Abstract

This paper aims at providing an overview and synthesis of the existing body of knowledge about Creative Industry in Indonesia. Special attention is paid to the articles directly linked with sustainability creative industries in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach – A bibliometric analysis was performed over 925 documents extracted from the Google Scholar database, using PoP, Zotero, and VOS viewer software programs. Findings – Publications related to the sustainable creative industry are still very minimal. The publication mainly reviews case studies and analyzes of the phenomena of creative industry activities in a narrow, local and thematic way. There have not been many publications regarding the theory, direction and future of sustainable industries globally. Social implications – The development of scientific knowledge about sustainability of creative industry puts this social claim on the spotlight of business management studies, helping bussinesmen and to reduce the environmental impact of corporate activities. Studying sustainability will help to reduce its frequency and, therefore, heal the planet. Conclusion - Facing the increasingly threat of damage due to developments in human needs, the sustainable industrial sector absolutely needs attention. Likewise in the creative industry sector. More attention is needed from the government and creative industry players to place greater emphasis on environmentally friendly and socially friendly industries. Thus, Scientific studies that examine sustainable creative industries must be increased and become a concern for all of us

Abstract

This abstract presents findings on the dilemma faced by Generation Z in Indonesia, who are torn between maintaining patriotism and loyalty to local products, and the strong allure of foreign products promoted through social media. This study aims to examine the extent to which the phenomenon of "Fear of Missing Out" (FoMO) and patriotism influence the purchase intentions of Generation Z students at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, the results indicate that both patriotism and FoMO play a significant role in shaping the intention to purchase local products, although FoMO does not function as a mediator. These findings are essential for policymakers and business practitioners to develop smart marketing strategies, combining FoMO elements and enhancing patriotic sentiments to boost preference for local products. This provides new insights into efforts to promote domestic product consumption amidst the challenges of globalization and the penetration of foreign products.Indonesia's

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is very important for Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) employees because of the increasing demand for fuel. Even causing long queues at gas stations. This often happens in the morning and evening. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the transportation and storage sector shows stable growth. In this context, OCB is becoming increasingly important for gas station employees to maintain competitiveness and improve service quality at gas stations. Gas stations operate in a highly competitive environment, where customer satisfaction is the key to success. OCB can increase gas station customer satisfaction. Staff who are agile in helping customers and supporting co-workers can reduce wait times and improve the customer experience. This implies higher customer loyalty, which is very important in a competitive industry. Employees who demonstrate OCB can improve the customer experience by providing better and more responsive service. The results of the analysis state that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction, organizational performance and the competitiveness of gas stations in Indonesia. To encourage OCB, HR management needs to create a supportive environment with effective reward strategies, good leadership and appropriate training programs. However, challenges such as high employee rotation and limited resources remain obstacles that must be overcome.
