<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the role of public relations in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi and (2) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of public relations in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used interactive 3 models of Miles & Hurberman (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion and verification, while the data validity technique used triangulation. The results show that the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in 2019 has increased. This was realized because the Public Relations staff had worked hard and worked together from all components of the school, such as teachers, employees, and students with stakeholders. The role of Public Relations Staff in improving the reputation of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in 2019 is as follows: (1) Collaborating with community leaders, (2) Conducting harmonious reciprocal relationships with the surrounding community and student guardians, (3) Developing positive opinions of MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the eyes of the community and student guardians, (5) Conducting promotions through brochures, oral and student achievements, (6) Consultation with internal stakeholders regarding policies.]]>

<![CDATA[This researching is directed at 4 main points, namely: (1) Planning of Al-Amiriyyah Islamic junior high school Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019; (2) Increasing the accreditation value of Al-Amiriyyah islamic junior high school Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019; (3) indluence of planning on increasing the accreditation value of Al amiriyyah islamic junior hihg school Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019; (4) How much influence does planning have on increasing the accreditation value of Al-Amiriyyah islamic junior high school Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019. This researching uses quantitative descriptive methods. Product moment analysis is used in the data validity test and to find the reliability of the data using the Alpha formula, while in the hypothesis test using the F test and T test. Then the data analysis uses a simple linear regression model. The population of the researching is 37 teachers of Al-Amiriyyah islamic junior high school Tegalsari Banyuwangi, To measure variables, researchers uses questionnaires for planning and accreditation. After analyzing the data , it was found that the influence of planning on increasing the accreditation value of Al-Amiriyyah islamic junior high school Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 is 78%, the remaining 22% is influenced by another variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of public relations management at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Second, how is the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Third, is there any influence of public relations management on the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Fourth, how much influence does public relations management have on the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaire, observation, documentation. As for the data validity test using the product moment formula, to look for data reliability using the Cornbach, Alpha formula. Then for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test, for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In the analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate there is an influence of public relations management on the academic service quality of Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State by 74.4% while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means the effect of public relations management on the academic quality of Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State is good.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is directed at 4 main points, namely a. To find out the application of the management of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year2018 / 2019.b. To find out the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year of2018 / 2019. c. To find out the effect of student management on the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year. d. To find out how much influence the management of students on the learning achievement of students of Banyuwangi State Islamic Senior High School 1 in 2018/2019. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with the technique of produc moment in the validity test and to find the reliability of the data using the alpha formula, while in the hypothesis test using the f test and t test then for the technique of data analysis using the normality test using the regression model. The population of this study is the 33 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi teacher's council. To measure the researchers' variable, the questionnaire was used to vary teaching methods of learning motivation. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the management of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was classified as good (2) the learning achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was very good (3) there was an influence on the management of Madrasah students in Madrasah students Banyuwangi Aliyah Negeri 1 2018/2019 academic year is 95.4%. <![CDATA[The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine the function of the principal as an educator at SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi, (2) to determine the pedagogical competence of SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi teachers, (3) to determine the relationship between the principal's function as an educator and the pedagogical competence of SMA teachers. Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with product moment correlation analysis on data validity testing and to find data reliability using the alpha formula, while for data analysis tests used qualitative analysis for questions 1 and 2 and used quantitative analysis for question number 3. The population of this study was all 43 SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari teachers in Banyuwangi. Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The results found that: (1) the function of the principal as an educator in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi was 92% which means that it has a Very Good category. (2) the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi is 91%, which means it is in the Very Good category. (3) The relationship between the principal's function as an educator and the pedagogical competence of SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi teachers is 0.599 with a percentage of 59.9% which falls into the Enough category.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objectives of this study were (1) to determine the infrastructure in MAN 3 Banyuwangi, (2) to determine the leadership of the head of the madrasah in developing the infrastructure for MAN 3 Banyuwangi, and (3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the headmaster's leadership in developing the facilities. infrastructure in MAN 3 Banyuwangi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. In this study, data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis in this study used interactive analysis with 3 models of Miles & Huberman, including: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) decision making. The results of this study (1) the current madrasah infrastructure is classified as good and sufficient for the infrastructure needs, (2) the strategy of the madrasah principal in developing infrastructure by managing funds from the government and funds from infaq students or guardians of students, (3) ) Supporting factors in developing school infrastructure, principals and infrastructure have full policies in developing, maintaining and maintaining existing infrastructure and cooperation of all elements of the teacher council, employees and even students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is due to the very limited budget owned by the school.]]>

In this study using quantitative descriptive methods with the product momunt technique in the validity test and using regression techniques for data analysis. The population of this study was 45 teachers of MTs Negeri 4 Banyuwangi Sumberberas Muncar Banyuwangi. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) Means and Infrastructure of MTs 4 Banyuwangi Sumberberas Muncar Banyuwangi were very good. (2) Teacher performance in MTs Negeri 4 Banyuwangi Sumberberas Muncar Banyuwangi is very good. (3) There is an effect of the application of management functions on improving the quality of teaching staff of MTs Negeri 4 Banyuwangi Sumberberas Muncar Banyuwangi. <![CDATA[The objectives of this research are (1) to examine the implementation of the recruitment system for educators and education personnel, (2) to examine the quality of education that has been achieved by the Education and Social Foundation of the Al-Fadl Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School (3) to determine the effect of the recruitment system for educators and education personnel on education quality of the Education and Social Foundation of the Al-Fadl Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School (4) to determine how much influence the recruitment system for educators and education personnel has on the quality of education. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all educators and educational staff at the Al-Fadl Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi Education and Social Foundation, with a sample of 35 employees. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires and documentation. To measure the research variables used the product moment correlation formula. After analyzing the data, it is known that the results of r count = 0.697 if one consults the 5% significance level price for the number of respondents (N) 35-2 = 33 indicates 0.344. So it can be said that rcount is greater than rtable or 0.697> 0.344. The magnitude of the influence of the teacher recruitment system on the quality of education at the Al-Fadl Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi Education and Social Foundation is based on the calculation of the determinant coefficient of 49%. This means that the teacher recruitment system and education variables contribute to an increase in the education quality variable by 49% which is between 41% -60%, which is in the Enough category.]]>
