Abstract

Cooking oil is one of the basic needs of Indonesian people in order to fulfill their daily food needs. However, in 2022, Indonesia will experience a shortage of cooking oil stocks, resulting in high cooking oil prices on the market. This phenomenon also occurs in the city of Pekanbaru, so this research aims to determine the supervision of the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Department in distributing subsidized cooking oil and find out the obstacles faced in distributing subsidized cooking oil. The theory used is the Supervision theory from Manullang (2015) which uses three indicators, namely establishing a measuring instrument (Standard), carrying out an assessment (Evaluate), and taking corrective action (Corrective Action). The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this research conclude that the supervision carried out by the Pekanbaru City Department of Trade and Industry is not optimal, because it is still found that monitoring and evaluation has not been carried out thoroughly and is still limited. The obstacle faced by the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Service is the lack of Human Resources (HR) in carrying out supervision, so that the supervision process carried out by the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Service cannot cover all areas affected by the price of cooking oil.

Abstract

The franchisor and franchisee bond is a reciprocal bond. Because basically the franchisor grants a license to use an IPR in using logos, trademarks, patents, industrial designs, technology, and secret recipes for franchisees. On the franchisee side, of course, they are obliged to provide reciprocity by preparing land, infrastructure and paying a royalty fee to the franchisor. The franchise agreement is subject to Book III of the Civil Code concerning engagement, the legal relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee is also bound by a franchise condition as referred to in the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning Franchise Operations. The research method used by the author in this study is a normative juridical method, where the approach taken is to use a statutory approach as an object of study to analyze statutory regulations which are the primary source of law in this writing.

The holder of the economic rights or moral rights of the disputed Soekarno film script is Rahmawati but apparently her name was not included so that Rahmawati filed a lawsuit at the court in Central Jakarta against PT Multivisionfus and director Hanung Bramantyo that the basis of the lawsuit was copyright infringement of the copyright in Soekarno, created and directed by Hanung Bramantyo. In the first instance, the lawsuit filed by Rahmawati was explained in the decision of the Central Jakarta District Court that the lawsuit was granted and considered that there were indications of copyright infringement by not including Rahmawati's name and Soekarno's film script, which was committed by Multivision Plus. However, because the defendant did not agree with the decision given by the Central Jakarta court, a cassation was submitted to the supreme court and in the end the appeal was accepted by the supreme court and stated that the figure Soekarno was not someone's creation, but was a real figure who actually lived. and finally died.
