Abstract

The language of international communication is English, which is the connecting language between nations in the world in various fields of life. As a global language, a means of communication and an international information medium, English is studied and included in the mandatory curriculum for many countries in the world, including Indonesia. One of the English language skills is the activity of writing daily routines or daily activity text. Difficulty compiling daily routine texts by students because the content and ideas of their writing have not been developed properly; In fact, his writing only consists of a few sentences and is not continuous, and is not arranged according to chronology. The author thinks that a special method or approach is needed to improve the abilities and skills of 24 students in class VII of SD-SMP Negeri Satu Roof 4 Gunungsari to be able to master the competency of writing daily activity text properly and correctly. To explore interest and talent in writing daily routines in English, the classroom action method was used with a problem based learning (PBL) model approach. The results of the study concluded that there were 18 students who were declared complete and as many as 6 students who were declared incomplete, the minimum completeness criteria was 75. The students' highest score was 88 and the lowest score was 60. The score above the KKM was 61% or 11 students. Student learning outcomes improved after developing the learning model from conventional to PBL.

Abstract

This research is about how the learning process of students is able to improve their skills in writing Recount text using picture media of tourist attractions, how much competency skills in writing Recount text can be improved using picture media of tourist attractions. What is the quality of change in social behavior, selfconfidence and responsibility in responding personally to short-term events as a form of social attitude. This research uses two cycles. The results of cycle 1 based on the results of the Recount text writing performance test showed that there were 14 students out of 24 students or 60% of students met the target of completing classical learning or above the KKM. Meanwhile, in cycle II, based on the results of the Recount text writing performance test, it was seen that there were 18 students out of 24 students or 75% of students met the target of completing classical learning or above the KKM. Thus, it can be said that the skills competency has achieved the research target.

Abstract

Problems often faced by students when writing. They often get stuck and seem to have difficulty expressing their ideas in written form. From the assessments carried out by lecturers, students often find many errors in writing chapter reports. Finally, the most common errors are found in content aspects, such as grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, etc. What are the students' difficulties in writing recount texts for the even semester of the Gelobal Nusantara Education Institute for the 2022/2023 academic year?" The aim of this research is to determine students' abilities and to investigate students' difficulties in writing recount texts. In this research, researchers took the second semester as the subject. The second semester class consists of 25 students, in this case the researcher took 3 second semester students for a writing test and interview as an instrument for this research. The results of the research show that the results that can be interpreted are that the difficulties faced by students are still grammatical difficulties, spelling errors, and they have limited vocabulary to choose appropriate diction. It is recommended for lecturers to provide more practice in writing to improve students' vocabulary and grammar in writing recount texts

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning on collage scrapbook making at SD Negeri Kotagede 3 in fine arts subjects. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. The informants in the study consisted of class 2A students and class 2A teachers. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning in making collage scrapbooks by implementing differentiated teaching strategies namely content, process, product and environment. There are several obstacles encountered during the differentiated learning process including difficulties in conducting class conditioning due to the large number of students and insufficient learning time to complete the project. The implementation of differentiated learning has a positive impact on both teachers and students. Learning activities become varied and meaningful

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in science learning outcomes through the implementation of Class Management in class III students at SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with 2 cycles and 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 23 students in class III of SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya, consisting of 11 boys and 12 girls. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is by using the classical percentage formula. The results of this research show that the results of the evaluation using written tests in the form of essays to determine student learning outcomes are quite good, namely from pre-cycle, cycle I to cycle II there has been an increase, namely in pre-cycle an average score of 60.21 was obtained with classical completeness of 39%. In cycle I, the average score increased by 66.47 with classical completeness of 65%, whereas in cycle II there was an increase with an average score of 81.6 with classical completeness of 87%. In this way, the implementation of Class Management can improve the science learning outcomes of Class III students at SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya for the 2023/2024 academic year, which can be seen from the increase in the number of students who get learning outcomes above the KKM. This cannot be separated from the use of appropriate learning models and is very popular with students.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To partially determine the Influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status and Economic Literacy on The Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. 2) To find out whether simultaneously the Socioeconomic Status of Parents and Economic Litration have a significant effect on the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. 3) To find out the most dominant factor affecting the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used in this study are parents and students of Universias Hamzanwadi who have different Parental Economic Status to the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University and sampling techniquesuses purposive random sampling. Data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this study are classical assumption testing, multiple regressionlinary, and hypothesis testing. The results showed variables (1) Economic Status of Parents (X1) towards Student Consumption Behavior (Y) Economic of Hamzanwadi University. From the results of the study that it has no effect on the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi university both pesially and simultaneously because the Socioeconomic Status of Parents has a sign value of 0.392 > 0.05 and a calculated t value of 0.898 0.05 and a calculated value of 1.089 < 4.044 so it can be concluded that there is no influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status on Student Consumption. (3) From the two discussions above, the variables of Socioeconomic Status of Old Orag (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) have no effect either initially and simultaneously on Student Consumption (Y) Study on Economic Education of Hamzanwadi University because in accordance with the results of the researchers above, it shows that the significance value of the Influence of Socioeconomic Status of Parents (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) on Student Consumer Behavior (Y) is 0.360 > 0.05 and the value of F count 1.147 < 4.044, so it can be concluded that only HO is accepted while H1, H2 and H3 are rejected. This means that there is no significant, partial and simultaneous influence of Socioeconomic Status of Parents (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) on Student Consumption Behavior (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formulation/planning, implementation, evaluation, barriers, and solutions to strategies for improving the quality of Vocational High Schools in Kebumen. This research is qualitative research with the subject of research is Vocational High School which has an excellent predicate in Kebumen Regency, which is 3 schools are SMK N 1 Gombong, SMKN 2 Kebumen dan SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses your Miles Huberman model. The results of the analysis show that the strategic management of superior vocational school includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning includes environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, formulation of goals such as making a global standard vision and mission. Implementation refers to three things, namely development, establishment, growing up. While the evaluation uses a monitoring technique with the POAC stage. Some of the obstacles faced in developing superior vocational schools are the limited skills possessed by human resources, lack of link and match with the international community, lack of language skills, and so on.

