Abstract

This research was conducted at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and salary provision on employee loyalty. Career development and salary provision as independent variables (X1,X2) while employee loyalty as the dependent variable(Y). The problem in this research is the decline in employee loyalty at Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the company attendance data. The sample of this research was taken as many as 55 respondents from the population calculated using the census/total sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire results and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analysis technique uses the regression equation, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, and hypothesis testing, namely the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of test carried out show that career development and salary provision have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact arising from disputes in the franchise industry, with a focus on disputes related to trademark rights deviation. In order to understand the complexity of these disputes, this study involves reviewing legal cases involving parties in franchise relationships and identifying the types of infringement that are common in relation to franchise trademark rights. In addition, this study also analyzes alternative dispute resolution that can be used to resolve conflicts between franchisees and franchisors. In this analysis, alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, arbitration and negotiation are evaluated to understand their effectiveness and suitability in the context of franchise disputes. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the impact of franchise disputes on the parties involved and identify effective dispute resolution strategies to reduce potential losses and promote healthy relationships between franchisees and franchisors.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect analysis of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) on the profitability of Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic Business Unit Banks in Indonesia.  In this study using a quantitative approach to secondary data in the form of time series data period 2018-2022.  The population of this study is a Sharia Business Unit Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority.  The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, namely testing the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y).  The results of this study indicate that Non Performing Financing (NPF) has no positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.17390.05.  The Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.00000.05.  And Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) has a positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.00000.05. The NPF variable partially has no effect on ROA, while the FDR variable and BOPO variable simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA in Islamic Business Unit Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Siri marriages are marriages that do not record their marital status to officials. Siri marriage has a number of detrimental effects on family formation, one of which is the lack of legal certainty in the distribution of inheritance. The author aims to determine the position, rights, and impacts of siri marriage for children of siri marriage as heirs in terms of civil law and Islamic law. The results showed that children from unregistered marriages could have civil ties with both parents and get their full rights if they received recognition from both parents. Meanwhile, Islamic law considers Siris marriage valid because it fulfills the conditions and harmony so that the child has the right to inherit in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher's observations regarding the role of teachers in developing poetry reading skills in class 4 at SDIT Cordova 3. The purpose of this research is to obtain information or an overview of the role of teachers in developing poetry reading skills carried out by SDIT Cordova 3 with the hope of good results. achieved by grade 4 students. This research uses qualitative research using a descriptive approach method by obtaining data from interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, there are several difficulties experienced by students, including lack of self-confidence and lack of motivation. To solve this problem, SDIT Cordova 3 uses the demonstration method so that learning becomes more active and fun.

Abstract

PKS Lampung Province is one of the political parties participating in the 2024 elections, but as a PKS cadre party it actually provides the same candidacy opportunities for old cadres and new cadres who register themselves when they want to nominate as legislative members of PKS without going through the selection stage or in-depth introduction to the vision and mission of PKS. The focus of this research is to examine the process and criteria for recruiting legislative candidates as determined by DPW PKS Lampung in facing the 2024 elections. This research uses the recruitment process theory according to Michael Rush and Philip Althoff, namely the open recruitment process and closed recruitment process and recruitment criteria based on rational theory. choices according to Barbara Gaddes are partisanship, meritocratic, survival, and compartmentalization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews with research informants and observations with DPW PKS Lampung regarding the recruitment process and criteria, as well as secondary data obtained through documentation such as the list of PKS legislative candidates, the General Election Law, General Election Commission Regulations, and etc. The results of the research show that the Lampung PKS DPW uses a closed recruitment process, namely that the legislative member candidates nominated by PKS are all internal PKS members, because PKS does not nominate candidates independently. The recruitment criteria set are partisanship criteria because all candidates do not go through the selection stage, the priority is only on how much vote support they are able to collect, as well as survival criteria for candidates who are recommended directly by PKS as legislative candidates through providing financial assistance in fulfilling all nomination processes.

Abstract

Franchise is an option for entrepreneurship with the least risk. Initially, the franchise started from the success of the business of the brand owner or franchisor. Through the franchise business, the franchisor will transmit the success of his business to the franchisee. In a franchise or franchise business, the cooperation agreement between the two parties is called a franchise agreement. The franchise agreement is a legal guideline that outlines the responsibilities of the franchisor and franchisee. In the franchise agreement, the franchisor has several responsibilities regulated in Government Regulation no. 42 of 2007 concerning franchise business (Franchise). In this regulation, it has been explained what are the obligations of the franchisor before entering into a franchise agreement with the franchisee. This is so that the franchisee is not deceived which will cause losses to the franchisee.

Abstract

Flight coordinator is the unit tasked with coordinating the implementation of aircraft handling. Flight coordinator officers play an important role in providing air services from block on to block off, therefore the potential for incidents and accidents in this area is higher compared to other areas. This research aims to analyze the preparation of flight coordinator officers in an effort to achieve ground time for the Transnusa Airbus A320 aircraft at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta Airport. The research design used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (library studies and documents). Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, playing a role in the field, interviews with Senior On Duty and personal flight coordinators, flight coordinator activity documents and library studies. Data analysis techniques are by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the flight coordinator officers had carried out their duties in accordance with the applicable Ground Time standards, but sometimes there were still some officers who did not use personal protective equipment such as ear plugs, hand gloves and safety shoes. The obstacles faced by flight coordinator officers are related to supporting facilities, natural and technical factors. The efforts made by flight coordinator officers are to carry out activities according to applicable Ground Time standards.

Abstract

Traditional marriages in the Nuaulu tribe community usually begin with a request or proposal made by the male family through a messenger or spokesperson who is commonly referred to as ruetawamana. This was done on the basis of the young man and the girl who had made an agreement to marry. So that what parents do is just to fulfill rituals and carry out the provisions of applicable customary law. The rituals in the traditional marriage process which are usually carried out at the time of marriage are usually accompanied by an exchange of property between the man and woman and then followed by a blessing ritual led by the chief of the tribe by praying specifically and to unite and bind as proof that they are truly married. it is true that husband and wife who are legal in the eyes of customary law are to cover both parties with the sarongs that have been prepared. The author of this thesis discusses "Implementation of Nuaulu Tribe Traditional Marriage as Civic Culture in Negeri Sepa, Amahai District". The problems discussed in this study are: 1. the process of implementing Nuaulu tribal marriages as Civic Culture. 2. the meaning of traditional marriage for the Nuaulu tribe. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with observation and interview techniques and using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the process of carrying out a traditional marriage, the Nuaulu tribe must fulfill several conditions, including that someone who wants to perform the marriage should provide a dowry in the form of a human head. The Nuaulu people use this method to choose a son-in-law as proof of the man's virility, but over time At that time, this tradition was replaced because it caused unrest in other communities so that it was replaced in the form of old dishes and money as dowry. The process of implementing marriage as Civic Culture is one of a series of life cycles that everyone always goes through and therefore needs to be celebrated because it is one of the local cultures that is still being preserved. The meaning of traditional marriage for the Nuaul tribe is something sacred and has become a tradition from ancient times until now. as a tribute to the ancestors.
