Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the level of development of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios at PT. Prediction of Gunatama, Tbk in Batu Engau District by analyzing financial reports for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 periods using liquidity, solvency and profitability ratio analysis. Based on the results of Liquidity Ratio Analysis at PT. Gunatama, Tbk's prediction for the Current Ratio in 2018 is 3.4 times, in 2019 it is 1.1 times, and in 2020 it is 1.5 times. The Quick Ratio in 2018 was 3.2 times, in 2019 it was 0.7 times and in 2020 it was 1.2 times. The Cash Ratio in 2018 was 2%, in 2019 it was 4%, and in 2020 it was 18%. Based on the results of the Solvency Ratio Analysis at PT. Gunatama, Tbk's prediction for the Debt to Asset Ratio in 2018 is 60%, in 2019 it is 45%, and in 2020 it is 39%. Debt to Equity Ratio in 2018 was 148%, in 2019 it was 81% and for 2020 it was 64%. LTDtER in 2018 was 131%, in 2019 it was 67% and for 2020 it was 50%. Based on the results of Profitability Ratio Analysis at PT. Gunatama, Tbk's prediction for Profit Margin in 2018 is 6%, in 2019 it is 18% and for 2020 it is 26%. Net Profit Margin in 2018 was 21%, in 2019 it was 39% and for 2020 it was 17%. Return On Investment in 2018 was 39%, in 2019 it was 14% and for 2020 it was 71%. Return On Equity in 2018 was 96%, in 2019 it was 25% and for 2020 it was 12%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on employee career development. A conducive work environment and strong motivation are considered important factors in encouraging employees to develop their skills and competencies, which ultimately contribute to career advancement. The research method used was a quantitative survey with sampling from employees of various companies. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing questions regarding employees' perceptions of the work environment, motivation levels, as well as their career progression. The regression analysis results show that a supportive work environment significantly enhances employees' career progression, while intrinsic motivation also plays an important role in accelerating career advancement. The implications of this study suggest that companies should pay attention to the quality of the work environment and provide the right motivational boost to optimize employees' career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of training and work ethic on employee productivity at PT XYZ. Training is one of the important factors in improving employee capabilities, while work ethic reflects the attitude and dedication of employees to their work. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey design, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT XYZ. The results showed that effective training and high work ethic have a significant positive impact on employee productivity. The findings are expected to provide recommendations for the management of PT XYZ in designing more effective training programs and encouraging good work ethic among employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, supervision, and work discipline on employee performance at the Dasuk Health Center, Sumenep Regency. Employee performance is one of the important factors in improving the effectiveness of public health services. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 100 employees as a sample taken randomly. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of work experience, supervision, and work discipline as well as employee performance. The results of the analysis showed that work experience, supervision, and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. This finding indicates that increasing work experience, supervisory effectiveness, and implementing good work discipline can improve employee performance at the Dasuk Health Center. This study provides recommendations for Puskesmas managers in designing more effective human resource development strategies to improve health service performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) implementation on business performance with a focus on the inbound perspective. GSCM refers to the application of sustainability principles in supply chain management, including environmentally friendly resource management and energy efficiency. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 companies implementing GSCM in the manufacturing sector. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring aspects of GSCM implementation and business performance related to inbound logistics. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that GSCM implementation significantly affects business performance, particularly in terms of cost reduction, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced corporate reputation. The findings emphasize the importance of GSCM strategies in improving business performance through more effective inbound management. This research provides recommendations for companies to further integrate green principles in their supply chain strategies to achieve better performance benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for a company by using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods integrated with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The SWOT method is used to analyze internal and external factors affecting the company, while QSPM helps in evaluating and prioritizing strategies based on the weights and scores obtained from the SWOT analysis. The integration of AHP in this process provides a systematic approach to measuring the relative importance of various factors and strategy alternatives, and ensures more objective and measurable decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide comprehensive and data-driven strategic guidance for the development of more effective marketing strategies, improve the company's competitiveness in the market and achieve better business goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work experience and motivation with employee performance at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security. Optimal employee performance is very important to achieve organizational goals and effectiveness, especially in the government sector related to marine and fisheries. This study adopted a quantitative approach with a survey method, using questionnaires distributed to employees at the agency. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to evaluate the effect of work experience and motivation on employee performance. The results showed that both work experience and motivation significantly affect employee performance. Work experience contributes to improving skills and knowledge that have an impact on work efficiency, while motivation plays a role in increasing employee enthusiasm and dedication. This study concludes that the development of training programs and motivational initiatives can improve employee performance at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security, and recommends strategies to optimize both factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of education, training and teaching experience in improving teacher professionalism in senior secondary schools. Teacher professionalism is key to achieving high and sustainable education quality, so it is important to understand the factors that can influence it. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 high school teachers in several schools in Jakarta. The results show that education, training, and teaching experience significantly contribute to improving teacher professionalism. Formal education obtained by teachers plays a role in expanding their knowledge and skills, while ongoing professional training provides opportunities to update and improve pedagogical skills. Extensive teaching experience, on the other hand, allows teachers to develop practical expertise and solve challenges faced in the classroom more effectively. The findings underscore the importance of integration between education, training and experience in efforts to improve teachers' professionalism, ultimately contributing to the quality of education at the senior secondary level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the factors of organizational culture, career development, and work motivation contribute to employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a crucial component that affects employee productivity, retention, and performance in an organization. In today's competitive context, organizations must understand the factors that can increase job satisfaction to retain talented and committed employees. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 employees in various industrial sectors. The results of the analysis show that a positive organizational culture, clear career development programs, and high work motivation significantly affect the level of employee job satisfaction. A supportive organizational culture, with good communication and an inclusive work environment, increases employees' sense of satisfaction. In addition, opportunities for career development through training and promotion also contribute to job satisfaction. High work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, was shown to have a strong relationship with job satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of integration between organizational culture, career development strategies, and work motivation in creating a satisfying and productive work environment.

Abstract

Job stress is a part of life stress that is too heavy so that it is directly related to psychological disorders and physical discomfort. Stress is a condition that can be experienced by employees as a result of work demands, time pressure, heavy workload, interpersonal conflicts, and other factors. The problem of stress can be one of the significant factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on the performance of operational officers of PT Angkasa Pura II at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. This study applies a quantitative approach with 43 respondents, selected through the Non Probabilty Sampling method. Primary data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data processing was carried out with the SPSS program. Data analysis was carried out by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t tests, coefficient of determination tests. The results of the data analysis test obtained the significance value of the Work Stress variable (X) on the Performance of Operational Officers (Y) of 0.000> 0.05 can be interpreted that there is a significant and positive influence. When viewed from R2 between the variable Job Stress (X) on the Performance of Operational Officers (Y) it can be interpreted that the effect of Job Stress on the Performance of Operational Officers of PT Angkasa Pura II at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung is 30.9% and 61.9% is influenced by variables outside this study.
