This study aims to investigate the effect of teacher performance appraisal and principal leadership on the quality of teacher performance in Tunas Harapan Nusa Kindergarten (TK) in West Manokwari District. This research uses field research, with quantitative research using a correlational approach. The instrument used is a questionnaire. In this study, the population and saturated samples taken were all teachers at Tunas Harapan Nusa Kindergarten, which had a population of 12 people and were used as saturated samples in this study. Quantitative data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 Based on the results, the probability number in the significance level is 0.00, where the significance level α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of teacher performance appraisal and principal leadership on the quality of teacher performance at Tunas Hrapan Nusa Kindergarten in West Manokwari District. The coefficient of determination in the regression model with an adjusted R2 value of 0.751 means that 75.1 percent of the quality of teacher performance can be explained by teacher performance appraisal and principal leadership.

Abstract

This study investigates the theological, pastoral, leadership and relational aspects of the pastor's ministry, which are reflected in the activeness of congregation members in the church's mission of evangelization. The descriptive literature study method was used to assess these aspects. The research results show that pastors must have a strong theological understanding, social sensitivity, the ability to build strong relationships with the congregation, and the ability to be a transformational leader. This study shows that the motivations of faith, love, and obedience to God's commands influence the activeness of congregation members in evangelistic missions. Through direct involvement in mission activities, pastors function as agents of transformation and serve as role models in building an evangelical culture in the church. This study increases our understanding of the complex relationship between the quality of pastors' ministry and congregation members' participation in church evangelism. Some practical consequences of these findings include establishing new methods to enhance the pastor's role in guiding and motivating congregations and creating an environment that supports participation in the church's evangelistic mission.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Geng Asbul media to improve expressive language skills of early childhood. The research method used is pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design. The research subjects were class B students at Pos PAUD Pelangi, totalling 16 people, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results showed that there was a significant increase in children's expressive language ability after being treated with Geng Asbul. The average value of children's expressive language ability in the pretest was 26,5, while in the posttest it increased to 37,56. Hypothesis testing shows that the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values of language skills of early childhood.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Early Childhood Education Institution Management program using the CIPP model. This research uses a program evaluation method with the CIPP model, namely analysis of the Context, Input, Process and Product aspects. Mixed method approach, sequential explanatory strategy. Quantitative data collection techniques use questionnaires, and qualitative data collection techniques use source triangulation with observation and interview methods. Interviews were conducted involving relevant regional officials, agency officials, and three PAUD institutions accredited B, C, and not accredited. The population in this study were all private non-formal PAUD institutions in Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, totaling 89 institutions, and the samples were taken using a non-random sampling method with a purposive sample technique. The samples taken were 36 private non-formal PAUD with accreditation status C and non-accredited which had been operational for more than 10 years. The research was conducted from September 2023 to March 2024. The research results showed that all aspects of CIPP received adequate scores in quantitative data analysis and were strengthened by qualitative data. This means that the PAUD program has not been optimally implemented by private non-formal PAUD institutions in Jatinegara District. This is in line with the results of institutional accreditation which is dominated by an accreditation rating of C. The evaluation results show that this program can be continued by providing development based on the needs of PAUD institutions based on this research. The recommendations given are that institutions must have standard operational procedures that are simple and effective, assistance is needed to motivate institutions, and it is necessary to form a PAUD quality control unit that is formed collectively by agency officials.

In this research, the data collection instrument is in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed a value of R2 = 0.748, meaning that the independent variables of media literacy and digital literacy were able to increase variables related to learning quality by 74.8%. The remaining 25.2% was influenced by factors other than regression. Based on the calculation results with the SPSS program above, it appears that the r value is smaller than the level of a used, which is 0.000 or 0.000< 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of digital literacy and media literacy on the quality of learning.

The sample of this study was the head of the room and the team leader, totalling 45 respondents. This activity integrates several methods, including lectures, brainstorming, and case simulations in documenting nursing care. Nurses' comprehension was measured before and after training using questionnaires. The process of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test obtained p-value of 0.000 < 0.005. Nurses' understanding has improved compared to before the training. Continuous training on and monitoring evaluation of documentation accuracy will improve the quality of nursing care documentation.
