Abstract

This socialization program aims to provide training on the preparation of simple financial reports for the managers of the D'Gonggres tourist attraction in Central Lombok Regency. The activity is carried out through presentations and discussions. The target audience for this Community Service activity is the managers of the D'Gonggres tourist attraction in Central Lombok Regency. Through this program, it is expected that the managers will be able to optimize their cash management and begin to develop a disciplined approach to recording structured bookkeeping, enabling them to prepare simple financial reports to support operational decision-making processes. The activity begins by assisting the managers in identifying cash needs for their business operations, training them in transaction recording processes, and guiding them in the preparation of simple financial reports. The expected outcomes of this program are that the managers of the D'Gonggres tourist attraction will be able to identify cash flow and business expenses, maintain more organized bookkeeping, and eventually produce simple financial reports.

Abstract

Sembalun Village, East Lombok District is a strawberry producing village. Strawberries are a typical souvenir of this area. Excessive and poorly distributed harvest result in wasted strawberries which are ultimately only used as animal feed and fertilizer. So there is a need for product development starting from various types of processed strawberry products to quality packaging so that they can be marketed more widely. The method for implementing this activity begins with observing and identifying problems, and providing an initial solution, namely in the form of outreach regarding the development of processed strawberry products for SMEs in Sembalun Village, East Lombok Regency. The socialization regarding the development of processed strawberry products that we carry out includes providing examples such as processed strawberry jam, strawberry chips, strawberry nuggets, and several other types of processed strawberry products, good packaging and we also socialize about digital marketing to SMEs in Sembalun Village, East Lombok. The outreach given to SMEs and farmers in Sembalun Village is expected to products with packaging according to standards and an understanding of digital business. This socialization provides new understanding to SMEs and farmers in Sembalun Village in developing product innovation and business management so as not to reply on conventional methods, so that in terms of management, marketing, finance and other fields they can increase development more quickly.

Abstract

Good financial record-keeping is one of the key factors for the successful management of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSMEs, particularly students (santri) at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School who run small and medium enterprises, face various challenges in this regard. The primary issues include a lack of basic accounting knowledge, undocumented financial records, and limited access to resources. These challenges complicate business decision-making, such as determining selling prices, calculating profits, and planning for business expansion. This community service initiative aims to educate MSME students on financial management and record-keeping by providing solutions through the dissemination of simple financial management practices. The proposed approach includes basic accounting training and mentoring. By implementing these solutions, the team hopes that MSME students will better understand the importance of good financial management and be able to independently record and analyze their business finances. The results of this outreach program show that in a pre-test conducted with 20 students, only 4 individuals (20%) scored well. Following the dissemination of simple record-keeping education, the post-test results indicated significant improvement, with 18 students (90%) scoring well. This improvement in skills is expected to support the sustainability and growth of each business being operated.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of the "Ayang" cowhide cracker business in Mataram through packaging and product innovation. The program is motivated by the challenges faced by the partner, who struggles with limited packaging capabilities, hindering the growth of product sales. The activities carried out include counseling and mentoring sessions to guide the partner in selecting and packaging products effectively, as well as conducting market research to gather consumer feedback on the new packaging. As a result of these efforts, the partner experienced a shift in mindset regarding the importance of packaging innovation and gained insight into effective packaging options, prompting a willingness to improve packaging to boost sales productivity. It is hoped that this initiative will motivate the partner to continue innovating, learning, and exploring new knowledge related to other marketing strategies, such as product promotion and distribution.

Abstract

Badminton is a type of game that requires good speed and agility. Improving playing skills can affect the quality of the game, especially for badminton players. In addition, improving the playing skills of the community in general is also very important. Therefore, the Lecturer of Physical Education at the Education Institute of Nusantara Global held a Coaching Clinic for the community to expand and increase knowledge and quality of play. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of two agility training methods, footwork and shadow, this training can improve the performance of PBSI badminton players. Training methods included lectures, demonstrations, question and answer sessions, and direct practice. Results indicated a significant improvement in participants' fundamental badminton knowledge after the training sessions. Footwork training proved to be more effective in improving agility than shadow training. Further development of this training program is recommended to increase effectiveness and long-term impact, by utilizing technology and local community cooperation to achieve a healthier and more successful community in badminton.

Abstract

Schools in remote areas still face various challenges in meeting students' learning needs, particularly regarding literacy, numeracy, and technological adaptation. This community service activity aims to observe real conditions in the field and to formulate program concepts that address the identified issues based on the needs of students at the target schools. The method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The results of this activity include the development and implementation of work programs designed to address the literacy, numeracy, and technological skills needs of students and schools. The programs implemented have shown positive impacts, such as increasing students' learning motivation and abilities and creating a more conducive and inspiring learning atmosphere within the school environment.

Abstract

Every year, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia continue to grow and significantly contribute to community welfare. In Manisharjo Village, bamboo-based MSMEs create new job opportunities and reduce unemployment rates. However, with increasing competition at both national and international levels, bamboo MSMEs face major challenges in adapting and remaining competitive. University students have great potential to contribute to this transformation process through Community Service Programs, particularly in utilizing digital technology, product innovation, and marketing strategies. This study aims to explore the business tactics and innovations implemented by bamboo craft MSMEs in Manisharjo Village and to analyze the impact of the Community Service Program (KKN) on the development of these enterprises.

Abstract

Innovative learning media has an important role in improving the quality of education, especially in the fields of physical education, health, and recreation. This service is related to the implementation of the D-ID AI Avatars feature in Canva as a sports learning media. By using AI technology, teaching becomes more interesting and interactive. This service aims to explore the effectiveness of using this media in improving students' understanding of sports learning materials. The results obtained from this service show that the use of this media is very effective in helping to understand sports concepts, showing that the use of this media has succeeded in improving understanding visually and interactively and supporting a more dynamic learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Practical Accounting: Growing the Spirit of Entrepreneurship among Students of Islahil Athfal Rumak High School" aims to provide students with a basic understanding of accounting and entrepreneurship. In the era of globalization and digital economic development, the ability to manage finances is an important skill for individuals, including students. Through this socialization, students are taught about recording simple financial transactions, capital management, and the concept of profit and loss in the context of small businesses. The method used was participatory with an interactive approach that proved effective in improving students' understanding. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge after participating in this activity. It is hoped that similar activities can be extended to other schools to improve financial literacy among students.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains as a major public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly among vulnerable populations in social care institutions. Effective TB management requires not only medical intervention but also social services. This study explores the implementation of case management in TB handling at the Wirajaya Social Rehabilitation Center in Makassar, Indonesia, and identifies key strategic factors that influence service effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, involving interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis and data triangulation ensured the validity of findings. Structured case management—featuring defined roles for case managers, supervisors, and case workers—enhanced coordination and service integration. Leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and self-care practices were critical in managing TB cases effectively and protecting staff. Case management is an effective and sustainable strategy for TB control in social institutions, promoting recovery while strengthening social service systems to address infectious disease challenges.
