Abstract

The idea of religious moderation has existed since before the Ministry of Religion published a book on moderation initiated by Lukman Hakim, but after technological developments there have been changes in attitudes towards moderation, especially in the media with the many conservative narratives that build discourse about Islam which returns to the Sunnah and Al-Qur'an. -Qur'an. This research explains the discourse on religious moderation built by Islamic portals affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, both of which have a long track record in voicing peaceful Islamic attitudes in Indonesia. The data in this research uses qualitative methods combined with literature review research on sources and journals that are still relevant to the research, then the analysis tool uses R. Entman's framing analysis. The findings achieved regarding the narrative discourse on religious moderation in the digital space on the Nu Online and Suaramuhammadiyah portals are that there is a desire for the formation of public understanding of the dangers of conservative Islam and the importance of understanding religious moderation more deeply in order to avoid the dangers of developing narratives. Both portals have a style its own framing in voicing and interpreting the discourse on the importance of a moderate attitude.

Abstract

In everyday life people tend to equate needs with wants. Sometimes people mention something as a need that must be met immediately, even though something is a wish that could have been postponed. A lifestyle that is oriented towards economic needs alone is not justified in Islam because this attitude is the same as placing economic activity as the goal of life. On the other hand, reducing the desire to maximize life activities in the economic sector is also not justified because it lowers the degree and prestige of Muslims among other people. For this reason, this research will try to unravel how the human concept is in Islamic economics. In solving the existing problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with secondary data sources. The results of this study state that fulfilling human needs in Islam does not only meet worldly needs such as eating, drinking, clothing, housing, and transportation vehicles, but humans must also meet spiritual needs or spiritual needs so that humans become human beings who have good morals, are useful, and beneficial to fellow human beings both in this world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

Adoption is a legal act that transfers the child's care and responsibility for the care, education and raising of the child from the child care institution or biological parent's family to the adoptive parent's family. In order for a child to be adopted to be legally recorded, it must go through the role of the Social Service which is then referred to the District Court for a decision. This research is because there are still many people who do not understand the process of child adoption, causing child adoption to be invalid and deviating from the law. So the aim of this research is to discuss child adoption procedures which are related to the role of the Social Service in terms of the feasibility of adopting a child based on Government Regulation Number 54 of 2007 and analyze the factors that hinder child adoption. The research method used is empirical juridical, where researchers examine data obtained directly from interviews with Judges at the Tanjung Karang Court and the Head of the Lampung Province Social Service as well as Academics for Empowerment and Protection of Women and Children by looking at the operation of the current laws. This research uses a qualitative approach to data analysis. Qualitative research always focuses on phenomena involving humans, carried out in a natural, comprehensive and interpretive manner. The results of this research show that what causes many child adoptions to be illegal is due to Indonesia's diverse legal order, namely Islamic law, customary law and positive law, resulting in the concept of child adoption being different in each region. Then, the obstacles to adoption are caused by internal factors from the Social Service itself and external factors from biological parents, children and prospective adoptive parents.