Abstract

The education equality program is one of the government's efforts to advance education in Indonesia through several policies, one of which is the policy of accepting new students through a zoning system. This zoning system emerged as a form of educational equality and to erase the image of superior schools that has spread in society. With this zoning system, it is hoped that all schools will have the same quality. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 44 of 2019 contains the zoning system policy concerning acceptance of new students from Kindergarten to Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK). This policy must be implemented in schools under the auspices of the Regional Government. With this new policy, it cannot be denied that many problems will arise for both the school and the community, namely students. This research aims to reveal the factual conditions of implementing the zoning system policy in accepting new students, especially at SMP Negeri 31 Surabaya, as well as to determine the impact of implementing this policy. This problem was analyzed using policy implementation theory according to George Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of this research reveal that communication between policy actors is carried out clearly and consistently, and outreach is carried out to the community. Human and non-human resources have supported all activities in implementing zoning system policies. The disposition in implementing the zoning system policy is excellent, which can be seen from the commitment and attitude of the implementing committee towards the policy. The bureaucratic structure in implementing the zoning system policy is very good, it can be seen from the division of tasks in the PPDB committee, that each committee has the task of accepting new students following standard operational procedures. Meanwhile, from the community or student perspective, different views emerged regarding this zoning policy, namely agreeing and disagreeing.

Abstract

Abstract

The outcomes of with a field research design, this findings study use a qualitative research methodology. The data sources are gathered from primary and secondary data sources (educational and guidance books for children with special needs, references related to children with special needs speech delay, articulation methods, previous thesis, articles, journals, and internet sites), while the data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. Furthermore, data sources were procured from the research participants, which included principals, educators, and students of PAUD Universal Agape Kids, a program serving ten children in the 2–4-year age range. An analysis of the data obtained is followed by the development of a particular relationship pattern or hypothesis based on the hypothesis formulated based on the data, and finally, the data is repeatedly searched to determine whether the hypothesis can be accepted or rejected based on the data collected. This type of data analysis is known as an inductive qualitative data analysis technique. If it turns out that the hypothesis is correct and is supported by evidence that can be repeatedly obtained using the tringulation procedure, it becomes a theory. The results of the study show that: 1) the learning process at PAUD Universal Agape Kids Wonosobo aims to help develop children's mindset in learning articulation therapy, with articulation therapy children can develop conversational skills so that they can improve their speaking skills and be able to express language according to their age. 2) the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the articulation method through the introduction of vocal letters in children with special needs speech delay are speech disorders caused by damage to the oral structure, the appearance of a lack of confidence caused by children experiencing speech delays, lack of stimulation from an early age, lack of parental understanding of speech delay children, lack of socialization with the surrounding environment, children feeling insecure with their peers, As for the supporting factors in the implementation of the articulation method through letter recognition in children with special needs speech delay, namely children who have special needs in Agpe Kids universal PAUD have a great enthusiasm for learning, educators who are serious in learning activities and the seriousness of teachers in teaching, teachers or educators can facilitate the needs of students. 3) the implementation of the articulation method through the introduction of vocal letters in children with special needs speech delay, namely early childhood education in children who have special needs, especially in speech disorders, it is very important for educators to introduce vocal letters as an introduction to their pronunciation, especially children who have speech impairments the articulation method can be used as the main support for their needs, With this media, children will know how to see and hear the vibrations of letters.
