Abstract

Currently, Islamic banking is growing rapidly, along whith these developments, employee marketing strategies mush also increase. To increase the number of customers, Islamic banks need a strategy in each of their sales products that aim to develop business at Indonesian Islamic bank KCP Plered 2. The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of Islamic bank employees in Islamic banks Indonesia KCP Plered 2. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the data obtained is by interviewing each marketing employee and also the director of Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used in recruiting customers is to use a marketing mix strategy. Marketing mix is a form of marketing strategy that is carried out by combining several elements in integrated manner including those commonly known as the 5 (P) namely Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People. A very important role in recruiting customers in BSI Plered 2 is by using a promotion strategy itself used in recruiting customers at BSI KCP Plered 2 is pcking up the market, advertising, sales promotion, socialization, and personal selling.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran mata pelajaran aqidah akhlaq dalam pembentukan karakter Islami di MTs Islamic Centre Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, berbasis studi Deskriptif. Untuk mendapatkan informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang mendalam untuk dibuat kesimpulan dengan subjek guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak sangat berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter Islami Peserta Didik MTs Islamic Centre Cirebon karena mata pelajaran ini memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikkan aqidahnya kedalam bentuk pembiasaan untuk melakukan akhlak terpuji dan menjauhi akhlak tercela dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah faktor bawaan, lingkungan seperti keluarga, teman bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how important the curriculum is in the learning process at SMPIT Fatahillah Cirebon. This research uses qualitative research methods, based on descriptive studies. The result show that the curriculum plays an important role in the learning process at SMPIT Fatahillah Cirebon in order to create a structured learning atmosphere, facilitate educators in the teaching and learning process, facilitate educators in the process of making Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and also so that schools and educators have achievement targets in learning. The curriculum at SMPIT Fatahillah Ciebon uses an internal curriculum and the curriculum is still in the process of being developed by the foundation team

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at MI Nurul Huda with the aim of describing the application of Civics learning methods by using picture media to improve the activities and learning outcomes of fifth graders in Civics learning themes adapted to KI and KD. The problem that becomes the background of this research is that students tend to be passive, because there is less interaction between students and teachers, the teacher is more focused on lectures so that students only listen during the learning process and the learning outcomes of class V students are still not good. This research is a qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. Describing a phenomenon according to the actual situation experienced by the research subject, in this study the researcher wanted to describe how the Civics learning method used image media at MI Nurul Huda. Sources of research data how many observations and interviews. The results showed that the image media was effectively used in Civics learning and made students' learning motivation increase. Abstract

