Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research method is a type of purpose sampling research that is a non-random sampling technique where researchers determine the sampling by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the objectives of the researcher so that it is expected to answer the researcher's problems. So the researchers only need to take important points regarding sampling techniques and user indications. The purpose of this study was to find out how education marketing strategies in MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, efforts in improving education marketing strategies in MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, knowing the driving and inhibiting factors that influence the marketing strategy of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Data analysis tools used in this study are interaction models, which consist of data display, data reduction, data collection, conclusion drawing and data verification. The research results obtained are the educational marketing marketing strategy matrix is a strategy of concentration through horizontal integration or stability (there is no change in earnings). With IE matrix (internal external) has an average of 2.50-3.00. With a total IFAS value of 3.00 and an EFAS value of 2.95. The conclusion in this study is the strategy used in education marketing which is divided into two short-term and long-term strategies, efforts to improve education marketing by marketing mix, the driving and inhibiting factors that influence education marketing strategies namely the existence of other educational institutions that are competitors and are the same area, and the feeling of not having a madrasah

Abstract

This study is to answer three problem formulations, namely (1) How are extracurricular activities at MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? (2) How is the implementation of extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students in MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities in MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? Therefore, the type of research chosen is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis with the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. From the observation process, interviews and documentation resulted in the following conclusions: (1) Extracurricular activities at MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember is carried out only on Saturdays as many as 8 types of curricular activities are sustainable, namely the Olympics Studio, Tsalma Scout Scouts, Pagar Nusa, Volly Ball, Tsalma Futsal Club, Badminton, Sholawat Majlis, and Tahfidzul Quran. (2) The implementation of extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students is contained in scout extracurricular activities, namely camps, bonfires and ceremonies. (3) Supporting factors include the presence of competitions, the presence of alumni, active coaches, support from parents and additional time on Friday afternoons. The inhibiting factors are the lack of student commitment, no definite syllabus, lack of facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff and funds.

Abstract

The applied objectives in this study are: (1) Knowing the recruitment of educational personnel at MA Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (2) Knowing a placement of educational staff at MA UnggulanMukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (3) Knowing the empowerment of educational staff at MA UnggulanMukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (4) Knowing the supporting and obstacles process of empowering educational staff at MA Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020. This research method uses the descriptive qualitative. The data collection through out the observation, interview and documentation. The analysis data uses 3 models of interactive analysis while the technical validity data uses triangulation. The result of the research : the recruitment process of the educational staff at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi has been running systematically. The placement of adecation personnel at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is in accordance with the field of expertise and skills possessed and continued with the guidance which is carried out by the foundation’s management. The process of educational staff empowering has been very good. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of empowering educational staff at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangiis: (a) Supporting factors includes the systematic education personnel recruitment (b) Inhibiting factors : (1) there is a limitation of the employees that causes there are currently work educational staff who get unfinished task in accordance with their fields of expertise. (2) There are several types of work that have not been filled.

