Abstract

Innovation renewal is present as an effort to use technology to optimize service to the community. One form is in the form of online services for various community affairs by government institutions. This research was conducted to find out how the process of adopting online service innovations via the Online Anywhere Service (OASE) application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tanah Datar Regency was carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Tanah Datar Regency using Rogers' Theory. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected using field research techniques, including observation and in-depth interviews with purposive sampling techniques to determine informants. The results of this study are that online services via the OASE application for the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tanah Datar Regency were successfully adopted from the knowledge stage to the confirmation stage, because the informants considered them to be according to needs and more flexible. Pamphlets and banners are communication channels that act as initial information dissemination tools. It is also known that interpersonal communication between the community and government representatives acts as a process of exchanging information for adopters to obtain additional information. Informants' ability to use technology influences their perceptions in seeing the degree of relative advantage, suitability, and complexity of the innovation.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the role of the Huamual Police in Handling the Distribution of Liquor in Talaga Negeri Luhu Hamlet, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with alcohol users who had been involved in brawls and teachers who had a role in preventing brawls between students. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the role of the Huamual Police in Handling the Distribution of Liquor in Talaga Negeri Luhu Hamlet, Huamaul District, West Seram Regency, namely: 1. The actions and steps of the police, especially the Huamual Police in dealing with the distribution of liquor, are quite good because the police referring to and looking at the laws and regulations stated in the legal standards, namely the 1945 Constitution. The obstacles experienced by the police which many experienced in the field included: a.) there was a late report so that the TKP was damaged by people who found witnesses witness in the local community. b) lack of notification or information from the public in seeing the scene of the incident. c.) Witness testimony that was covered up or covered up and not lyrical in giving information to investigators at the TKP.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the role of agriculture in advancing the economy in Loklahung Village and describe it. In collecting data, researchers conducted interviews and observations in Loklahung Village, Loksado District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Based on the research conducted, the approach used is through a qualitative approach. This means that the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but the data comes from interview scripts, field notes, and other official documents, so this qualitative aims to describe the empirical reality divided by phenomena in depth, detail and detail. whole. This study aims to identify the potential of the agricultural sector as an economic driver in a region. The agricultural sector has played a role in the national economy through the formation of GRDP, earning foreign exchange, providing food and industry, alleviating poverty, creating jobs, and increasing people's income. The majority of the people of Loklahung village work as farmers, according to sources 85% of the people of Loklahung village work as farmers.

Abstract

Anxiety is a problem that is often found in nursing students. One of the reasons is because students are required to pass laboratory skill exams, which creates pressure and causes anxiety. Peer social support is one of the factors that can influence anxiety. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and anxiety in facing laboratory skill exams in nursing students. The research design is a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The respondents of this study were 244 students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Riau, who were obtained using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The measuring tool is a questionnaire and the data analysis used is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results showed that there was a relationship between peer social support and anxiety in facing laboratory skill exams in nursing students with p value = 0.000 α (0.05). Anxiety that occurs in nursing students in facing laboratory skill exams has a correlation with social support, one of which is the social support of peers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Kahoot! about vocabulary mastery of class X SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental research with a quasi-experimental type, where the data collection instruments used are pretest and posttest control groups. There are 2 classes with 35 students in each class. The samples in this study were class X IPA 2 as an experimental class and X IPS 2 as a control class. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T Test, then Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which shows that the result is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the use of Kahoot! effective in mastering vocabulary class X SMAN 9 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The disharmony of legislation occurs because of the existing of the selfishness at ministry/institution sector in the planning process the creation of law. The hierarchy of legislation aims to determine its own degrees in order to create the harmonic legislation system. In fact, the contradiction inter legislation still becomes one of the legal issues in Indonesia which never been closed. The other problems are many dispute resolutions of legislation not infrequently a rule under the legislation whom it must be sourced from. The existence of the regulation from Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. 2 in 2019 about the disharmony resolution of legislation is assumed as a change effort in seeking an alternative resolution out of the court if the norm conflicts happen inter legislation. This mediation comes out as an answer because of not satisfaction with dispute resolution in court that takes a long time, needs much money the decision which is resulted by the court often make dissatisfaction for the parties. They cause a case, namely how is the authority of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in resolving the disharmony of legislation through mediation based on its legislation? The method which is used in this research is normative legal. The result shows that the mediation gives new hopes for new institutions in resolving a dispute of legislation in Indonesia. However; the delegation of ministerial regulation should be given some clear limitations to avoid overlapping rules, so it doesn’t bring confusion in its implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Center for Community Learning Activities (Pkbm) in providing educational rights to prisoners inmates. This research was conducted at PKBM Bina Pengayoman Rutan Class IIB Serang using a qualitative approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that PKBM plays a very important role in giving education rights to Correctional Families by holding teaching and learning activities for package A, B, and C equality programs. In addition to teaching and learning activities, skills training is also held by making handicrafts and training in the arts of music. The role of PKBM cannot be separated from the supporting factors from the Serang City Education Office and the Serang City Library and Archives Service which always provide learning resources for PKBM students. However, there are inhibiting factors in PKBM activities in providing educational rights to Correctional Assisted Residents, namely Correctional Assisted Residents do not understand the rights they must obtain while serving their detention period.