Ada banyak usaha guru yang diberikan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini tentu amat berpengaruh pada kepribadian siswa. Peran aktif guru sangat menentukan hasil belajar siswa, supaya bisa mempelajari materi dengan lebih bersemangat. Dengan melakukan penelitian di SMP Plus Al Ma'arif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon, peneliti berusaha untuk menentukan beberapa rumusan masalah, yakni 1) Apa saja penyebab kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa di kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif. 2) Bagaimana cara menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, interview dan observasi. Analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan penyajian data dan kesimpulan serta perilaku yang diamati dari keadaan yang ada. Penelitian bertujuan agar mengetahui tingkat semangat belajar siswa kelas 7 SMP Plus Al-Ma'arif Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. Hasil penelitian meliputi: a) Memperbanyak metode pembelajaran. b) Sebelum pembelajaran dimulai guru selalu menceritakan kisah-kisah para pejuang terdahulu yang ada dalam Al Qur'an; c) Guru memberikan tugas yang berkaitan dengan materi yang akan dipelajari; d) Guru memberikan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan sehari-hari; e) Guru mendorong siswa untuk senang membaca Alquran sebagai proses menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan siswa kelas 7 di MTs An-najah, mengetahui faktor kedisiplinan belajar kelas di MTs An-najah, dan mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dari subjek penelitian, menunjukan bahwa faktor kedisiplinan belajar siswa ada dua yaitu faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik, faktor instrinsik yaitu berasal dari dirinya sendiri yaitu siswa yang malas, malas untuk belajar, tidak pernah mengerjakan PR atau tugas, malas untuk mencatat dan membaca buku pelajaran, kurangnya kesadaran untuk belajar, karena belum terbiasa dengan disiplin belajar. Yang kedua yaitu faktor ekstrinsik yaitu dari luar individu yang berupa lingkungan keluarga, orang tua yang tidak pernah memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang terhadap anak yang menjadi tidak disiplin belajar, selain itu faktor lain adalah dari guru, guru yang galak cara mengajar yang membosankan menyebabkan siswa malas belajar, dan faktor terakhir yaitu yang mengakibatkan siswa tidak disiplin belajar karena faktor lingkungan seperti teman bergaul dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) or Elementary School (SD) are required so that children are accustomed and trained in letters or numbers so that children will be easier and ready to continue their next level of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the reading ability of grade 1C students at MI Nurul Huda Pangenaan in terms of kindergarten graduates. This research method uses qualitative descriptive technical. The sources of data for this research were interviews and documents. Interviews were conducted with the homeroom teacher of class 1C. The results of this study indicate that 30% of the number of students in class 1C are not fluent in reading. This is based on the background of students who are not graduates of RA or Kindergarten. Thus it can be concluded that graduates of Roudlatul Athfal (RA) or Kindergarten (TK) are able to produce graduates who have good reading skills. So that students who graduate from RA or Kindergarten when receiving students are placed in superior classes or classes that are indeed prepared for further classes. So that both in class placement and reading completeness students are considered capable and can avoid falling behind in class in the future.

Abstract

One of these coaching institutions for the art of reading the Alqur'an is the Majelis Ta'lim Daaru Ta'allumil Qur'an in the Kemanten Cirebon. Researchers choose this institution as objects in research due to seeing the high enthusiasm of students in learning the art of reading the Alqur’an. Which aims to understand how is the learning model for the art of reading the Alqur'an, especially at the elementary school level. Research methods is qualitative methods with descriptive study approaches, data collection techniques are observation for 25 days, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the learning levels were divided into three classes. There are two kinds of art of reading the Alqur'an with seven nagham’s. The learning system applied are blended learning, repetition of maqro verse for 3-4 months at each meeting, differences in the selection of verses, and the beheading of words in each verse. Furthermore, scheduled activities are daily activities, weekly, annual and urgent activities such as special coaching for the Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) competition in certain institutions. And the learning method applied are the combination of the sima'i and tausyikh methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana profil sekolah dalam pelaksanaan nilai-nilai karakter di SMP IT Bina Ummah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan nilai-nilai karakter di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah guru pengampu Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa data profil sekolah, teori tentang pelaksanaan nilai-nilai karakter di dekolah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan nilai-nilai karakter yang di tinjau dari Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu dengan adanya pembiasaan yang di lakukan secara rutin oleh guru pengampu PAI dan guru yang lainnya seperti pembiasaan pagi dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha berjam’ah, membaca almatsurat, membaca asmaul husna dan membaca Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

ABSTRACKKnowledge and insight can be obtained with a shortcut, namely reading. Reading is the first thing in literacy activities. Reading requires deep understanding or nothing else than reasoning. The higher a person's reasoning in reading, of course, the more understanding he will understand what he reads. To achieve this is not easy, it needs habituation and continuity, especially for students who should as knowledge takers certainly do not escape reading activities. From there, the author tries to question and implement one of the programs launched by the Ministry of Education in 2015 namely the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at MTs Mafatihul Huda. However, the implementation of the program was slightly modified. The modification lies in the time of reading books, and the application of the six basic literacy. This research is intended as an effort to minimize the low reading interest of students at the first level, especially at MTs Mafatihul Huda. With a qualitative research method with a case study approach. And using three qualitative data analysis activities, namely data reduction, data modeling and drawing conclusions. So the results of the study indicate that students' reading interest is still low due to the minimal availability of reading materials, the available books are still old editions, the existence of reading corners that are not well maintained, librarians who hold concurrent positions, and the literacy culture in madrasas has not been maximally developed.
