Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role and function of the student council at Daarul Ahsan High School, as well as how the implementation of Intra-School Organization Management (OSIS) at Darul Ahsan High School. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were the principal, student council supervisors who totaled 1 person, student council administrators who totaled 4 people and Daarul Ahsan high school students who numbered 5 people. His research methods use qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is the drawing of conclusions about the implementation of the organization's management. The results of the research obtained that the role of the student council based on the activity program is an effort to carry out coaching to students this effort is continuous so that students continue to have a good attitude in their daily lives which later students can have good morals and behavior so that students have provisions in carrying out life at the next level and can participate in the community / environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method on the students achievement outcomes of Indonesian Language Learning at Class VIII MTs NW Aik Anyar Academic Year 2021/2022. The research used a quasi-experimental research design. The population of this study were all students of class VIII at MTs. NW Aik Anyar. Class VIII B was experimental class, while class VIII A is the control class. The research design used was Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Data collection techniques used tests. Analysis of the data used the analysis of the t-test Polled Variance. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class learning outcomes was 75,95 and the control class was 61,53. To test the normality of the experimental class data, X2count = 5,0605 with X2table = 11,070, because X2count < X2table, the data was normally distributed. And the normality test of the data for the control class produces X2count = 2,3486 with X2table = 11,070, because X2count< X2 table, the data was normally distributed. The results of the hypothesis test of learning outcomes show that t count > ttable is (3.383 > 1.684) which meant, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it could be concluded that "There is a significant effect using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Method on the students Achievement outcomes of Indonesian Language Learning at Class VIII MTs. NW Aik Anyar. Abstract

This research aims: 1) to analyze the leadership of the madrasa head at MTsN 1 Bima City, 2) to analyze the work ethic of teachers at MTsN 1 Bima City, and 3) to analyze the factors that encourage and inhibit teacher work ethic at MTsN 1 Bima City. This research is qualitative research (case study). The research instrument uses observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the research show 1) The leadership of the Head of MTsN 1 Bima City is quite good because he upholds responsibility with full trust, 2) The work ethic of MTsN 1 Bima City teachers is well recommended, because they have displayed performance and various kinds of efforts made to achieve learning goals , 3) Supporting factors for work ethic (discipline, teacher's personality in carrying out their duties, example and firmness of the school principal. Inhibiting factors, it appears that there are still many teachers who teach normally, namely using the lecture method only, so that students' interest in studying seriously decreases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the academic supervision of madrasah principals in improving the performance of teaching and learning activities at MTsN 1 Bima City, including teaching plans, learning processes, learning evaluations, and academic supervision techniques of madrasah principals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques are interviews and observation. The objects of this research are madrasa heads and teachers. The results show that teachers have implemented the madrasa head's supervision points in improving the teaching performance of teachers at MTsN 1 Bima City according to the character of the madrasa.

Abstract

The role of principle or leadership in madrasah is a very important element in the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in the form of stages that must be taken in achieving the goals of Lil Alamin Rahmatan Islamic Education, so that it can be said that the curriculum is a major component of Islamic education, which is organized and presented scientifically and psychologically for educational goals at the level of Madrasah Tsanawiyah or Junior High School to foster a sense of tolerance, mutual respect, mutual trust, and mutual need. This study aims to obtain data on Madrasah Based Management, the principle of Madrasah Leadership, the relevance of the curriculum of the MTsN 1 Kota Bima academic year 2020-2021. This research was conducted using field studies. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation to get information about the problem under study. While the data analysis is conducted to provide a description and draw conclusions from it. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the study show that the role of Madrasah principle Leadership in implementating Madrasah-Based Management at MTsN 1 Kota Bima Cirebon is through process of discussion, modeling, and habituation.

Abstract

This study aimed to find a portrayal of the principal’s efforts to improve teachers’ performance at MTs 01 of Kepahiang. This study used a qualitative approach. The main sources were the principal and teachers. To obtain such a portrayal, the data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data were collected, they were then reduced, presented, and discussed so as to find the desired conclusion. The conclusion of this study was that the principal as a manager must make efforts to do many ways in order that teachers could improve their performance so that the learning processes became more qualified. One of the ways was by giving motivation to teachers. Constraints faced by the principal in motivating teacher performance stemmed from the teachers themselves whose intrinsic motivation was still low and had implications for their abilities. There were still found some teachers who were less able to describe lesson plans and syllabus correctly. These teachers only carried out teaching tasks without being supported by careful planning.

Abstract

Communication principles are included in the discussion of the relationship between speech and speaker. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of deviation from the maxims of quantity, quality, relevance and maxims of manner/implementation in Roma Irama's interactive dialogue on the Mata Najwa program on Metro TV. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research focuses on deviations from the principle of cooperation in Roma Irama's interactive dialogue on the Mata Najwa program on Metro TV which is studied pragmatically. Data was obtained using the listening method with the SBLC technique (skilled free-involved listening), recording technique, and note-taking technique. The data analysis method used is the matching method using pragmatic matching techniques. The results of this research found deviations from the principles of cooperation in the form of deviations from the maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of relevance, and maxim of method/implementation.

Abstract

Students have difficulty exploring mathematics learning. There have been errors in learning operations to calculate fractions, mistakes in working on fraction problems. One of the skills that students need to have is the ability to solve problems, but in the learning process they often have difficulty in this regard. This research tries to investigate the variables that influence students' challenges in solving mathematical problems and examines the mistakes students make in solving these problems. Errors that occur to students in fraction calculation operations occur during the process of understanding the questions and when checking the results of their work again. Researchers have applied a qualitative research approach. In this research, the researcher is directly involved in the conditions and settings of the phenomenon being studied to obtain the reality of understanding and inductive thinking processes. Therefore, researchers are expected to always focus their attention on the context being researched or on the context of reality. In the research methodology, students tend to experience difficulties when working on questions. Because students do not yet understand the concepts of multiplication fractions and ordinary fractions, in the learning process the teacher teaches students about fraction material in stages to help students understand the concept of fractions.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the learning outcomes of Food Labels among students at SMP Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara by incorporating visual aids, specifically using images as a learning medium. The researcher seeks to determine whether the use of visual aids, in the form of images, can improve students' learning outcomes of food labels. The researcher supports the implementation of image-based media as a supplementary tool for learning to enrich the educational experience and positively influence learning outcomes. The chosen methodology is Action Research with two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The experimental design involves dividing the students into an experimental group (receiving instruction with image-based learning) and a control group (participating in conventional learning). Evaluation is conducted to assess the differences in learning outcomes between the two groups to determine the effectiveness of using visual aids. The results of the action research indicate that visual aids effectively enhance the learning outcomes of Food Labels among students in Class IX C at SMPN 1 Batukliang Utara. As a recommendation, the researcher suggests that teachers facing similar challenges consider implementing visual aids to improve learning outcomes. Additionally, teachers are encouraged to create visually appealing and varied images to maximize the effectiveness of the learning process.

Abstract

Studying English well, correctly and appropriately is something that must be done, because the use of English is currently very much needed for various communication needs both at home and abroad. One of the basic things in learning English is mastering English vocabulary. An approach that can be applied to increase understanding of vocabulary is to use the Tiket Bahasa approach. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using the "Language Ticket" program in an effort to increase the ability to master English vocabulary. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that learning using the Tiket Bahasa program approach provides quite good benefits in increasing understanding of English vocabulary which of course will be the basis for further English language mastery.
