Abstract

One of the causes of less than optimal employee performance is the ineffective division of workload and not conducive and comfortable work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. This study used a quantitative research method which was conducted in September 2022 at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. This research was conducted using sampling techniques and non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques and questionnaires. The data used is primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires by employees. The number of samples in this study were 20 employees. The research instrument was tested for validity by product moment correlation and reliability test by Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24. The results showed that the t-count for the effect of workload on employee performance was 4,216 and a sig value of 0,001. The sig value obtained 0.05 means that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the t-count value of the effect of the work environment on employee performance is 2.149 with a sig value of 0.046 0.05, meaning that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Then for the simultaneous test (F test) obtained an F-count value of 32,664 and a sig value of 0,000 or a sig value α (0.05). It was concluded that the performance of PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi, Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin, Sumbawa Airport, is affected simultaneously by workload and work environment by 79.4%. This shows that the more workload that is completed, the better the employee's performance. Likewise with the work environment, the more comfortable and conducive the work environment, the better employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the jarimatika method in improving the ability to solve mathematical problems in elementary school students. The Jarimatics method is a mathematical approach that uses the basic principles of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to solve mathematical problems in a way that is more intuitive and easily understood by students. This research was conducted by means of a literature review. The data collection technique used in this study was to use research results obtained from various journals, then further analyzed by researchers. So that it can be found the effectiveness of using the jarimatic method in learning mathematics. The results of this study indicate that the Jarimatika method also provides an interesting and fun alternative in learning mathematics, which can motivate students who are less interested in mathematics to be more active and involved in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine or analyze the Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010. This decision was made based on a request submitted by Aisyah Mokhtar to the Constitutional Court for a Judicial Review or re-examination of the Law which will be assessed whether the Law is contrary to the norms of the 1945 Constitution or not. Aisyah Mokhtar submitted this application to risk the civil relations rights of her son, Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan, with his father, Moerdiono. This was done because Aisyah Mokhtar's marriage to Moerdiono was a marriage that was legalized according to religion but not according to the state (unregistered marriage) because marriage registration was not carried out. After this MK decision, children outside of marriage can have a civil relationship with their father and father's family. However, this envoy only applies to children out of wedlock from unregistered marriages (siri marriage) and not children out of wedlock as a result of adultery. Because if this decision is applied to children out of wedlock resulting from adultery, then the Constitutional Court delegates will be considered contrary to Islamic law. According to Islam, a child born from an adulterous relationship only has a relationship with his mother and his mother's family, and not with his father.

Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the roles and constraints of AOLT (Airport Operational Landside and Terminal) officers in supervising facilities and infrastructure at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport, Denpasar, Bali. This study uses qualitative methods, techniques in data collection through the results of observation, interviews and documentation as well as in analyzing data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at the AOLT (Airport Operational Landside and Terminal) unit at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport, Denpasar, Bali. The results obtained from this study indicate that the role of AOLT (Airport Operations Landside and Terminal) officers in supervising facilities and infrastructure at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport Denpasar Bali is quite good and according to what is contained in the Company's Skep and those contained in PM 178 Year 2015 concerning service standards for airport service users and standard operating procedures (SOP). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the Learning Cycle 7E learning model assisted by Montessori media on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in class IV hearing senses. This research is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon where students have difficulty understanding material about the sense of hearing which is quite complicated because of the many terms used. Science subjects in elementary schools are generally taught by lecture and assignment methods, this will make students feel bored faster in class and unable to absorb the information conveyed correctly. Therefore, research was made to show how effective the Learning Cycle 7E model assisted by Montessori media was on students' critical thinking skills. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods. The research design developed was a quasi-experimental design model with nonequivalent control group design. The sample used was fourth grade students at SDN Sukarasa. As for the data processing techniques, the authors use descriptive techniques to obtain conclusions from this study. As a result, there is a positive relationship from the Montessori media-assisted LC 7E learning model to students' critical thinking skills. This is also supported by the opinions of experts on how effective learning can be done, one of which is by using a fun learning model so that children's thinking abilities increase.

Abstract

Foreign Object Debris (FOD) are foreign objects that are animate and inanimate around the airside area which can cause damage to aircraft during landing and take off. The role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) in handling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport in order to avoid the risk of accidents for air transportation. This research uses qualitative. The data collected using observation (direct observation), interviews and documentation. After obtaining the required data, the researcher processed the data through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained by researchers, the role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in handling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) to improve flight safety at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport has been carried out in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that applies at the airport. Obstacles that are often faced by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers when handling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) to ensure flight safety at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport, the most common of which is gravel or asphalt scraping, then nails, metal, luggage tags are found. , fruit peel, there are also animals such as dogs that get into the apron. This is Foreign Object Debris (FOD) found at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport. Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers handle Foreign Object Debris (FOD), namely they check and clean around the apron area.

However, in its existence, the public still views the activity of buying and selling imported used clothing products as quite promising, especially in terms of its economic nature and ignoring the legal consequences that may occur. Until finally, this phenomenon made the researchers want to study the trade practices of imported used clothing at the Mangga Dua Shopping Center. This study uses a research method that is used in the form of a juridical-empirical research method with the approach used is a statutory approach (Statute Approach) and a concept approach (Conceptual Approach) and the data source used is primary data by means of field research (Field Research).
