Abstract

The compensation system is an important component of an organization in optimizing employee performance and job satisfaction. Based on this, a research was conducted on the ABC Shop located in Bogor City. The sample in this study is the entire ABC Shop employee salary data with a total of 23 employees. This study aims to evaluate and improve Kedai ABC's compensation system. Source of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The primary data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires and direct interviews with the General Manager of the ABC Shop. While secondary data obtained from literature study. Compensable factors are determined using the hay system approach, job grading is determined using a given grade, and salary structure is using the point system method. The results of this study indicate that the basic salary of Kedai ABC after improvement is still below the minimum wage. However, the salary intervals at each level are not too far apart or close together. This is in accordance with the point system method so that this method can be used to determine the wages of the employees of the ABC Store ideally.

Abstract

A successful positioning strategy will create a customer-focused value proposition. A product positioning strategy is a product strategy, part of a marketing strategy. Strategy is needed against the background of the current situation with many similar products that can lead to increasingly fierce competition. The goals of a company must be achieved properly, the company must use the right positioning strategy in order to compete with competitors. This article aims to determine the effectiveness of the product positioning strategy to increase sales through resellers implemented by the Elibed business. The data used by the author in this article is a type of qualitative data. The data sources obtained are secondary and primary data. The method used by the author is Observative with a SWOT analysis approach. The techniques used in data collection are : Observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study with SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the sales strategy only through resellers faces various threats, but Elibed has strengths from an internal perspective. The strategy that can be done to increase sales of Elibed MSMEs is to take advantage of strengths in terms of internal through long-term opportunities with a diversification strategy (Product or Market).

Abstract

This article discusses employee planning at UD frozen food SMEs. anchor. In his case, UD. Anker had a hard time dealing with perishable products. based on this, the authors found the cause of the fast perishable frozen food products, namely due to the low knowledge of proper and correct inventory management by UD employees. anchor. The business visit aims to find out the application of manpower planning and aspects that influence the manpower planning process at UD. anchor. The use of the method in this article is an observational descriptive method with an interview instrument that is given questions to the owner of the UD. Anker as a source for making articles in March 2023. The results of the interviews that have been conducted are that there are obstacles in running the UD business. Anker because of the lack of aspects in the process of implementing workforce planning in UD. anchor. The advantage in running the business is that UD. Anker can provide jobs to the surrounding community. Weaknesses in running the business are the low level of knowledge of UD employees. anchor.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada di Daycare Halima Qur’ani metode yang kami gunakan yaitu observasi langsung dengan narasumber kepala cabang Daycare Halima Qur’ani. Daycare ini berdiri sudah dari tahun 2014 kurang lebih 9 tahun sudah memiliki 2 cabang. Daycare yang secara sederhana adalah penitipan anak yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan anak secara pendidikan dan kognitifnya, penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya upaya untuk menciptakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas, sehingga mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Jasa pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sumbernya yaitu lembaga pendidikan yang menyediakan jasa tersebut. artinya jasa pendidikan dihasilkan dan dikonsumsi secara serentak pada waktu yang sama. Jika peserta didik membeli jasa maka akan berhadapan langsung dengan penyedia jasa pendidikan, dengan demikian jasa lebih di utamakan penjualannya secara langsung dengan skala operasi yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan dapat menggunakan strategi bekerja dalam kelompok yang lebih besar, bekerja lebih cepat, atau melatih para peserta didik agar mampu membina kepercayaan. Misi lembaga pendidikan ini untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan terpadu dengan agama menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan mengasah kecerdasan intelektual, emosi, spiritual dan sosial, menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan sistem full day maupun half day, menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang islami, berkarakter dan amanah. Hasil dari kunjungan kali ini menunjukan bahwa adanya lembaga jasa yang mendidik anak-anak sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Selleri Indonesia as a startup company that was established in 2021 is required to be able to compete in a competitive manner requiring good human resource management. Good human resources (HR) is the key to success in facing competition in the global era and plays a very important role in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee engagement on the performance of Selleri Indonesia's employees. This study used primary and secondary data, which were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive methods and SEM-PLS. Based on the descriptive analysis of employee perceptions regarding organizational culture and employee engagement, it is included in the very good criteria. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Then, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is still a major factor in a company so there are several strategies to improve employee performance, namely work discipline. This study aims to determine whether the independent variables have a partial or simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. The method in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach using validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, t test and F test using SPSS (statistical package for social) data processing version 20.0. The results of this study can be concluded that work discipline has a partial influence. Thus, this research is expected to contribute or be used as material for consideration in running the industry to improve employee performance

