The learning implementation design or called RPP is an important component in manifesting the form of teaching and learning activities. The design of the implementation of integral learning is the design of the implementation of learning that involves different processes to get good results. This requires special attention that the design of the implementation of learning has a very large effect on teacher performance and the quality of students. Plus the phenomenon that is increasingly happening in the 21st century is the absolute need for students to have qualified skills that become an important standard in the life of globalization. This is something that the teacher must respond to quickly in his expertise in creating the concept of an innovative Arabic language learning implementation design that is oriented towards 21st century skills. However, the problem is that it is difficult for teachers to formulate learning objectives, develop unique 21st century learning steps including strategies, models, methods and their development in the field due to lack of education about understanding the process of preparing innovative 21st century skills-based RPP with an insufficient period of time. Thus the challenges of teachers will be even greater, new innovations will continue to be generated. On that basis, this study aims to understand and know more clearly the conceptual design of the implementation of innovative Arabic learning based on 21st century skills. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of library research (library research), which is to obtain correct and good information on research criteria from all reading and recording activities. in the form of books, journals, articles, survey results, seminar materials and other research results.

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization shows that snake bites in the world kill up to 4.5 million people every year. More than 15,000 cases of snake bites are reported and treated in the ER per year. Venomous snake bites are a public health hazard worldwide. The public is expected to have a positive attitude and have good knowledge of first aid.  There is a phenomenon of inadequate prehospital treatment. People tend to provide first aid using traditional methods such as sucking wounds, tying snakebite wounds with rope. The aim of the activity is to increase health cadres' knowledge regarding the initial treatment of snake bites, so the activity that will be carried out is to provide health education regarding the first treatment of snake bite cases, followed by a demonstration of the first treatment of snake bites. Measuring the level of knowledge by conducting pre and post tests using a questionnaire. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in knowledge among health cadres after health education is carried out.

Abstract

Abstract

Social media has become a critical tool for terrorist groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda, leveraging these platforms to disseminate ideology, recruit members, and mobilize support. This study aims to identify the patterns of terrorist propaganda on social media and develop effective digital communication strategies to counteract these activities. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review and content analysis, grounded in digital communication, strategy, and propaganda theories. The findings reveal that terrorist groups utilize emotional narratives to disseminate ideology, personalized approaches for recruitment, and social media to organize collective actions. Successful digital communication strategies include AI-based early detection, culturally relevant counter-narratives, digital literacy to raise public awareness, cross-sector collaboration, and robust law enforcement. The study's holistic approach is essential to counter terrorist propaganda, emphasizing close collaboration among governments, technology companies, and society. Further research is recommended to explore emerging technologies and innovative strategies to address the evolving threat.
