Abstract

This article is motivated by the condition of unstable income movements and indicates the situation or condition of the company, decision making and policies in managing operations to increase profitability. This article aims to determine whether the gross profit Marjin ratio and sales growth ratio are factors that affect the net profit ratio at PT. Serasi Autoraya Banjarmasin branch. This article was prepared using a descriptive method and a quantitative approach. The research data is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Serasi Autoraya and equipped with literature and documentation studies, which are processed statistically and quantitatively using SPSS. The results of this study conclude that the gross profit Marjin ratio variable has a partial effect on the net profit Marjin ratio, while the sales growth ratio variable has no partial effect on the net profit ratio. Simultaneously, the ratio of gross profit Marjin and sales growth ratio has no significant effect on the ratio of net profit Marjin at PT. Serasi Autoraya Banjarmasin branch. The implication of this research is that the company must pay attention to other factors to increase the company's net profit, besides that the company must also pay attention to the situation, market conditions and trends, customer portfolio, asset management and operations so that the company's net profit can be maximized.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the increasing need for mineral water, regional company Tirtamarta Yogyakarta will make a break through by developing diversification of products branded "Ayo". Hence the aim of the conducted study was to conduct a feasibility research of the “Ayo” manufacturer from the marketing, production, financial, and macroeconomic aspects. With the efficient and effective production setting endorsed by the high need of marketing relations in mineral water and the capability in existing innovative manufacturing machineries, the financial research was shown to be feasible. It was indicated the payback period was faster than the target investment period, the net present value (NPV) generated was positive, the benefit cost ratio (BCR) was greater than 1 (one), and the internal rate of return (IRR) placed in the range 14% was greater than the discount factor (DF) used, namely 12%. In the macro-economic aspect, there are supportive government policies, transportation and communication infrastructures as well as high purchasing power of the people. Thus the business feasibility study of the brand "Ayo" Tirtamarta Yogyakarta as a whole was stated to be feasible to operate. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Carbon Tax policy in reducing negative externalities in Indonesia, and to find out the comparison between the planned Carbon Tax policy in Indonesia and other countries in the world. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research method used is a literature study with data sources in the form of secondary data. The secondary data used is sourced from books, journals, government regulations, and internet sites. The results showed that the establishment of a Carbon Tax policy can reduce negative externalities due to carbon emissions. In addition, with this policy, state revenue from taxes can increase. In Indonesia, the establishment of the Carbon Tax policy is planned to be implemented in 2025 with a lower tax rate compared to other European countries that have implemented Carbon Tax policies. In these European countries, the establishment of Carbon Tax policies has been proven to reduce negative externalities in the environment due to carbon emissions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction of PT Petrolog Indah Balikpapan employees. This research was conducted at PT Petrolog Indah Balikpapan, with 44 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of work discipline, motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

The Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Profit Growth in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange”. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover on profit growth in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this study is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies, which total 11 companies by taking the sample criteria into 10 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the 2018-2021 financial reports. The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination test, the correlation coefficient test, the f test, and the t test. The data is managed using the SPSS Statistics 25 application tool. Based on the results of the test, the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on profit growth, while the current ratio and total asset turnover have no significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of capital structure (Dunnas et al., 2020), company growth (Ismiyanti, 2022), and the board of commissioners (Ayu et al., 2019) on company value (Kolamban et al., 2020) on(Kolamban et al., 2020)The IDX used 23 samples from 53 populations. The results of this study show that the capital structure has a significant positive effect on the value of the company, this certainly makes the efficiency of using the capital structure on maximum debt will have a positive impact on the funding of a company. The growth of the company has no effect on the value of the company. The greater the growth rate of the company, the higher the costs needed to manage the company's operational activities. The company will focus its funds more on the company's growth needs than shareholder welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was The Influence of Product, Price, Promotion and Location on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan. To determine This research was conducted at Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan, with 144 respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis technique used to research is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that product, price, location, and promotion variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return On Assets in the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are existing sources, both internal and external data and data can be accessed via the internet and information publications. The data used is the Financial Statements of Banking Companies for the period 2019 – 2022. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis show that the variable Effect of Third Party Funds and Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets in the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the Non-Performing Loan variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets in the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables on the performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used where the researcher only used sales employees as a sample, totaling 44 people. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Incentives, Motivation, and Work Environment variables had a significant effect on sales performance. Partially, the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of marketing mix variables (product, price, location and promotion) on purchasing decisions for cooking oil products “Tawon” on Adit Shop Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 323 final consumers and not retail shop entrepreneurs who bought cooking oil “Tawon” for resale. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test tools used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that product, price, location and promotion variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. The price variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions for Tawon cooking oil products at the Adit Shop Balikpapan.
