<![CDATA[Batak society is a traditional society that adheres to a patriarchal system that places men as power holders and dominates roles in the group system. In Batak culture, the highest decision is in the hands of men, so there are differences in values between girls and boys. Child modality can be defined as the way of parents in modality, namely supporting, sustaining and being the basis for a child to develop in his life. The purpose of this research is to find out how the modality of girls in Batak society is. The subjects of this study were 6 people who were members of the United Batak Youth PAC Bathin Solapan. The method used is qualitative with the technique of determining informants using a purposive sampling technique. The theory used is the modality theory of Pierre Bourdieu with data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the research, the modality for girls is implemented well, even though the presence of patriarchal traditions in Batak society does not prevent the informants from giving the best for their daughters.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the era goes hand in hand with the development of technology and information so that modernity can no longer be avoided in this Era of Society 5.0, so that people now only memorize Pancasila but do not understand the meaning contained in it, the purpose of this research is 1. To develop Pancasila values in the environment society in facing the challenges of industry 5.0 2. factors influencing the development of Pancasila values in the industrial era 5.0 3. inhibiting factors in the development of Pancasila values in the industrial era 5.0. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there are still many people who do not understand and develop Pancasila values in society.]]>

<![CDATA[Cargo terminal maintenance is one of the responsibilities of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics. PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics is a company engaged in land, sea and air transportation management services as well as cargo and postal inspection. The purpose of the study was to determine the maintenance of SOP cargo terminal facilities owned by PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics is used as a guideline for officials/technicians in carrying out facility maintenance. General Ahmad Yani International Airport cargo terminal Semarang. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by conducting observations and interviews, secondary data obtained through documentation. Data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive method with the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. To test the validity of the data the author uses the triangulation method. The results showed that the condition of the facilities in the Terminal was in good condition. Systematic maintenance of facilities at the Cargo Terminal is carried out according to the procedures and schedules that have been made. the duties and roles of the cargo service supervisor in carrying out their performance, namely overseeing several new facility conditions every day which later if damage occurs, it will be reported in the form of weekly recapitulations. There was damage to one of the facilities at the cargo terminal in the cargo terminal courtyard, namely cracks in the floor of the courtyard and loss of marking lines. The solution is to present the results of the report at a conference or coordination meeting with superiors or related institutions and it is necessary to invite or bring in superiors or related institutions to observe directly in the field so that you will find out directly the damage to facilities at the cargo terminal so that it is immediately followed up.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a product in the form of interactive learning media based on Android to improve student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This study uses the Research and Development method. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Courts. The results of the validation of the Android-based interactive interactive media were carried out by experts such as material experts, media experts and linguists. Each expert is as follows: the material expert gives a final score of 1 with the eligibility criteria of 100% or can be said to be "Very Eligible", the media expert gives a score of 0.9 with the eligibility criteria of 90% or can be said to be "Very Eligible", and the linguist gives score 1 with the eligibility criteria of 100% or you could say "Very Eligible". The results of the small group trials obtained an average score of 88.5% with the eligibility criteria "Very Eligible", and the results of the large group trials obtained an average score of 90.5% with the eligibility criteria "Very Eligible". This shows that the Android-based interactive sikair learning media is very suitable to be used as a natural science learning media, especially in water cycle material, the field research stage of the Android-based interactive sikair media obtained an average N-gain score of 0.8 in the "High" category and "interpretation category" Effective". Based on the results obtained, the Android-based interactive interactive media was declared feasible and effective for use in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[E-health literacy has positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of e-health literacy can be considered as a guardian of mental health, especially stress. While the negative impact is that the activity of seeking health information can lead to self-diagnosis which can have an impact on behavior, namely triggering anxiety and even stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between e-health literacy and the level of psychosocial stress in adolescents. The design used is descriptive correlation and cross sectional approach. The research sample was 276 adolescents using a stratified random sampling technique. The analysis used is the chi-square test. The results showed that there were 261 people with a good level of e-health literacy (94.6%), as many as 101 people had a moderate level of psychosocial stress (36.6%). Based on statistical tests, there was no relationship between e-health literacy and stress levels. psychosocial in adolescents with p value (0.950) alpha (0.05). Based on the results obtained, it is recommended for future researchers to intervene in adolescents who experience moderate to severe psychosocial stress]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by a lack of tolerance as a form of global diversity among the community and students. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of knowledge of the concept of human rights on global diversity in FKIP students at the University of Riau. This study used a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach, and involved students of the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Riau as research subjects. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire, data processing used the IBM SPSS Version 25 application. Based on the results of the analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely Ŷ = 10.904 + 0.381X, the regression coefficient X was 0.381 which stated that an addition of 1% value of human rights concept knowledge, then global diversity will increase by 0.381. Furthermore, the results of the t test obtained t_count (10.904) t_table (1.98) which shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted that there is an influence of knowledge of the concept of human rights on global diversity in FKIP students at the University of Riau.]]>

