This study used a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Respondents in this study were 87 mothers who carried out weaning from breastfeeding in the working area of the Rejosari Health Center. The research samples were taken based on inclusion criteria using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used univariate analysis to see the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. The statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between mother's behavior and child's readiness in the weaning process with p-value (0.002) alpha (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the mother's behavior is related to the readiness of the child in the weaning process.

In the service of flight activities on the air side, it requires the role and supervision and regulation of air traffic from the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. Adi Soemarmo International Airport is one of the hajj embarkation airports in Indonesia, especially in Central Java and Yogyakarta. When there are Hajj flight activities, the airport operation hour will be 24 hours while still dividing work time. In handling haj flights, the AMC unit oversees the movement of haj transport buses from or to planes so that researchers aim to analyze the readiness of the AMC unit in the embarkation and debarkation phases of hajj flights at Adi Soemarmo International Airport in 2022.This research is descriptive using qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. The data obtained were in the form of observations, interviews with AMC unit personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport as well as documents used to carry out the pilgrimage activities. The results of this study indicate that from secondary data that analyzes AMC unit documents are follow me car services, aircraft parking placements, special terminals for Hajj flights and Hajj flight schedules, based on standard operation procedure (SOP) data, namely follow me car services placing aircraft parking . hajj flight special terminal and haj flight schedule. The results of the interview with AMC at Adi Soemarmo International Airport will increase the number of human resources due to the division of work time due to the lack of AMC unit workers. During the hajj flights, the operation of Adi Soemarmo International Airport became 24 hours, the airport operating hours changed from 07.00 WIB to 20.00 WIB/last night to 24 hours with the number of AMC unit personnel only 2 to 3 people per shift, both regular flights and during flights pilgrimage. However, this is not a workload for the AMC unit in dealing with haj flights.

This study aims to determine the habituation of teachers at SDN Cilamajang in implementing disciplined and socially caring character education and to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in habituating and implementing character education at SDN Cilamajang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study state that the habit of teachers at SDN Cilamajang in implementing character education is carried out in daily habits. The inhibiting factor for the application of character education is discipline and social care, one of which is the habit of the teacher himself while the supporting factors are because it is a program of the curriculum so that the teacher is obliged to educate students in negative things. So it can be concluded that 3 out of 6 students have not been able to show good disciplinary character, and 1 out of 6 students have not been able to show good social care character. The family, school and community environment have the same obligation in implementing character education.

Every airport operator is required to provide facilities that meet the requirements for aviation safety and security. In order for airport facilities to function properly, the operator is required to carry out supervision within a predetermined period of time. Each airport is required to provide a Follow Me Car and provide parking stand supervision by AMC according to the applicable SOP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of supervision by AMC officers at Juwata Tarakan International Airport, North Kalimantan. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted from September to October 2023 by conducting structured interviews with 3 informants, namely the person in charge of the unit, senior and junior AMC by using a data validity test. Secondary data is in the form of documents, books, journals and SOPs as supporting and complementary data for writing this research. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Researchers use technical triangulation so that the data in this study proves its validity. Obstacles faced by AMC unit officers are the lack of AMC officers, lack of coordination between AMC officers and ground handling officers, and the absence of CCTV facilities in the parking stand area. These obstacles can be overcome by AMC officers coordinating with each other accompanied by the person in charge, conducting ramp checks on the apron once every 3 hours using a follow me car so that the parking stands are always safe and protected from dangerous goods, providing marshallers guiding the aircraft to the parking stands using the follow me car service.

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through the Active Knowledge Sharing method, assisted by crossword puzzles in economics class XII-IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 24 students of class XII-IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM. The data collection is done through documentation and tests. The data analysis technique was performed using the parametric statistical method, namely the Paired Sample T-Test T-Test analysis technique. The results showed that: 1) The value of tcount in the calculation of the Pre-Test value to the Post-Test value of Cycle I was -6.086 with Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. Because the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the Pre-Test value and the Post-Test value of Cycle I. 2) The tcount in the calculation of the Pre-Test value against the Post-Test value of Cycle II is - 9,853 with sig (2tailed) 0,000. Because the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the Pre-Test value and the Post-Test value of Cycle II. This means that there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the Active Knowledge Sharing method, assisted by crossword puzzles in economics class XII IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM.
