Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions, facilities, and promotions on the number of tourists visiting Celosia Flower Park. The selection of this topic is based on the importance of the role of the destination as one of the main attractions in its area, but faces challenges in maintaining the consistency of the number of tourist visits. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, using a questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. The sample consisted of visitors to Celosia Flower Park, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS software. The results showed that the three independent variables of tourist attractions, facilities, and promotions had a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the number of tourist visits. Promotion proved to be the most dominant factor, followed by attractions and facilities. The R Square value of 0.653 indicates that the model can explain 65.3% of the variation in the number of tourists. These results emphasize the importance of an effective promotion strategy, supported by the development of attractions and improvement of facilities, in order to increase the competitiveness of tourist destinations. This study provides an empirical contribution for tourism managers in designing data-based policies to increase visits sustainably.

Abstract

Perceraian akibat perselingkuhan dapat berdampak besar bagi anak, terutama jika menyebabkan kondisi fatherless. Dampak ini kian terasa di masa dewasa awal, ketika individu mulai membangun relasi yang lebih serius. Kurangnya keterlibatan ayah dapat memengaruhi interaksi sosial, terutama dalam membangun kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan menjalin hubungan dengan lawan jenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami persepsi pernikahan pada wanita dewasa awal yang mengalami fatherless akibat perceraian karena perselingkuhan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan pada dua partisipan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman fatherless membentuk persepsi partisipan terhadap pernikahan, khususnya dalam hal ketakutan akan kegagalan pernikahan. Satu partisipan menunjukkan persepsi cenderung positif dengan sikap optimis dan percaya bahwa pernikahan yang sehat masih mungkin dibangun, sedangkan partisipan lainnya memiliki persepsi cenderung negatif berupa sikap skeptis dan kehati-hatian. Faktor internal seperti pengalaman pribadi, serta faktor eksternal seperti paparan media, turut membentuk persepsi partisipan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan psikologis bagi individu dengan pengalaman serupa untuk membangun relasi yang sehat di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Promotion Mix and lifestyle on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform, focusing on fashion category customers (clothing and shoes) in Baturaja. Promotion Mix, which includes direct selling, advertising, public relations, and sales promotions, is an important element in attracting consumer attention and increasing sales volume. Meanwhile, lifestyle reflects an individual's lifestyle patterns in activities, interests, and opinions, which contribute to purchasing decision making. The research method used is quantitative, with path analysis to measure the direct and indirect effects between the research variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Promotion Mix variable has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle functions as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Promotion Mix and purchasing decisions. Path analysis also reveals that the combined influence of these two variables contributes significantly to Shopee customers' purchasing decisions. Effective marketing strategies and an understanding of consumer lifestyles greatly influence purchasing decisions. These findings are expected to be a strategic basis for Shopee in designing more effective and innovative promotional campaigns, as well as contributing to digital marketing literature

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, word of mouth, and price perception on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skincare products in Baturaja City. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to consumers of MS Glow Baturaja Branch. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results showed that product quality variables did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and price perception variables had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers in Baturaja City are more influenced by recommendations and information from others in making purchasing decisions than price or product quality factors. Therefore, MS Glow is advised to strengthen its word of mouth strategy through customer reviews, user communities, and collaboration with local influencers. In addition, companies need to communicate product value more effectively to improve price and quality perceptions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) users of TikTok Shop in Baturaja. Using quantitative research methods, data were collected from 200 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The variables studied include Digital Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Consumer Trust, and Purchasing Decisions. The validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested, and a classical assumption test was conducted to ensure the suitability of the regression model. The results of the study indicate that Digital Marketing has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions. Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions but do not have a significant effect on Consumer Trust. In addition, Purchasing Decisions partially mediate the relationship between Digital Marketing and Consumer Trust, although the mediation effect is not statistically significant. The results also show the important role of Digital Marketing in building Consumer Trust and driving Purchasing Decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. These findings provide practical implications for businesses looking to optimize marketing strategies through digital platforms and leverage customer reviews to increase consumer engagement and trust. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables that may influence this relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing influencer marketing strategies on product price sensitivity in MSMEs in Baturaja City, with a case study on Aneka Kue & Kemplang Syafira. In this study, price sensitivity is defined as the level of consumer response to changes in the price of products offered. Data were obtained through a survey of 40 respondents and analyzed using statistical tests, especially the t-test, to measure the relationship between influencer marketing variables and price sensitivity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of influencer marketing has a significant effect on the price sensitivity of MSME products. Influencer credibility, content quality, and the level of audience interaction with the promoted content play an important role in building product value perceptions. Influencer marketing has been shown to reduce price sensitivity by shifting consumer focus from price to perceived product value. In the long term, this strategy can help MSMEs strengthen their market position by increasing customer loyalty, brand awareness, and consumer retention. However, to ensure the sustainability of its impact, longitudinal analysis and combination with other marketing strategies are needed. This study contributes to the development of MSME marketing strategies, especially in the increasingly competitive digital era.

Abstract

Sendang Kun Gerit merupakan Daya Tarik Wisata yang berlokasi di di Dusun Kukun Gerit Desa Jatibatur Kecamatan Gemolong, Sragen. Daya tarik Sendang Kun Gerit dikelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Sumber Rezeki Jatibatur mempunyai pesona alam yang cukup indah, sehingga menarik kunjungan wisatawan, karena berada di lembah yang dikelilingi dengan perbukitan rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap peningkatan daya tarik wisata Sendang Kun Gerit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Sendang Kun Gerit diambil pengunjung paling banyak yaitu pada saat weekend sabtu dan minggu selama 2 minggu sebanyak 200 wisatawan yang berkunjung di sendang kun gerit dengan perolehan sampel berjumlah 62 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel media sosial terhadap minat berkunjung ditunjukan dari hasil uji analisis koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan bahwa nilai R Square dengan nilai sebesar 0.626 atau jika diubah menjadi persen yaitu 62,6% yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pemasaran digital sendang kun gerit sangat besar terhadap peningkatan daya tarik wisata yang ada di Sendang Kun Gerit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh diversitas gender dan kepemilikan pemerintah terhadap pengambilan risiko perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah gender diversity board of commissioner, gender diversity board of director, kepemilikan pemerintah. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan risiko perusahaan yang diukur dengan volatility return on asset (ROA) dan range ROA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gender diversity board of commissioner dan gender diversity board of director berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengambilan risiko perusahan. Sementara itu, kepemilikan pemerintah secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengambilan risiko perusahaan.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif dalam organisasi merupakan kunci penting dalam mencapai tujuan strategis yang telah dirumuskan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja PT Mitra Megah, sebuah perusahaan retail bahan bangunan yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer dan karyawan, serta didukung oleh studi dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terstruktur, baik dalam bentuk formal maupun informal, berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan koordinasi antar departemen dan penguatan budaya organisasi. Sebaliknya, hambatan komunikasi seperti kurangnya saluran informasi yang jelas dapat memicu kesalahpahaman dan penurunan produktivitas kerja. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi komunikasi internal yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan sebagai upaya memperkuat hubungan kerja dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan kepada manajemen PT Mitra Megah untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan komunikasi dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana pertukaran informasi antar unit kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of logistic service quality on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office. The method used in the study is an explanatory method using 100 consumer samples in the analysis. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Timeliness, Accuracy of Order, Quality of Information, and Quality of Contact Personnel simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office. Timeliness, Accuracy of Order, Quality of Information, and Quality of Contact Personnel partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office.
