Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work stress, and work discipline partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan. This research was conducted at PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan, with 52 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the compensation and work discipline variables had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and communication on employee morale at PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator in Balikpapan - Samarinda. This research was conducted at PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator in Balikpapan - Samarinda, with 50 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of motivation, work environment, and communication had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator in Balikpapan - Samarinda.

Abstract

The emergence of skincare provides a very new phenomenon in people's lives, especially young people, in particular they use skincare as a way to look physically perfect. Along with consumer needs for skin care, the production of the skincare cosmetics industry is also increasing, giving rise to cosmetic product marketing channels such as skincare factory outlets that provide skincare products that are not only used by women but also men. With this phenomenon, research is needed which aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Nirvana Beauty Sumberejo Balikpapan Products. The population used in this study was 1472 people during the last 3 months in 2022 and the sample used in this study was 305 respondents. The research method uses quantitative methods with the sample technique used, namely random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The test equipment used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the analysis in partial testing of the product, promotion, and place variables have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions, while the price variable has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions for Nirvana Beauty Sumberejo Balikpapan products. The variable that has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the promotion variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Company Size,on Tax Avoidance in Manufacturing Companies both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021, namely 193 companies. The study sample amounted to 55 or 220 data selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The analysis tool uses IBM SPSS statistical version 26. Regression analysis models are multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that the variables of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Company Size influenced Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the single index method would produce an optimal portfolio of JII 70 shares and continued with assessing its performance using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen methods to determine the best method for assessing the performance of the formed stock portfolio. The data used is data in the form of closing prices obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The number of samples used is 58 of the 70 stocks that are incorporated in JII 70. The sample selection is based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis tool used is Microsoft excel 2019. From the results of data processing, the results obtained are as many as 25 stocks that are included in the optimal portfolio using the single index method. After that, it is known that the best method for assessing portfolio performance is the Sharpe method.

Advisors: Sukimin and Nina Indriastuty. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and location on the purchasing decision of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). The data used is a collection of techniques based on interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is an instrument test using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and using partial test (t). The results of the analysis of the Product Quality variable, Price variable and Location variable have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables in the purchase of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and work environment on the work of PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek. This research was conducted at PT. Subur wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek, with 91 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection by way of observation and distribution of direct questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of discipline, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Culture, Social, Personality, and Psychology on purchase decisions for Honda motorbikes at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Balikpapan Dealer. This research was conducted at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Balikpapan Dealer, with 210 respondents, this research method used quantitative. Data collection by means of interviews, observation, and distribution of questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier analysis by conducting instrument test, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The test results show that the cultural, social, personality, and psychological variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a honda motorbike at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Balikpapan Dealer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine out how well the financial performance of the Balikpapan city government for the period 2019 - 2021 is measured based on effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, achievement of budget absorption performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The data processed is a report on the realization of the Balikpapan city government budget from 2019 to 2021. The data collection techniques used in this study is documents, observation (direct observation), and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics. The results identifie that the level of effectiveness is with a different percentage but within the same effectiveness criteria, the 2019 period was 86% (effective enough), the 2020 period was 90% (effective enough), and the 2021 period was 84% (effective enough). Where as at the level of efficiency with varying results, the 2019 period at 95% (less efficient), the 2020 period at 87% (quite efficient), and the 2021 period at 90% (quite efficient). The budget absorption performance achievements were well absorbed, but there were still some expenditures that did not reach the target due to existing policies and their realization according to the needs of the current period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Assets on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by conducting anova test, classical assumption test, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the Current Ratio variable had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while the Debt To Equity Ratio variable had a positive and insignificant effect, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Assets had a positive and significant effect on stock prices
