Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's situational leadership style at MTs Islamic Center Cirebon. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used non-participant open observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the principal has implemented a situational leadership style, from indicators that the principal's role as telling (telling) has been implemented, selling (peddling), participating (involving) and delegating (delegating). The implementation of the situational leadership style in accordance with the level of readiness or maturity of educators and education staff will make the principal's leadership more effective in achieving the goals of educational institutions.

Abstract

CGambaran dari penelitian ini peran teman sebaya sebagai pemberi nasihat dalam proses imitasi yaitu teman sebaya memberikan masukan berupa petunjuk, teguran, dan arahan, serta mengetahui peran teman sebaya dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di MTs An-Najah Kalimukti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran penting teman sebaya disekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat baik, teoritis, maupun praktis. Secara teoritis hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk menambah pemahaman mengenai pentingnya peran teman sebaya bagi pembentukan karakter siswa. Manfaat praktis sebagai wahana penambah pengalaman dalam dunia pendidikan dan lingkungan yang sesungguhnya.

Abstract

Disiplin berarti tertib, taat atau mengendalikan tingkah laku yang perlu ditanamkan pada anak-anak, agar anak tersebut dapat mentaati tata tertib yang ada. Dengan adanya disiplin proses belajar mengajar akan berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran tentang bagaimana penerapan tata tertib sekolah, kemudian menerapkan disiplin anak-anak yang malas atau yang tidak mengikuti aturan-aturan sekolah. Artikel ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan hasil penerapan sanksi/hukuman untuk peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa SMP IT BINA U UMMAH Dalam menerapkan hukuman atau sanksi dapat meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab terhadap diri dan dapat lebih menghargai waktu, penerapan hukuman atau sanksi terhadap siswa SMP IT BINA UMMAH supaya tidak terbiasa lagi datang terlambat setiap hari senin. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode ini bermanfaat bagi kami untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kedisiplinan siswa SMP IT BINA UMMAH cukup bagus. 2) adanya penerapan tata tertib di sekolah yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan siswa-siswi agar lebih baik dari sebelumnyaDisiplin berarti tertib, taat atau mengendalikan tingkah laku yang perlu ditanamkan pada anak-anak, agar anak tersebut dapat mentaati tata tertib yang ada. Dengan adanya disiplin proses belajar mengajar akan berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstrack Marriage is not just a union between a man and a woman, but also unites steps and common goals so that domestic life can run well with minimal conflict. Marriage must also be carried out on the basis of the willingness of both parties without any element of coercion from anywhere. The method used in this study is qualitative, the main source of information is the related case files that the author obtained when carrying out field experience practices at the Sumber Religion Court. The results of this study indicate that this divorce occurred because the Plaintiff, who initially already had a lover, was in the end forced to marry the Defendant who was 21 years older than the Defendant. Therefore, the marriage which initially went well, then gradually worsened because the Plaintiff's heart still could not accept the Defendant. Keywords: Divorce, Forced Marriage, Psychology

Abstract

Pada kesempatan ini kami membahas tentang Karakteristik peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Islamic Centre yang tentunya sesuai dengan apa yang kami analisa selama masa Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Ruang lingkup permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kenakalan remaja dikalangan siswa siswi MTs Islamic Centre ,kenakalan remaja ini diperlihatkan dalam sikap bolos,merokok,meremehkan tenaga pengajar,bersikap kurang ajar,penyalah gunaan obat, dan pergaulan yang tidak sehat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian MTs. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karateristik siswa kelas VIII Sebagai penambah informasi untuk melengkapi data yang diperlukan, maka digali informasi dari informan terdiri para murid dan teman PPL. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan,reduksi, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Notary's responsibility towards the legalization of underhanded deeds and how the strength of underhanded deeds that have been legalized by a Notary. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method and it can be concluded that in article 1874 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code it is stated explicitly that signing an underhand writing is the same as affixing a thumbprint to a statement dated from a notary or other official appointed by law stating that the affixer the thumb is known to him or has been introduced to him. And an underhand deed only has the power of formal proof, that is, if the signature on the deed is recognized, it means that the statement contained in the deed is recognized and justified.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembinaan ibadah shalat terhadap anak merupakan suatu perintah agama yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya namun, pembinaan ibadah shalat terhadap anak di sekolah belum dilakukan dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembinaan disiplin shalat, bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan shalat, cara penanaman keagamaan shalat dan bentuk reward dan punishment dalam pembinaan shalat anak di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian orang tua siswa di MTS Mafatihul Huda Depok masih kurang memberikan pembinaan disiplin shalat pada anak. Hal tersebut terbukti dari sebagian besar anak belum terbina shalatnya dengan rutin dan disiplin, sehingga masih sering meninggalkan shalat lima waktu dan dalam sholatnya masih kurang dalam ke khusyuk an nya disebabkan tidak menjalani rukun shalat yang peranannya penting yakni Tuma'ninah.Tuma'ninah artinya diam sejenak setara membaca kalimat Subhanallah pada saat melakukan gerakan salat. Tumaninah adalah hal yang wajib diketahui oleh setiap Muslim karena tanpa melakukan tumaninah, salat seseorang kurang sempurna.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of socialization in promoting products from Indonesian Islamic banks. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this article were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques with customers related to research problems. The results of the study found advantages and disadvantages in carrying out promotions through direct socialization with customers. By doing this, customers can find out what products are available in Indonesian Islamic banks without having to go to the bank, the weakness is that many customers are hesitant to buy. take products from Indonesian Islamic banks because of the limited knowledge of customers about the differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to understand about the types of inheritance that exist in Indonesia and where the inheritance certificate is made. The method used is library research using legal materials in the form of statutory regulations, legal materials such as books written by experts and selected relevant legal book authors, other legal materials that can provide instructions or explanations. The results of the study indicate that there are still classifications in the inheritance law system in Indonesia, considering the plurality of laws in Indonesia, the division of these groups is still recognized for its existence until now, so the applicable inheritance law also follows these groups. First, the law of inheritance according to the Civil Code or BW, for European and eastern foreign residents of Chinese descent. Second, the law of inheritance according to Islam, for citizens who are Muslim. The third, the law of inheritance according to local customary law.

Abstract

Learn and understand language is very important for muslim mainly Arabic. Arabic is a half of religion. Basically, functions and roles of Arabic as brigde for identify islam by Al-Quran and Hadis. From the above presentation, the problem for this research is what are problems found by researchers who is teach Arabic at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon and solution taken by researchers to do learning Arabic at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. To the know ploblem raise, researchers do reasearch use qualitative method with approach of ethnography and data collection technique include observations, interviews and documentations. From the research was found the cause of the lack of Arabic conversation refraction at Junior High School Plus Al Maarif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon among others are the lack of solidarity between teacher and students and the method taught by the teacher too monotone so it will become bore and lazy to take this subject. There is a solution in this problem can use hiwar method for expand students Arabic speaking skill.