Abstract

Every airport must have an Aircraft Rescue And Fire Fighting Unit (ARFF) or flight accident assistance and fire fighting. In supporting flight safety, the level of preparedness of the ARFF Unit must be high or required to always be on alert for incidents or incidents in the airport area so that the level of accidents, security and fires at the airport will be lower. The aim of this research is. to find out the preparedness of ARFF officers in the event of an accident and fire incident at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali airport and to find out the obstacles faced by Aircraft Rescue And Fighting (ARFF) Unit Officers in the event of an accident and fire at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This study used qualitative research methods. The research was carried out from 1 October 2022 to 30 November 2022 and continued with observation activities from 1 March 2023 to 7 March 2023 at the ARFF Unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques and data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the level of preparedness of the ARFF Unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport is increasing and continues to increase. The increase in the level of preparedness of the ARFF Unit was due to innovations and efforts issued by the airport so as to have an effect on the performance progress or preparedness of the ARFF unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport.

Abstract

The Qiroati method is a method of learning to read the Koran which directly practices tart reading in accordance with the qoidah of practical recitation. One of the obstacles in the process of learning to read the Koran in general is that the teacher does not use the method, only reads normally. Therefore there are still some students who are not fluent in reading the Koran because they feel the method used is less effective, unstructured and seems monotonous and makes students feel bored in the process of learning to read and write the Koran. This research is intended to find out how the application of the Qiroati method through BTQ learning improves the ability to read the Koran in students at SDIT Al Madinah Karawang. This type of research is field research. In this study, the researcher will describe the application of the Qiroati method through BTQ learning in improving the ability to read the Koran. While the nature of the research is descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques used are interviews, tests and documentation. For data analysis techniques used are data collection, presentation and conclusion. The results of research conducted by researchers can be concluded that the Qiroati method can improve students' Al-Quran reading skills with evidence that students get good grades when reading the Al-Quran test. The implementation of the Qiroati method is by the way the teacher exemplifies correct reading which then students read together. So that with the Qiroati method students can find out how to read correctly.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri Jali, Gayamharjo Village, Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Province. The time for conducting the research is in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year. The research design used in this study is the Kurt Lewin model, namely the implementation of actions from one cycle to the next. Each cycle includes planning (planning), implementation (action), observation (observation) and reflection (reflection). Subjects in Classroom Action Research were grade 1 students at SD Negeri Jali, Prambanan, Sleman, Yogyakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year. The students totaled 10 students consisting of 4 male students and 6 female students. The data in this study are the results of observing the learning process, the results of students' reading skills, the results of students' enthusiasm for media images. In the form of data improving the learning outcomes of the subject matter theme 3 material obtained from the initial condition test, cycle I and cycle II
