Data collection was carried out using three methods: interviews, observations, and document studies. Subsequently, the researcher analyzed the collected data through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. After conducting the research steps mentioned above, the researcher concluded that the dominant motivation for teachers to continue their studies is primarily driven by external factors, such as educational alignment, institutional demands, and improving their quality of life. Internal motivations include enhancing personal quality as educators and support from their families. Lastly, the university's easy learning system and affordable tuition fees also contribute as motivational factors. Keywords: Motivation, Learning, ECE Teachers

This means that if a person's level of religiosity increases, it is likely that their level of anxiety will also increase, and vice versa. The positive correlation coefficient value of 0.679 concludes that there is a strong positive relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety. This means that if a person's level of self-efficacy increases, it is likely that their level of anxiety will also increase, and vice versa. The correlation coefficient value between X1 (religiosity) and X2 (self efficacy) with Y (anxiety) is 0.695. This value is positive, which indicates that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and self-efficacy on anxiety levels. This means that if the religiosity value increases, anxiety also tends to increase, as does self-efficacy. Overall, religiosity, self-efficacy, and anxiety have a unidirectional relationship. Abstract

Stress management in the Correctional Institution (Lapas) environment is a major challenge, especially for drug case inmates who face psychological pressure due to loss of freedom, separation from family, and anxiety related to social relationships. This study aims to explore the application of Reality Theory with the WDEP (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) technique in helping inmates manage their stress and anxiety. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the main subject being an inmate at Banyuwangi Class IIA Prison who experiences deep anxiety related to his relationship with his child. The results of the study showed that the WDEP technique was effective in helping subjects identify their deepest desires, evaluate actions that have been taken so far, and design concrete steps to achieve better life goals. The data in this study reported a significant decrease in anxiety levels after several counseling sessions, improved sleep quality, and better involvement in spiritual activities such as reading the Qur'an and dhikr. This technique also helped subjects prepare themselves to face difficult conversations with their children honestly and openly. This study concludes that the application of Reality Theory with the WDEP technique is not only effective in reducing stress and anxiety, but also has a positive impact on the psychological well-being and readiness for social reintegration of inmates. This approach is recommended to be integrated into the coaching program in prisons to support a more holistic rehabilitation process

Abstract

Digital transformation in counseling services at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School was analyzed through a qualitative study with a case study approach, exploring the dynamics of shifting communication patterns from face-to-face to digital platforms after the acceleration of technology adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study aims to identify changes in communication dynamics, evaluate the effectiveness of digital platforms, and analyze adaptation challenges, with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, FGD, and document analysis. The results show three key findings: (1) 40% of educators experience technical unpreparedness due to lack of training and infrastructure, (2) 30% of the community rejects change because it is considered contrary to traditional values ??of direct interaction, and (3) 30% variation in students' academic outcomes related to the gap in access to digital devices. The study concludes the need for a hybrid model that integrates technological advantages with face-to-face interactions, taking into account infrastructure factors, digital literacy, and the socio-cultural context of Islamic boarding schools. These findings provide a conceptual framework for the development of adaptive counseling services in Islamic boarding school-based educational environments.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior in adolescents is a significant issue, including in the Islamic boarding school environment. One factor that can influence aggressiveness is authoritarian parenting, which is characterized by tight control and minimal communication between parents and children. This study aims to analyze the relationship between authoritarian parenting and aggressive behavior in students at the Aulia Cendekia Palembang Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational type. Respondents in the study were 49 MTs level students, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a significant relationship, namely r count 0.612> r table 0.281 with a significance level <0.001 <0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted with the specified significance level. This means that the higher the authoritarian parenting pattern applied by parents, the higher the tendency for aggressive behavior in students.
