Abstract

One objective of the state is to create stability and prosperity for its people. To achieve this objective requires leader who have the capacity and integrity to accomplish the state walfare. In electoral context, one of the goals of the election is to elect a qualified leader, but the goals of fair election precisely have their own contrains, particularly conflict potentials that often occur in every election in Indonesia. In South Sulawesi, in particular, the conflict potential during the election frequently occurs in communities, which leads to friction at the elite level, so that the goals of peaceful and fair election are often far from the objectives of the public election laws.

Abstract

Marriage is defined as a very strong contract or miistaaqan gholiidhan to obey God's commands and its implementation is a form of worship. In Islamic law, marriage is considered valid if the pillars and conditions of a valid marriage are met. These two elements are very basic and cannot be abandoned. However, in the Ulumanda District, the community imposes conditions other than those specified by the Shari'a and the Islamic Law Compilation. The condition is "Passorong Tedong", which determines the validity of a marriage in the Ada' Tuho community in Ulumanda District. This study discusses the conditions for the validity of marriage according to the Ada' Tuho Law and whether or not the application of these validity conditions is in line with the provisions of Islamic law. The results of the study show that the application of Massorong tedong as a condition for the validity of a marriage that is applied in the community in the Ulumanda District is contrary to the provisions of Islamic law, because this is not in accordance with the provisions regarding the legal requirements of a marriage that have been stipulated in the Marriage Law and Compilation of Islamic Law.

Abstract

The study of leadership is a subject that always arises in human life because of the changes and phenomena that continue to occur in leadership, especially in the context of the church. Problems that arise in the context of leadership in the church organisation make people turn to the Bible to find out the models of leadership that should be emulated or avoided. Using the exegesis method and supported by qualitative data from various sources, this article discusses the leadership models of the Shoot (Isaiah 11:1-5) and Babylon (14:1-22; 47:1-13). Based on the analysis, the leadership of the Shoot is based on the indwelling Spirit of God. Therefore, the Shoot has special skills in leading and the result is that his leadership is just and righteous, especially for the poor and oppressed. Furthermore, the success of the Shoot's leadership came about because it was based on righteousness and steadfast love. Babylon's leadership model, on the other hand, is prideful and relies on its own wisdom and understanding. This leads to a feeling of security to do evil. This also happened because it was supported by godless advisors. The result was total destruction for the nation itself. Today's modern leadership is expected to emulate the leadership of the Shoot and be careful not to emulate the leadership of Babylon

Abstract

This study aims to compare the competitiveness of Indonesian and Cambodian footwear in the global market. Indonesia’s export value increased over the year, but in 2019 it significantly decreased. The footwear industry has grown negatively since 2019, and during the pandemic, the growth rate is -8.76%. In contrast, since 2019, Cambodia has become the 10th world's footwear exporter. It is undoubtedly a threat to Indonesia, so it is necessary to make various strategies to increase Indonesia's competitiveness. Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Export Dynamic Product (EPD) methods measure the competitive position. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual export from 2011 to 2020. The results show that Indonesia has a comparative advantage over the world but is moderate, with an RCA value of 3.81. Cambodia has more competitively than Indonesia, with an RCA index of 8.22. Even though in 2020 it experienced negative growth, Indonesia's footwear both comparatively and competitively increased. The RCA index value increases and the EPD is in the best position, "the rising star". Indonesian products have high market attractiveness and market share in the global.

Abstract

Feedback is one of the important components in the teaching and learning process. Feedback given by the teacher can make the teaching and learning process more effective. The teacher can optimize the learning process by giving feedback so students can understand the material better. Feedback can make students know their weaknesses and strengths so they can learn from there and evaluate themselves. This study focused on the types of oral feedback the teacher gave in teaching English at SMKN 6 Pontianak, especially in teaching students' speaking skills in class XI. This study aims to determine the types of oral feedback the teacher uses to teach speaking skills and find out the most frequently used oral feedback. Positive oral feedback was given in the form of reinforcement 22 times (46.81%) and evaluative nine times (19.15%), which totalled 31 times (65.96%).
