMA-oriented screening and evaluated for methodological clarity and relevance. Evidence was organized around exhaust-heat characteristics, operating parameters, exchanger geometry, backpressure, fouling, and direct water heating. Because engine scales, methods, and performance indicators differed substantially, the findings were synthesized narratively. Exhaust temperature and mass flow, engine load, water flow rate, pipe dimensions, heat-transfer area, flow arrangement, and exhaust resistance consistently governed system performance. A double-pipe or concentric-tube counterflow configuration emerged as the most practical starting point because it combines simple fabrication, cleaning access, and controllable pressure loss. The review proposes a Yanmar TS190H-specific thermal–hydraulic operating window to integrate heat recovery, pressure constraints, and maintainability before experimental validation.Keywords: heat exchanger, diesel exhaust heat, Yanmar TS190H, water heating, systematic review.

Abstract

Abstract: This article analyzes the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) from the perspective of maqashid al-syariah, focusing on the concepts of maslahah, mafsadah, and their levels. The MBG program aims to improve the quality of public health and welfare by fulfilling nutritional needs, especially for children and vulnerable groups. However, its implementation also has the potential to cause mafsadah, such as issues with distribution, food quality, and budget misuse. This study aims to examine the extent to which the MBG program aligns with the objectives of maqashid al-syariah in realizing maslahah and minimizing damage. This study uses a normative legal method with a conceptual and philosophical approach. Data were obtained through a literature review of journal articles, scientific literature, and relevant policy documents. The analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically by examining the forms of maslahah and mafsadah based on the levels of dharuriyyah, hajiyyah, and tahsiniyyah. The results show that the MBG program has a dominant maslahah orientation because it is related to the protection of life, mind, and offspring, thus including maslahah dharuriyyah. However, the potential for mafsadah can still arise if its implementation is not carried out transparently, fairly and on target.Keywords: Free Nutritious Meal Program, Maqashid Al-Syariah, Maslahah, Mafsadah