Abstract

The objectives set from this research are (1) to find out the Organizational Culture that develops in the Darussalam Boarding School in Blokagung (2) to find out the main role of the Kiai as the main maker of the Culture of the Darussalam Boarding School in Blokagung Tgalsari Banyuwangi. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. In this study the researcher himself became (human instrument) with supporters of the interview guide grid, data collection is more emphasized on observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses data triangulation. The results of his research on Organizational Culture at the Message Board of Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi were formed by several elements (1) the environment of the Darussalam Block Corn boarding school at its inception. (2) Values and the norms that have been taught by KH. Mukhtar Syafa'at Abdul Ghofur as the founder of a boarding school that has been sustainable until now. (3) Darussalam Blokagung pesantren rituals and traditions are one of the learning system activities and also other activities such as the typical 10 muharam activities, as well as other activities that have become an identity and shaped the organizational culture. (4) A role model or hero, the researcher considers this element to be the most important of the other elements because the characteristics and center of the creator in an organization are the leaders of the kiai (5) cultural network, this element is an informal communication between elements in Darussalam boarding schools Blokagung and develop by itself and become the identity of the cottage. And in Darussalam boarding school Blockagung kiai as the main leader and also plays a full role as (1) organizational activator (2) creator of Organizational Culture (3) cultural preserver and (4) as an agent of change.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To determine the implementation of student management at MA Unggulan Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari for the 2019/2020 Academic Year; (2) To determine the achievements of MA Featured students Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari for the 2019/2020 academic year; (3) To find out the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of student management in improving the achievements of MA MA Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari 2019/2020 Academic Year. In this research, using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and also documentation. Data analysis using analysis: (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) drawing conclusions and validity used is data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning for new student admissions is done one year earlier; (2) New student orientation is held for 3 days; (3) Implementation of student disciplinary coaching involves BP / BK and coordinator of extracurricular activities; (4) Development of intracuricular activities (academic) is done by providing additional lessons; (5) coaching for extracurricular (non-academic) activities is carried out through developing interest talents. In general, the academic achievement of MA Unggul Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari students from year to year continues to increase, in the semester examinations there are no students who do not advance the grade. At the time of the National Examination there were no students who did not pass. Supporting factors for student management in improving student achievement include: 1) adequate educational facilities and infrastructure; 2) High student enthusiasm for learning; 3) professional educators; 4) Educators and education personnel come from Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). to find out mutuyang management in SMP Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Banyuwangi, 2). to find out the pedagogical competence of teachers in SMP Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Banyuwangi, 3). to determine the effect of quality management on the pedagogical competence of teachers in SMP Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research used quantitative descriptive method with product moment technique in data validity test and to find data reliability using alpha formula, while in hypothesis testing using F test and T test then for data analysis technique using normality test using regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done, the quality management managed by the institution can be said to be good. The pedagogical competence of the teachers at Mukhtar Syaudang Superior Junior High School was classified as good with a score percentage of 61% - 80%, meaning that the teacher's pedagogical competence was good. Then quality management greatly affects the pedagogical competence of teachers, which is 70.2% and 29.8% is influenced by other variables, so it is hoped that further researchers will conduct research related to the same theme, namely quality management with different indicators, in order to reveal 29.8. % other variables that affect teacher pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This research is directed at 3 main points, namely (1) is there an influence on the role of the madrasa head as manager on the professionalism of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 academic year (2) is there any influence on the role of the madrasah head as supervisor on the professionalism of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung teachers Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 academic year (3) is there any influence of the role of the madrasa head as manager and supervisor on the professionalism of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung teachers Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 academic year. This study uses quantitative methods with product moment techniques in the validity of the data and to find the reliability of the data using the alpha formula, while in the hypothesis test using the F test and P test then using multiple regression models. The population of this study was 40 Al Amiriyyah MA teachers. To measure variables, researchers use questionnaires for facilities and infrastructure and teacher performance. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the role of the madrasa head as a manager did not affect the professionalism of MA AL Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi teacher year 2019/2020. (2) the role of the madrasa head as a supervisor affects the professionalism of the MA AL Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi teacher in the 2019/2020 academic year. (3) factors influencing the professionalism of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari banyuwangi teachers are only the role of the madrasah head as supervisor.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the process of recruiting educators and education personnel in formal education at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, 2) to find out researchers and obstacles to the recruitment system for educators and education personnel in the formal education of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic boarding school. blokagung. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using observation, interview instruments and documentation for data analysis techniques while the analysis uses miles and huberman. The results of the study included a) Teacher recruitment prioritizing santri and alumni of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic boarding school foundation, b) Educator and education recruitment was carried out centrally by the head of the education sector and the construction of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Islamic boarding school foundation assisted by the foundation secretary, head of the field quality assurance and principal of each unit, c) Submission of non-permanent teacher decrees for 2 years as a test of teacher and employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose in this study are: (1) To find out how is human resources of Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 academic year; (2) To find out how the education quality of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Academic Year; (3) To find out what are the factors that can improve the education quality of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Academic Year; (4) To realize the contribution of human resources development a which applied in improving the education quality of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive three models, while the data validity technique uses triangulation. Based on the clarification of inhibiting and supporting factors, the contribution of human resource development in improving the education quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi can be explained as follows: (1) Teacher Training based on the respective fields of expertise held by the Religion Ministry. The human resources quality of educators and educational personnel is one of the factors in improving the quality of madrasas, by the qualified human resources quality, it is expected to produce cadres quality. (2) Direction from the Head of Education and Boarding School Caregiver, this briefing aims to provide motivation to educators and education staff.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). Knowing How Curriculum Management in MA Featured Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari Banyuwangi, 2). Knowing How Students' Achievement In Ma Unggulan Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari Banyuwangi, 3). Knowing Is There The Effect Of Curriculum Management On Students' Learning Presence in MA Unggul Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari Banyuwangi, 4). Knowing How Much Influence Curriculum Management Has On Students' Learning Presence in MA Unggals Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by using the method of observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation for data collection techniques while the analysis uses the correlation of Poduct Moment. The population of this research is Class XI at MA Featured Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari as the sample Class XI IPA with 37 respondents. After conducting an analysis of his insights, it was found that the management of the curriculum at MA Unggul Huda Krasak Tegalsari was classified as good and student achievement was also classified as good. The existence of influence of curriculum management on student learning preservation at MA Featured Mamba'ul Huda Krasak Tegalsari and the influence is 77% while the rest is 23% by other variables.
