Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of learning media using the Smarts Apps Creator on IPAS learning in grade IV Elementary School that is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE model, consists of five steps, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subject is fourth grade students at SDN 05 Air Tawar Barat. The data collection instruments used were expert validation, practicality questionnaires for teacher and student responses, and effectiveness results. The results in the study indicate that learning media using the Smarts Apps Creator application is valid, practical, and effective to use in learning with a validity percentage of 94.46%, practicality 91.25%, and effectiveness 96.12%.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a large role in the life of individuals and society, especially in child development. With the current advances in science and technology, many children are carried away by the flow of globalization so that they behave in a deviant manner and even fall into criminal acts. For this reason, it is necessary to grow Islamic education in the family, school and community environment. Therefore, teachers need to introduce these three aspects. Many educational figures discuss children's education, one of which is Zakiah Daradjat. She is the only Indonesian female thinker who pays a lot of attention to various fields including the fields of education, morals, the lives of children, youth, teachers, family and schools. In this paper the author presents the concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat's thoughts and how the environment influences the development of religious psychology in children and how its relevance to the goals of Islamic education. From this paper it can be concluded that (1) the concept of children's education in the family aspect of Zakiah Daradjat's perspective includes parents being role models for children, instilling the soul and piety given to children, (2) the concept of children's education in the school aspect of Zakiah Daradjat's perspective includes mental development , moral, religious education which is carried out intensively and talent then cultivates children's intelligence, (3) the concept of children's education in the social aspect of Zakiah Daradjat's perspective includes propagandizing things that degenerate children's morals and paying attention to children's associations and making places for guidance and counseling in children, and (4) the relevance of the concept of children's education in family aspects, school aspects and community aspects from Zakiah Daradjat's perspective with the aim of Islamic education, namely in the family aspect is the experience that children receive, in the school aspect is intelligence, while in the community aspect, namely educational attainment actually in the environment just society.

Abstract

Identifying the initial behavior and characteristics of students is a process that teachers must go through in designing their lessons. There are two approaches to choose from. First, students adjust to the subject matter. Second, on the other hand, the subject matter is adapted to students. Each student and class group has different characters and abilities, so that the same treatment of all students and class groups will actually result in a less than optimal learning process. Therefore one of the important stages in the learning planning process is to analyze student character. Where the characteristics of students at the elementary school level are different from those at the secondary school level. Their way of thinking, perceptions and ways of dealing with problems are very different.

Abstract

This study describes the mythical structure in the folklore of batu nganga batangko in the people of Rhee Loka Village, Rhee District, Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify the shape of miteme-miteme and reveal the meaning of myths in the folklore of batu nganga batangko. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out on data that were considered to describe the problems raised in this study, utilizing Levi-Strauss's theory of structuralism. The study identified 41 miteme divided into three episodes. In addition, researchers also discovered the role of characters as the driving force of stories, mythical language that is relaxed using colloquial language that remains polite, and the meaning of myths that teach us to always have a spirit of life.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model assisted by the CapCut application in class V SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur, Padang City. The type of research used is classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. It was carried out in cycle II where cycle I consisted of 2 meetings and cycle II consisted of 1 meeting. The data from the research were obtained from the assessment of lesson plans, implementation processes, and learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were teachers and 26 grade V students, consisting of 14 male students and 12 female students. The results of this study indicate an increase in lesson plans for cycle I obtaining an average of 78.57%, increasing in cycle II to 92.85%. The teacher aspect of the first cycle obtained an average of 79.68%, increasing in the second cycle to 93.75%. Aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average of 74.99%, increased in cycle II to 93.75%. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of knowledge assessment obtained an average of 77.64, increasing in cycle II to 89.09. While the results of the skills assessment in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.00, increased in the second cycle to 90.75. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by the CapCut application can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that; 1) Social studies learning based on digital literacy in schools increases the digital literacy level of the majority of students at the medium level. This indicates that the majority of students have an intermediate level in using digital media, know the functions of digital media in more depth, are able to operate digital media more complexly, know how to obtain and evaluate the information needed, can evaluate information search strategies, and have been active in production. content and participation in digital media. Then refer to the 9 elements of digital literacy with the lowest score on the repurposing content element. This means the low ability of students to use or combine existing content to produce creative new content. 2) Indicators of the school-based digital literacy movement according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, the school-based digital literacy movement also includes the application and utilization of digital literacy not only in Social Sciences but also in several subjects (Indonesian, English, Mathematics, and Natural Sciences) at the initiative of subject teachers. In addition, there is already a teacher's understanding of the concept of digital literacy, which places more emphasis on cognitive aspects.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (PTK) class X Beauty W1 at SMK N 3 Denpasar aims to improve the learning outcomes of creating simple dance movements with the application of the peer tutor method. The data collection techniques used are observation of the implementation of the action and the results achieved, and the action test of creating simple dance movements. While the data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis of the entire process of implementing dance learning in class X Beauty W1 SMK N 3 Denpasar using the peer tutor method and quantitative to test the results of students' action tests by comparing the average value of the completeness of learning outcomes. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of creating simple dance movements in class X Beauty W1 increased from cycle I to cycle II, which can be seen from the increase in the average obtained from the action test results. The average class score in cycle I was 79.64, the highest score was 86 and the lowest score was 68. The number of students who did not complete was 2 people (5.12%) while those who scored only at the KKM limit were 8 students (20.51%) and those who scored above KKM were 29 children (74.32%), while in cycle II the average class score was 82.53, the highest score was 87 and the lowest score was 78 and the number of students who scored above KKM was 39 children (100%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of class X students in hospitality B3 in the subject of Cultural Arts by applying the 2022/2023 Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This research method uses Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X Hospitality B3 with a total of 39 students. The results of this study are increased learning outcomes in the subject of Cultural Arts Creative dance from other forms of art. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle and the second cycle has increased. In Cycle I the number of students who completed 24 students (61.54%) with an average score of student learning outcomes reached 75.32. 61.54% did not meet the specified classical completeness, namely 75% of the total number of students. Whereas in cycle II the number of students who passed experienced an increase of 39 students (100%) with an average student score of 80.61. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that by implementing the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model it can improve the learning outcomes of class X Hospitality B3 at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar.

Abstract

Currently, technology is experiencing rapid development that can be utilized by parents and educators as a learning tool, starting with the introduction of literacy and numeracy for early childhood. One of these is technology, namely YouTube. However, the use of this technology requires supervision, because behind the various advantages offered there are weaknesses. To support the effectiveness of its use in learning environments for children, educators need to have extensive knowledge so they are ready to make decisions about the right way to apply technology in the form of YouTube shows to meet the social, physical and cognitive needs of young children.

Abstract

Every Indonesian child has the right to education, including children with special needs which are stated in RI Law no. 20 of 2003. Equal learning and educational opportunities for all children is a need that is considered very important for all human beings without any views that discriminate against children with special needs and normal children in general. However, the handling of children with special needs and normal children is clearly different. So it is necessary to study learning strategies for children with special needs in terms of instilling religious values. The method used is library research. Important principles in the learning of children with special needs are the principle of compassion, the principle of individual service, the principle of readiness, the principle of modeling. The learning models are psychodynamic models, biogenetic models, and behavioral models.
