Abstract

Independent oil palm plantations are an important sector in the economy of the community in Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, but are still faced with challenges related to less than optimal governance. This article aims to analyze the governance of independent oil palm plantations and productivity. Good governance is considered key in improving production efficiency and sustainability, while poor governance can hinder the achievement of optimal results. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey method of independent oil palm farmers in several plantation areas in Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between good governance and increased productivity. Factors such as consistent monitoring, use of appropriate technology, fertilization and managerial capacity building are instrumental in increasing independent oil palm production yields.Keywords: Governance, independent oil palm plantation, productivity, sustainability.

Abstract

The problem formulation of this research is how to manage productive waqf in the Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Gunungkidul Branch Management and the aim of this research is to find out the productive waqf management strategy implemented in PCNU Gunungkidul. This research uses a qualitative research approach and a field study type of research. The data sources listed are based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation with the chairman of PCNU Gunungkidul, PCNU Gunungkidul waqf administrators, chairman of MWCNU Karangmojo, administrators of the Miftahul Falah Islamic boarding school. The results of this research indicated that: the productive waqf management mechanism at PCNU Gunungkidul starts from MWCNU, which also acts as a trustee who consistently engages in consultations and agreements when dealing with or managing the waqf. They then maximize the potential of the waqf assets, thereby enhancing the economic and social well-being of the community. The strategies for productive waqf management at PCNU Gunungkidul include the allocation of waqf by MWCNU, such as providing land for agricultural purposes, which is subsequently handed over to the designated managers. This is followed by planning, execution, and supervision stages for the existing waqf, progressing to evaluation and environmental assessment. An example of productive waqf in the Karangmojo district is the Miftahul Falah Islamic boarding school with the agricultural land is utilized for cultivation, then the harvest is sold, and the profits from the sales are used for future development at the Islamic boarding school

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda). reviewed from the liquidity and solvency aspects using descriptive research methods and data collection techniques through documentation and interviews with the Board of Directors in the form of secondary data, namely the annual report of PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda), there was an increase in the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio in 2022 and compared to the internal average of PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda). which shows that the company is less able to pay off short-term obligations when they fall due. Although there has been an increase, the increase in the current ratio has not been significant so that it has not been able to change the ratio level to the standard point stated in the theory of this research, namely 200%. This results in the company being less secure in paying short-term obligations when they fall due or the creditor's position is still not secure in other words the company is illiquid. This means that the company's management has not been able to strictly supervise working capital items as evidenced by the large amount of short-term debt. PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda) is seen from the level of liquidity of the company as illiquid but seen from the solvency side of the company as solvable. PT BPR Sarimadu (Perseroda) is less able to maintain its liquidity level. However, it does not mean that investment in the company is not attractive, because the company can still maintain the stability of its solvency, in fact it is very good when compared to the theory in this study

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent necessity for cooperatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality in the modern era. Koperasi Bersama Wilmar Group, Dumai City, previously still used a manual system that caused delays in processes, lack of data accuracy, and low member satisfaction. This research aims to develop and implement an Android-based digital cooperative application to address these issues and support the modernization of cooperative services. The research method used is a case study with a combined quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of the cooperative service process and analysis of member loan and savings transaction data that had previously been recorded manually. The application system was developed using PHP technology with the Laravel Framework as the service, ReactJS as the admin panel for the management, and Flutter for the Android application. It also uses a MySQL database. The results of qualitative testing show an increase in members' positive perception towards easier service access, information transparency, and a faster loan application process. Quantitatively, there was an increase in efficiency in the number of transactions and service processing time, as shown by the comparison of transaction data from January to April 2025. The Black Box Testing method is used to ensure that all application features function properly. This research recommends continuous development of the application system, regular training for members and administrators, as well as periodic evaluation of the need for new features so that the digital transformation of cooperatives can be sustainable and responsive to the needs of members in the future

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception and promotion on purchasing decision on the shopee E-commerce platform in Pekanbaru. The proliferation of e-commerce platforms has profoundly reshaped consumer purchasing behavior, offering unprecedented convenience, product diversity, reliability assurances, competitive pricing, and compelling promotional incentives. Consequently, consumers are increasingly inclined towards online shopping experiences. However, within this dynamic digital marketplace, intense price competition and a multitude of sophisticated promotional strategies emerge as pivotal determinants significantly influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research employed a quantitative approach, with data gathered via questionnaires administered to respondents who made purchases on the Shopee e-commerce platform in Pekanbaru. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of price perception, promotion, and purchasing decisions. The research findings indicate that price perception significantly influences purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce in Pekanbaru. This finding stands in stark contrast to promotions, which showed no significant influence on purchasing decisions. This indicates that consumers' perception of a product's price (whether it is considered expensive, affordable, or commensurate with its quality) is a primary determinant in their purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study was conducted at SMK Abdurrab located on Jalan Delima, Tobekgodang Village, Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City, with the aim of determining the perception of class XI students of SMK Abdurrab towards entrepreneurship as a career choice. Do students understand the concept of entrepreneurship as a promising career? Do students understand the risks of entrepreneurship as a career and do students feel confident in starting a business if given support and guidance. The population of this study was class XI students of SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 184 people. Sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling technique of 87 people. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and percentage. Data were collected using a questionnaire using the Licert scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru students have a positive perception of entrepreneurship as a career choice. They understand the concept, are interested in running it, and see it as a promising career. Despite concerns about the risks, students feel confident in starting a business if given support and guidance. Schools also play an important role in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in class XI students of SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelayanan purna jual dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di era digital. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, perilaku konsumen mengalami pergeseran signifikan, menuntut perusahaan untuk memberikan layanan purna jual yang cepat, mudah diakses, dan terintegrasi secara digital. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 300 responden pengguna layanan purna jual digital, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecepatan respons, kemudahan akses, dan kualitas dukungan teknis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi mobile, chatbot, dan media sosial memperkuat efektivitas pelayanan. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan purna jual memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi yang penting. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dan personalisasi layanan dalam strategi pelayanan purna jual perusahaan. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility on the valuation of metal and mineral enterprises from 2019 to 2023. This research employs a quantitative methodology with secondary data as its source. The sample in this study consisted of 8 participants selected using purposive sampling. The employed data analysis technique was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that independent variables, including management ownership, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility, concurrently affect the dependent variable, which is firm value. Managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility significantly influence firm value, whereas institutional ownership does not have a notable impact on company value.

Abstract

Abstract: During the post-pandemic economic recovery period, people in Majalengka Regency are still experiencing difficulties in finding work. So that the entrepreneurial decisions are very important things to do, because with entrepreneurial decisions it can reduce unemployment. Entrepreneurial decisions to be realized are influenced by various factors such as self-efficacy, income expectations and social environment. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, income expectations and social environment on entrepreneurial decisions in Culinary Business Actors in Majalengka Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method using a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The population in this study were Culinary Business Entrepreneurs in Majalengka Regency, with a sample of 107 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of the research that has been done show that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Decisions, Income Expectation has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Decisions, and the Social Environment has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perbankan Syariah Indonesia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perbankan Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dari hasil penentuan sampel diperoleh 4 perusahaan perbankan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yang memenuhi kriteria-kriteria sampel dengan periode penelitian 3 tahun. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Capital adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Profitabilitas (ROA & ROE) Terhadap Harga Saham. Secara parsial variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh signifikan atau positif terhadap harga saham sedangkan Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
