Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, motivation, and discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The sampling technique in this study is a census with a sample of 46 employees. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and SmartPLS was utilized for data analysis. The findings reveal that compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The motivation variable has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The discipline variable has a positive and significant impact on  employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The most dominant variable is motivation.

Supervisors: Mr. Tamzil Yusuf and Mr. Imam Arrywibowo SU. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a total sample of 45 employees. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. This research utilizes Smart-PLS to process the data. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership, communication, and motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Bank Mandiri Tbk before and after the stock split. The type of research used is quantitative research. The objects in this study are the financial statements and market performance (stock prices) of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk before and after the stock split. The sample is the financial statements for 2014-2016 as the period before the stock split and 2018-2020 after the stock split. The results of the study showed no difference in financial performance interpreted by the Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Assets Turn Over both before and after the Stock Split policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial effect of financial performance which includes the variables Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Return On Asset on Profit Growth in Health Industry Sector Companies. The population and samples in this study were all health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 21 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis method, the analysis is carried out using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test). Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth (Y) in Health Sector companies. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth in Health Sector companies. Return on Asset has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth in Health Sector companies. Based on the partial test results (t test) it can be concluded that of the three variables, Debt to Equity Ratio has a dominant influence on Profit Growth because it has the largest t value and partial r.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of optimization of financial performance in increasing the share price of metal sub-sector companies and the like, in seeing the optimization of financial performance by analyzing financial ratios which include Current Ratio, Return on Asset, and Debt to Equity Ratio. The population in this study were seventeen companies and a sample of eleven metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which were taken through criteria determined by the author. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test (partial) that Current Ratio has an insignificant effect on Share Price, Return on Asset has a positive and significant effect on Share Price, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Share Price in Metal and Similar Sub-Sector Companies

Supervisor I Mr. Didik Hadiyatno, and Supervisor II Mrs. Tutik Yuliani. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, work environment and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Balikpapan Main Branch. This type of research is quantitative using purposive sampling techniques with the criteria of permanent employees, the number of respondents was 68 people by distributing questionnaires. Researchers use SmartPLS 4.1.0. Data calculation methods using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Research Hypothesis Test, F-Square Test and R-Square Test. The research results show that the Compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), and Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee satisfaction of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 83 employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS 3 in processing data. The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable affects the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The compensation variable affects the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Work environment variables affect job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

The Objective of the research to the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on customers who have visited and made transactions at least twice.  Sampling technique with non probability sampling. The analysis method used in this research is regression analysis of the causal step method and questionnaires as a means of collecting respondent data and then processed with the help of the SPSS Statistics programme with a sample size of 315. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, F-test, t-test, R-test, regression analysis of intervening variables and sobel test to see how much the independent variable affects the related variable through the intervening variable. Based on the results obtained from this study, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Kinantha Kids Store Balikpapan City. Service quality, customer satisfaction have an influence of 18.9% on customer loyalty, while the remaining 81.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the Marketing Strategy of the Black Sweet Coffee Shop in increasing its sales volume amidst very tight competition using SWOT analysis, by identifying internal and external factors that influence marketing success. This research was conducted to determine the SWOT analysis carried out by Kedai Kopi Hitam Manis in carrying out the marketing mix and to determine marketing implementation in an effort to increase sales volume. The tool used is a qualitative approach which is classified as field research and in collecting data it uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. . Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The conclusions of this research show that in the implementation of SWOT at the Black Manis Bonto Bulaeng coffee shop, the strengths are the quality of the products produced, affordable prices, direct sales promotion through online media and strategic location in the middle of a densely populated residential area. Weaknesses include the difficulty of getting good quality human resources and limited parking space for visitors. In the opportunity there is a wide market share, increasing number of business places because drinking coffee has become part of people's lifestyle, but in the threat there is the emergence of new competitors who of course have new strategies that are much better. Apart from that, in its implementation, the marketing strategy to increase the sales volume of Kedai Kopi Hitam Manis Bonto Bulaeng carries out a product strategy by looking for cheap suppliers, a price strategy by making prices affordable, a place strategy by improving the facilities of the place that places music players and a promotion strategy using the word promotion method. of mouth and through social media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sustainability accounting, governance and capital intensity on tax avoidance. The research population is mining companies registered on the BEI for the period 2021 – 2023 with a total of 111 observations. Tax avoidance as the dependent variable is calculated using cash etr. The independent variable sustainability accounting is calculated by the number of standard GRI items reported by the company divided by the Standard Gri indicator, while corporate governance uses the ratio of managerial ownership which is measured by the number of shares owned by managers and Capital Intensity is measured using the company's total assets. The results of testing the sustainability accounting hypothesis have no effect on tax avoidance because the size of the funds spent and the large or small number of sustainability reports do not affect the size of the taxes paid, managerial ownership has an effect on tax avoidance, this is because the managerial side has an effect on the amount of taxes paid by the company, whereas Capital intensity influences tax avoidance because the size of a company's assets can influence the amount of tax paid.
