Abstract

Organizational culture in Islamic philanthropy is a reflection of Islamic values, principles, and ethics that are carried out in various charitable and social activities. Islamic philanthropic organizations have a mission to help the community, especially the underprivileged, by distributing resources fairly and sustainably. Through descriptive research with a sample of 100 BMT members in Pekanbaru, the results showed that the culture of Islamic philanthropy is interpreted in the criteria of good enough to good, this indicates that the culture of Islamic philanthropy that has been running in BMT can be said to be quite good even though there must still be continuous evaluation to improve improvement and perfect the culture in an Islamic manner. Abstract

Patient satisfaction is indeed one of the important keys in the hospital business. Satisfied patients tend to share their positive experiences with others, both through word of mouth and through online reviews. A good reputation can attract more patients to the hospital. that the satisfaction of inpatients at the hospital is in the moderately good to good category. The type of research used is survey research. The survey was conducted on 200 patients and their families. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. Of the 17 indicators, it can be seen that the highest indicator is the food menu provided to patients and also the availability of public transportation to the hospital. While the lowest indicators are the availability of drugs at hospital pharmacies and the waiting time for drug collection. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Hospital Business

Abstract

Business policies are guidelines or rules set by an organization to direct the operations, decision-making, and behavior of all members of the organization in achieving business goals. A good business policy is very important because it can provide structure, direction, and consistency in running a business. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often face various issues related to business policies, which can affect the performance and sustainability of their businesses. Using descriptive research, data was collected from MSME managers and the results showed that the condition of the business policy of the small regional souvenir food industry in Riau Province was in the good enough category. This business policy variable obtained the largest dimension is hierarchical integration, while the smallest dimension is clarity of purpose. Keywords: Business Policy, MSME, Superior Performance

Abstract

Good quality human resources are very important for a company because it is a very common need for every company. This research uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The results showed that work motivation was quite good, this can be seen from the responses of respondents at PT Alfa Kencana Samudra as many as 26 respondents based on this recapitulation, it can be concluded that the variable dimensions of physiological needs on work motivation at PT Alfa Kencana. This proves that PT Alfa Kencana Samudra has fulfilled the five needs of employees in the theory of needs put forward by Abraham Maslow (Mangkunegara, 2005) so that it can be concluded that employees are motivated to work. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University which is located at Jl.H.R Subrantas No.155, KM 15 Pekanbaru. The sample was taken as many as 35 people. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Descriptive is comparing between the actual reality with theories that have to do with the problem in order to draw a conclusion and tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. While the quantitative method of research is based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. The results of simple linear regression research in this study are Y = 860 + 0.906 X. By using the t test, the t table value is 1.985 and the tcount value is 7.429, meaning that the tcount = 7.429> t table = 2.032, which means that the employee work environment affects employee performance at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, Riau, the influence is 62.2%. Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan strategi pemasaran barang atau jasa yang bersifat terarah, terukur, dan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Tujuan utama dari digital marketing adalah mempromosikan merek, membangun preferensi konsumen, serta meningkatkan lalu lintas penjualan melalui berbagai teknik pemasaran digital. Digital marketing juga dikenal dengan istilah online marketing atau internet marketing dan memiliki prinsip yang serupa dengan pemasaran konvensional, namun dibedakan oleh penggunaan perangkat dan teknologi digital yang lebih canggih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis peran digital marketing dalam meningkatkan efisiensi usaha pada pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai salah satu strategi digital marketing berperan signifikan dalam memperluas jaringan pasar dan meningkatkan volume penjualan. Dari 28 pelaku UMKM yang menjadi objek penelitian, mayoritas merasakan dampak positif dalam pemasaran produk mereka melalui digital marketing, baik dalam aspek jangkauan pelanggan maupun efisiensi biaya promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Laba Per Lembar Saham (EPS), Rasio Hutang (DER) Rasio Nilai Buku (PBV) terhadap Harga Saham . Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, ada 10 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini . penelitian ini menggunakan data perusahaan sektor Makanan dan Minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun amatan 2015-2022.Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 dan memakai uji normalitas da uji asumsi klasik . hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Laba Per Lembar Saham (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham nilai T Hitung 1,985 lebih kecil dari T Tabel 1,95dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,051 lebih besar dari 0,05. Rasio Nilai Buku (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham nilai T Hitung 1,985 lebih kecil dari nilai T Tabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,051 lebih besar dari 0,05. sedangkan rasio hutang (DER) tidak berpengaru terhadap harga saham nilai T Tabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. secara simultan EPS, PBV, dan DER mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman di bursa efek indonesian tahun 2015-2022. nilai F hitung sebesar 7,290 lebih besar dari nilai F tabel sebesar 2,72. Sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebeih kecil dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,05, dengan pengaruh 22,3% terhadap Harga Saham. Abstract

: Fungsi pemasaran sangatlah penting dalam salah satu upaya atau langkah bagi partai politik maupun calon legislatif yang ikut kontestasi dalam pemilihan umum. Pemasaran politik sangat berelevansi disaat persaingan semakin ketat untuk mengumpulkan suara pemilih tentunya dengan persaingan yang sehat, beretika dan berkesinambungan dalam pendidikan politik bagi masyarakat luas. Sehingga minat masyarakat terhadap politisi atau partai politik semakin meningkat karena dipandang dan dipercaya dengan tindakan dan rekam jejak yang baik. Dalam hal ini pemasaran politik akan mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih dalam memilih calon legislatif dari partai politik tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian analisi deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sosialisasi merupakan salah satu sarana komunikasi yang penting untuk menjalin hubungan antara organisasi dengan publiknya sehingga partisipasi pemilih pada pemilu dapat meningkat di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

This scoping review aims to map existing research related to financial technology (fintech) on MSME performance in Indonesia. This scoping review follows the approach outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (2005), which includes: 1) determining the research question; 2) searching for relevant research; 3) selecting articles; 4) collecting data, and 5) collating, summarising and reporting results. The time span of the article is 2021-2024. The review found that fintech has significant positive impacts on various aspects of MSME performance, including improved financial performance, revenue, profitability, and sales. Fintech has also proven effective in overcoming financing constraints and improving access to capital for MSMEs. All articles reviewed have limitations, including the dominance of quantitative methods that may not fully capture the complexity of fintech adoption, and the lack of exploration of contextual factors such as digital infrastructure and government policies. For future research, it is recommended to conduct more in-depth qualitative studies and longitudinal analyses to understand the long-term effects of fintech, as well as explore the role of contextual variables that influence the effectiveness of fintech for MSMEs in Indonesia. Future literature reviews could focus on aspects of financial technology adoption, its relevance to financial inclusion and MSME behaviour, and factors that hinder the use of financial technology for MSMEs, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of rice production and income at UD. Rezeki Indah. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) How are the production costs at UD. Rezeki Indah? and (2) How is the income at UD. Rezeki Indah? The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the production costs at UD. Rezeki Indah consist of several main components, namely raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs. The largest production costs come from raw material costs, which contribute around 43.41% of the total production costs. The total production costs incurred by UD. Rezeki Indah in periods I and II were Rp. 640,600,000,-. Income is obtained from the sale of products with an average volume of 880 sacks during a year, the selling price per sack is Rp. 700,000, -. And there is additional income due to the sale of seeds of Rp. 25,000,000 from From the analysis conducted, So the total income per year is Rp. 641,000,000, -.