Abstract

Revolusi industri digital 4.0 berpengaruh terhadap berbagai sektor di Indonesia termasuk sektor usaha. Pengaruh revolusi industri digital 4.0 dalam sektor usaha ditandai dengan penggunaan teknologi dan informasi dalam kegiatan usahanya. Untuk menyikapi pengaruh tersebut , pelaku usaha perlu menerapkan pemasaran digital dalam kegiatan pemasarannya. Pemasaran digital dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam aktivitas pemasaran seperti penggunaan e-commerce dalam transaksi penjualan produk atau jasa yang secara online, penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk atau jasa dan sebagainya. Dalam dewasa ini, salah satu pemasaran digital yang dapat diterapkan oleh para pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya dan mengembangkan usahanya adalah penggunaan e-commerce. Tujuan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam menghadapi tantangan di era Industri 4.0 terutama bagi pelaku UMKM. Metode penelitian artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan buku, literatur atau bahan pustaka secara online kemudian mengutipnya sebagai landasan teori dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pemasaran digital merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada era digital saat ini. Dengan menerapkan pemasaran digital, UMKM memiliki peluang yang besar dalam mengembangkan usahanya dan menjangkau pasar secara lebih luas. E-commerce merupakan salah satu bentuk pemasaran digital yang perlu diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM karena e-commerce memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the performance assessment system, as well as related factors in improving the performance of employees in the Community Empowerment Office and Karawang Regency Village. This study uses descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results of this study are in conducting data on employee performance, the Community Empowerment Office and Karawang Regency Village using a system called PARE (Performance Agreetment Report by Electronic). As for improving performance, a leader with employees must have a good communication relationship, so that it can increase employee motivation and morale, and can foster work discipline. This aimed to found factors which influence employee’s performance of Commerce and Industrial Affairs Department Karawang. Those factors were motivation and work environment. Employees who have high work motivation will give positive effect for organization, therefore organization purpose reached. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of price perception, service quality, and brand image on guest satisfaction at The Margo Hotel. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire given to guests who had stayed at the hotel. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the relationships between the variables under investigation. The results of the study indicate that price perception has a positive impact on guest satisfaction. The lower the perceived price, the higher the level of guest satisfaction. Service quality does not have a significant positive impact on guest satisfaction. Additionally, a strong and positive brand image contributes to guest satisfaction at The Margo Hotel. This research provides important insights for hotel management in enhancing guest satisfaction by considering factors such as price perception, service quality, and brand image. Strategies for improving guest satisfaction based on these findings can help the hotel strengthen its brand image and enhance the guest experience.

Abstract

Motivating employees is crucial for enhancing their productivity and overall organizational success. This study utilized qualitative interviews to gather data. The qualitative phase included in-depth interviews with key employees to gain insights into the motivating factors and challenges they face. The findings revealed a positive relationship between employee motivation and performance atJovanBeauty. The qualitative analysis uncovered key motivational factors, including recognition and appreciation, career development opportunities, and a positive and inclusive work environment. Additionally, the qualitative analysis identified challenges such as lack of management support, work fatigue, and limited participation in decision-making processes. The implications suggest that JovanBeauty needs to focus on enhancing employee motivation to improve performance. This can be achieved through effective motivation programs that recognize employees' achievements, offer clear career development paths, and create a positive work environment. Addressing the identified challenges by improving communication, managing workload effectively, and involving employees in decision-making processes can further enhance
