Abstract

Community Service Activities by Students (PMM) of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang is a form of contribution in helping solve problems that exist in community life. The mechanism for this service is carried out by making proposals, submitting permits for service locations, preparing service, implementing service, evaluating and making reports. Learning assistance carried out by Students (PMM) Group 97 Wave 3 using a direct learning assistance model at Dharma Wanita PBB 1 Sengkaling Kindergarten. This service aims to help teachers at Dharma Wanita PBB 1 Sengkaling Kindergarten in the learning assistance process. The activities carried out by the 97 PMM UMM Group in learning assistance were learning calistung (reading, writing, calculating), making crafts, and holding coloring competitions. These activities were supported and given positive responses by the teachers at Dharma Wanita PBB 1 Sengkaling Kindergarten.The service activity ended with making window decorations for display in the children's class because the color of the old decorations had faded so they had to be replaced with new decorations. With the new decorations, it is hoped that the children of Dharma Wanita PBB 1 Sengkaling Kindergarten will be more cheerful and enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan is a non-profit (independent) foundation in advancing education through the provision of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) for children on the outskirts of the railroad tracks. the end of the learning program is carried out officially in an academic event in the form of graduation activities. The purpose of Community Service at the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic in the graduation of the Dian Bersinar Foundation Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Medan is to provide services to the community that support the implementation of general government tasks through the provision of packages in the form of bags and several books as wellstationary.This assistance is expected to be an encouragement for PAUD students to continue their education to elementary school. This package was handed over to 12 early childhood children in the presence of the Dian Bersinar Foundation, Medan, the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Team (three lecturers and two students) and parents. The method used in this activity is the approach/persuasive method and observation. Based on observations before graduation, social workers are looking for donors to contribute to the graduation package. With the existence and active role of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Medan, the graduation was carried out well and memorable because each child received a bag package. In the future, community service can be further developed in more tangible collaborations at the Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan, such as mentoring teaching and learning activities, training, and the arts.

Abstract

The aim of this community service project was to develop students motivation of MTs Sabilul Muhtadin in mathematical learning based on multimedia. This approach used to créate mathematical learning in fun, interested, and easy ways to be understood, The participants were 30 (thirty) students of VIII grade. For concluding the effectivity of the approach, disributed a questionary in the end of learning meeting. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistic in pie diagram. At satisfaction item, the highest percentage was at group that feel satisfied at 70%. At interested item, 66.67% students were interested to learn mathematics with multimedia approach. At motivation, encouragement, and activeness, the highest proportion was at motivated, to be encouraged, and active group, namely at 60% percentage, respectively. Toward this project, can be concluded that mathematical learning based on multimedia approach, generally improve the satisfaction, interested, encouragement, activeness, and motivation

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning process from face to face to online. Based on IASP 2020, the components of the learning process and the sub-components of learning quality require an active learning process, an assessment of processes and outcomes as well as a remedial and/or enrichment program. Things that need to be prepared in the online learning process in accordance with the quality of learning desired by IASP 2020 and supporting technologies that can be used are video conferencing, Learning Management System (LMS) and Gamification. The results of data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires on participant responses showed positive results where teachers gained knowledge and skills in accordance with the objectives of the activity, namely 80% strongly agreed and 20% agreed

Abstract

Every activities carried out by the Board of Mosques has been regulated and set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 54 of 2006 concerning a form of organizational structure of organizational management and work procedures of “Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid” (BKM). With the regulation that has been set by the Government, then every mosque jama'ah is willing and ready to accept the mandate and duties directed by the Government in terms of the management of the Mosque. For the processing of mosque data, it is time to utilize information and technology so that data management and information delivery about the Mosque can be done quickly and appropriately. In order for the data collection to be done easily, it is necessary to build information and technology facilities and infrastructure through internet services for faster and more precise access to information. Abstract

This community service aims to provide not only knowledge but also readiness to face the TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) exam for students and lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara. This community service is carried out online using zoom technology as a learning medium for one month. The target community is the campus community, namely students and lecturers from various universities in West Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this community service is the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method, where participants are divided into several groups, then given tips and strategies in answering the TOEFL test. Each group discussed and exchanged ideas in answering all the questions in the TOEFL. The cost of this community service activity is fully sourced from the service implementation team. After the implementation of this community service activity, participants have the ability and readiness as well as a quite significant score than before.

Abstract

Bawaslu of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province as the election supervisory body in the province of Bangka Belitung also considers it important to provide information and manage the website properly. For this reason, Bawaslu cooperates with universities and the government to provide technical guidance and training for news and website managers to improve the ability of managers. This technical assitence involves resource persons who are experts in their fields from various agencies. STMIK Atma Luhur as a university accommodates training activities by involving the community service team. The PKM team consists of 3 lecturers and 2 students. The activity took place on December 7, 2019 which took place at the Grand Vella Hotel Bangka. The training participants came from 7 districts/cities with every cities has to send 3 participants. This activities started from morning to evening. The method in this PKM activity is training and technical guidance with the lecture method from the speakers. The activities in addition to the material provided, practical activities were also held to demonstrate how to properly manage the website and news coverage techniques to provide good and correct information. The results of the evaluation of this activities carried out, it was found that the participants gained knowledge and knowledge that could improve their ability to manage the Bawaslu news and website

The COVID 19 was spread in the word, also in Indonesian. The spread so fast became pandemic. STIKes WCH contribute to handle the pandemic disaster by promote and preventive action to minimized illness in Dilem village. The objective of the community service is minimized infect virus by health promote. Method education health with coordinated between LPPM STIKes WCH, voluntary COVID, head village Dilem. The activity was database people transmission from out city, disinfection spay, health promote to prevent COVID 19 by 3M activity. 3 M are using mask, wash hand, keep social distance. The result show community cooperative in this activity. The spray disinfection activity was doing without any problem. Abstract

Covid-19 is a collection of viruses that can infect the respiratory system. In many cases, this virus only causes mild respiratory infections, such as flu. However, this virus can also cause severe respiratory infections, such as lung infections (pneumonia). Hand sanitizer is a hand sanitizer in the form of a gel that is useful for cleaning or removing germs on the hands, containing 60% alcohol as the active ingredient. Automatic handle feet are a component part of the tool that functions as a water valve opening lever and is also equipped with a peges so that the lever will return to its original position, while the Puskesmas Office is a government agency in the health sector that is used as a Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner.

Abstract

Portfolio is one of the main administrative requirements if someone wants to apply for a job. In a portfolio you can see what and how a person is. In this training, participants are invited to directly practice on making attractive portfolios so that they have the opportunity to be accepted by the company. Even though using the zoom meeting media, participants can still practice directly according to the instructions from the lecturer team as a training supervisor. With time constraints and some participants experiencing problems related to internet connection, the training supervisor team provided portfolio creation materials by utilizing the templates available in the document management application. The great enthusiasm of the participants made the training supervisor team even more enthusiastic, especially the continuation of mentoring through the email media of the training supervisor team. In a short time, we were able to produce several examples of participant portfolios sourced from supporting documents, such as diplomas and certificates as well as experiences.
