Abstract

Penelitian ini diarahkan pada 2 hal pokok yaitu (1) Bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMK Darussalam Blokagung tahun ajaran 2019/2020?. (2) Bagaimana upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah di SMK Darussalam Blokagung tahun ajaran 2019/2020?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknis analisis data interakif dengan proses reduksi data, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain: Observasi (pengamatan), Interview (wawancara), Dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek bidang sarana dan prasarana, sedang informan penelitiannya yaitu kepala tata usaha, perwakilan beberapa ketua jurusan yaiu ketua jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR), ketua jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), ketua jurusan Akuntansi, ketua jurusan Tata Busana (TB), dan ketua jurusan Keperawatan.Dari hasil penelitian maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah di SMK Darussalam Blokagung tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020 adalah Kepala sekolah selalu berupaya dalam meningkatkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah SMK Darussalam Blokagung melalui proses perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, inventaris, penghapusan. Disamping itu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah juga dilandasi dengan kompetensi kemajerialan sesuai dengan kompetensi kepala sekolah yang diatur oleh peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia No. 13 tahun 2007, tentang standar kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi's human resources, about the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators, is there any influence of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators, the effect of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators.This research uses descriptive quantitative method.The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaire, observation, documentation. As for the data validity test using the product moment formula, to find the reliability of the data using the formula Cornbach, Alpha. Then for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test, for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In data analysis using Simple Linear Regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the management of human resources on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Academic Year is classified as good, because the T test results of 81.524> 1.305 t tables, which means Ha is accepted. there is an influence of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators by 99.5% while the remaining 0.05% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means the effect of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators is good.

Abstract

In 2019 the world was stirred up by the Covid-19 outbreak originating from Wuhan, China, entering Indonesia at the end of February, this epidemic was so very disturbing because the transmission was so fast and invisible. All learning mechanisms during this pandemic were different from the previous year. But all of that did not dampen the interest of prospective students to register at SMK Darussalam Blokagung the researchers suspected that there was a strategy applied in the recruitment of new students. The research problem was the strategy of recruiting new students and the supporting factors that hindered the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of the research was the principal of the school. and WKS. Kesiswaan as chairman of the PPDB committee. Qualitative research methods, data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis using an interactive model of Miles Hubermen and data validity using triangulation. The results of the study: the strategies used were promotion strategies and selection strategies. The supporters included teachers, students and alumni, all media. by SMK Darussalam Blokagung.

Abstract

Dacision making in educational institutions is one of the duits of the head of educatiol institutons, including decision making in terms of learning management held in educational institutions.Decision making is taken according to the surrounding conditions. In 2020, indonesia was shocjed by the covid-19 outbreak that originated in Wuhan.Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, educational institutions had to stop their teaching and learnng.This madrasah diniyah Al-Amiriyah is an educational institution with the most students at the Darussalam Islamic boarding school foundation, wich during the covid-19 pandemic season. Teaching and learning activities continud without compromising it’s quality. In this study, the focus of research is on what decision are taken and how they are implemented in learning management. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods in the problem-solving process wich used interviews, observations, and documentatry studied as data colletion techniques and used trigulation that ulitized sources as the validity of the data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of educational services at SDN 2 Argomulyo Village, Sumberejo District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. Regarding the data collection procedure, by means of observation, interviews and documentation, then the validity of the data is tested, through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The data analysis tool used is IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results show that the marketing strategy of educational services used by SDN 2 Argomulyo in exploiting the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified: the school optimizes teacher performance, maintains the good name of the school, strengthens the good name of the school in the community. In minimizing weaknesses to take marketing model and create a more attractive extracurricular style. In minimizing weaknesses in order to avoid threats: conducting teacher training programs, disseminating the name of the school when entering the field and optimizing marketing in all media. The conclusion of the study shows that the marketing strategy carried out by the school is not optimal, causing many obstacles. The main factor of the constraints on the marketing of educational services is due to the zoning system and parents prefer to send their children to schools that are closer to home.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main pillars in building education in Indonesia, because if education is of good quality, it will produce intelligent and competitive human resources. In order to improve the quality of education it is necessary to organize one of them by providing educational program services that accommodate the needs of special students to optimize their potential. One of the forums for special students, one of which is the holding of an excellent class program. This study aims to determine the strategy in improving the quality of education through the excellent class program at SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The subject of this research is the principal, WKS. The curriculum and the head of the excellent class dormitory are Al-Aziziyyah. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation, archival records and physical devices. The validity of the data uses credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, the strategies used in improving the quality of education through the excellent class program at SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi include: (1) There is a selective selection process, (2) Improving the quality of teachers, (3) The existence of a study club, (4) The existence of a special dormitory for superior students, (5) The existence of a mini library, and (6) Strengthening the plus value in the community both in terms of academic and non-academic.

Abstract

Abstract Education has an important role in a country. Through quality education a country can look to its future. In this study focused on classroom management, interest in learning at the Darussalam High School in Tegalsari Banyuwangi Blockagung, related to this, the author tried to answer two main questions, namely: (1) Is there an influence of Class Management on Student Interest in Class X1I IPA V SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Year 2019/2020 Learning (2) How big is the Effect of Class Management on the Learning Interest of Class X1I Science V students in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Learning Year. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The study population was a number of students in the Darussalam High School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. To measure variables, researchers used observations, questionnaires and documentation. In testing the validity of the instrument, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis formula.After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) there was an effect of Class Management on the Learning Interest of Class X1I Science V SMA SMA Darussalam. (2) the effect of Class Management on Student Interest in Class X1I Natural Sciences V of SMA Darussalam BlokagungTegalsariBanyuwangi is strong with a value of 97,2% and the remaining 2,8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the role of student management in developing student talent in extracurricular activities and to find out the supporting factors and inhibitors of extracurricular activities in SMK Darussalam 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is a type of field research or qualitative research. The method used is observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative, while the subject of research is the Student WKS. and extra responsibility. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that student management has a positive role in developing student talent, namely: controlling and taking responsibility for extra walking, extracurricular activities held can increase student talent in the arts. This is proven by the various achievements that students have achieved. Supporting factors: a support from the school is needed to support the smooth development of extracurricular activities in Darussalm Middle School. Schools in Darussalam strongly support extracurricular activities both in the provision of materials and facilities as well as licensing in carrying out extracurricular activities. Inhibiting factors: The time for extracurricular activities in Darussalam is carried out by taking active hours of learning. does not interfere with learning activities in Darussalam.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of administrative services at MTs Unggulan Mukhtar Syafaat Benefits Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Second, what is the level of satisfaction of the students at MTs Unggulan Mukhtar Syafaat Benefits Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Third, is there an effect of service on the satisfaction of students at MTs Unggulan Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The method in this study uses quantitative data collection used in this study is a questionnaire, observation, and documentation. While the data validity test uses the Product moment formula, to find data reliability using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Then to test the hypothesis using the T-test and F test, while for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In data analysis using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the quality of administrative services at MTs Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi for the 2019/2020 academic year is quite good, because the results of the T-test are 26.038> 1,290 t table., Which means that Ha is accepted; (2) the level of satisfaction MTs Featured students Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Academic Year 2019/2020 is quite good, because the results of the T count is> 1920 ta table, which means Ha is accepted; (3) is there an effect of service on the satisfaction of students of MTs Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Year The 2019/2020 lesson was 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied, which means that the effect of administrative services on student satisfaction at MTs Unggulan Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is very good.