<![CDATA[Notary is a public official appointed by the government to carry out the task of making authentic deeds or other legal actions in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. The functions of a notary vary depending on the legal system in each country. In some cases where documents notarized by a notary contain false or fraudulent information, the notary may be subject to legal sanctions. Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Office of a Notary indeed regulates the duties of a notary in certifying detailed documents provided by clients, as stated in Article 16 paragraph (1) letter (f). Notary Honorary Council (MKN) is an institution established under UUJN and has a role in carrying out ethical oversight of notaries. However, MKN is not an institution that provides direct legal protection in criminal cases. MKN's duties are more focused on the ethical and disciplined aspects of the notary profession. This research uses a normative legal approach and departs from a void of norms, the aim of the research can be to identify and analyze the legal protection available to notaries in contexts where there are no specific provisions regarding the matter. The results of the study show that there is legal protection for notaries, namely stated in article 66 paragraph (1) UUJN by establishing a new legal protection institution for Notaries, namely MKN, law enforcers when summoning them must ask permission from the Notary Honorary Council.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is an independent country that has a long history of heroes fighting for the independence of their nation. One of them is TNI soldier Mochamad Jasin. Lieutenant General TNI (Purn.) Mochamad Jasin is a military figure who fought for the Indonesian people against various threats that threatened the security of the country and the comfort of the nation. During his service as a TNI soldier, many state assignments were given to him. Apart from working as an intellectual, he is also able to work as a soldier on the battlefield. He is a TNI soldier who has strategic leadership competencies. He always uses strategic thinking in carrying out the duties of the country he is carrying. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, which is described by an in-depth analysis of various reference sources with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that the strategic leadership possessed by Lieutenant General TNI (Purn.) Mochamad Jasin should be used as a reflection for TNI soldiers, especially regarding their understanding of the condition of the nation and territory of Indonesia, as well as their effective attitude and efficiency in utilizing state facilities to support their duties to maintain national security and defend state sovereignty from various threats, both military and non-military.]]>

<![CDATA[ARFF is a work unit that must exist at an airport. ARFF has three main tasks, namely operation, maintenance and training. The training aims to maintain the quality of ARFF personnel in dealing with unexpected events that we don't expect, maintenance aims to prepare the ARFF operating vehicle so that it is always ready when needed for operations, while operation is the culmination of what we do in training and maintenance. The role of the ARFF officer unit is to be responsible for operating and carrying out maintenance or maintenance of ARFF vehicles and handling emergencies at the airport. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of ARFF unit officers in supporting flight security and safety at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. In this research or study, researchers used qualitative research methods to collect data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research was conducted from 1 February 2023 to 1 March 2023. Observations in this study involved efforts to increase flight security and safety by the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. ARFF Unit personnel at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport are the informants or respondents to the research interview activities. Documentation in this study involves recording activities in the work area of the ARFF Unit including the performance of the ARFF Unit and the ARFF Unit's efforts to improve flight security and safety at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. The results of the study show that the level of flight security and safety carried out by the ARFF Unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport is trying to improve its performance at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport in order to maintain the level of flight security and safety.]]>

<![CDATA[One way to improve the quality of human life is through education, especially Islamic education which includes moral, material and spiritual aspects. In an Islamic educational institution, of course, it has a school administrative order or what is commonly referred to as administration. Administration is a big part of the administrative process, administration is a mechanism that can help, expedite, and increase the activity and efficiency of the administrative process. The purpose of this study is to find out how the efforts of administrative staff improve administrative services through the management function. This study used a descriptive qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that planning and organizing the performance of administrative staff at MTs Al Fathimiyah Karawang has gone well, this is shown through the planning of work programs and the distribution of job descriptions according to the ability of each administrative staff; the implementation and supervision of the performance of administrative staff at MTs Al Fathimyah Karawang has been going quite well, this is indicated by the implementation of the work program and the supervision and evaluation carried out by the head of the madrasa.]]>
